The service department is friendly and easy to set an appointment with. When you get there they are polite and take care of you right away. I also appreciate the ride they give me to work when I drop my car off.

Brought the car in for a routine oil change

It was a great experience. Brought the car in for a routine oil change, I was told the car neede a couple other repairs done. I was provided a loaner car and mine was ready on time and the experience was really nice. This is a great place to do business.

I love my new QX80.

I love my new QX80. Rich was extremely helpful and made the whole experience so quick and easy. We were worried the car would not fit in our garage and Rich even drove it to our house and made sure it would. Nationwide accommodated us when my husband was not available to come and sign the contract and the finance manager even brought them to us. We had a truly fantastic experience at Nationwide Infiniti.

Reconditioning fees deceitful management

Set a time to see car with internet sales manager. Promised to be reimbursed for gas and a great deal for my trade in. Arrived at scheduled time. Waited 10 minutes then found out car wasn't even on the lot. My salesperson unavailable told by GM that there ate other customers and that we do not do gas reimbursements. Pretty much told me I was lying until I asked for us to meet with internet manager which he denied. Watch false promises, reconditioning fees, and overall extremely unpleasant experience.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent experience with the service department and very professional service team. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks and drinks.Showed up, met with the service advisor, we went over all the services that were going to be done. Got a loaner with no problems. All repairs were covered under warranty, had my car back the same day.

My wife and I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes prior to closing just to look around the lot. We weren’t expecting to find anything that night or to even see any salesperson. I had almost given up looking for a new car when I finally stopped into Nationwide Infiniti. Every other dealership couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, haggled prices on everything and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had planned on looking at vehicles at Nationwide Infiniti and one other dealership to get as many options as possible but, once I was inside Nationwide speaking to the sales team and the manager I knew I was at the right dealership. I spent a few hours test driving and learning about different vehicles. I finally decided on a 2017 QX80. I’m honestly very picky but the associates that helped me were really accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership.
