Made trading in and getting a new vehicle painless

Came in not knowing what I really wanted. Was looking for jeep wranglers and didn’t have any really in mind. Within 20 minutes of talking to Jeff he sat us in one that we fell in love with! He was easy to talk to and work with. Would definitely recommend him and have!

Great Experience

I was searching for a particular vehicle and was luck enough to find that National had the car I was looking for. Was even luckier to have worked with Jeff Harper on this purchase. Being out-of-state, I was not able to see nor drive the car before making the purchase. However, Jeff went above and beyond to follow up with every question I had, and made me feel comfortable with the purchase. The car, a 2016 VW Touraeg turned out to be everything that was described, and I could not be happier with my decision! Trustworthy and honorable are just a few words that I would use to describe him. Would definitely recommend searching our Jeff for a car purchase!

Bad credit?? That's okay here!!

My fiance and I went looking for a new truck. Our bank denied us financing because of his bad credit (mine wasn't great, but better than his). After hearing "no-go" from the bank, we stopped at this dealership with plans to go to many others. We didnt have to!! They got us the exact truck we wanted, for a heck of a price, worked with our credit, and provided such stellar customer service! From the sales-lady, to the finance manager and everyone inbetween!!! I can't possibly put into words how awesome this dealership is to work with!!! I've dealt with some very 'sale-sy' salespeople and ours was not one. She spoke with us person-to-person instead of trying to sway our decision one way or the other. Absolutely awesome people! I won't go to anyone else from here on out!

Before my car is serviced

Kitrell Earley is one of the Advisors at National Dodge. I will be back when my car has been serviced, but I wanted to talk about my initial experience. I have a 2005 Chrysler 300. I am a female and Every mechanic, and I mean every one has lied to me about the repairs needed and done to my car. I explained this to Kitrell and was so nervous that I could not remove the car key from my keychain, he had to do it. He was so professional, yet familiar with his mannerisms, that I relaxed. I was even picked up by David, in one of their vans and escorted to them and to get my rental, who was nice as well. Kitrell said that he would stay in touch with me about my car, and has done that. I needed a loaner, which they don’t do, but he helped me get a great rental, similar in size to my car as I requested. My car hasn’t been serviced yet, but I think they will start today. I feel confident that my car will be serviced to my expectations, because of the caring interaction initially with Kitrell. Thank you National for Kitrell. Now, I am looking for the same great service when the repairs on my car are completed and I will be back with that review.

Excellent Customer Service! I went in as I was looking to purchase a family car with more space and room. From the beginning we were greeted by Hadi and he was outstanding from start to finish. He went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. Even after I left and wanted to schedule an upgrade on the 2019 Grand Cherokee he assisted and took care of us. We were so nervous about trading in our car but Devon Graham sold us our new car, and we have no regrets or complaints. He is absolutely amazing and made the whole process comfortable and got us the best deal possible! He was professional and knowledgeable so you know you could trust him, however he was personable enough to where you felt comfortable and not on your toes the whole time there. There’s a reason he keeps getting top salesman plaques on his wall! If you are interested in a new/used car but don’t know where to start, I highly suggest at least giving him a call or going down there and asking for him. He will never push something on you that you don’t want or need.

Service since 2005 on RAM 3500 dually purchased @national and 2010 300C. Darrell as service writer has been excellent. Repairs were efficiently and effectively completed. Communicted when there may be a delay in completing service as planned. All staff have always been pleasant and friendly. Jeffrey has been a pleasure to work with. Listened to each of our desires in what we wanted in a vehicle. Never felt pressured on decisions or our questions. Thanks to all.

Customer service

Had my car for 4 days and still have not call me to let me know what is wrong. I told them it was the park sensor. The car won’t start because sensor is not registering that the is in park. Four days I have been without my car. So now I have to find another Dodge dealership because this the last time for National Dodge, I have been a customer for over 35 years. I bought at least four vehicles there. They need to get Mike back because I never had these problems before he retired. My car is still there. Now it Friday at 1800 no vehicle for the weekend.
