Great until the sale

My salesperson made me feel comfortable and loved the attention. The sale itself took a very long time. They even drove my old car back to Louisville for me. However, service after the sale was not as lovely and they basically forget you after they have gotten your money. That is why I waited so long to write a review because I wanted it to make sure I get the total experience. I do love my car though, but I don't know if I would go back to them.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Bought a new 2017 CR-V EXL

I only stopped in to get a close look at a new 2017 CR-V and a test drive. Trae and the rest at Neil Huffman were wonderful. Very personable and no high pressure. Made me an offer and I drove away that night with new 2017 CR-V EXL and could not have bee made a better offer or received better treatment.

SCAM!!!!!

I have heard of dealer scams to drag customers to their lot; this one beats all. Here is what happened. I found a new 2017 Ridgeline on cars.com. I inquired with the dealer as to the availability. They assured me the new Ridgeline was still available and they were ready to make a deal.. When I arrived at the dealer (48 mile from my house), the Ridgeline was there. It had trash and cigarette butts and a big scratch in the bed. Additionally, it had over 5500 miles on it, not the advertised 6 on the listing or 22 on a picture. Now i don't know if the salesman thought this was my first car buy or if i was just stupid, but he proceeded to tell me "if this is not what i want, they can locate me another one." They just suckered me on to the lot, and he really thought i was going to do business with him. Really?

A pleasant car buying experience

Trae Walker was our salesman when we were purchasing a new 2017 Honda CR-V. Trae was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was easy to work with and made the car purchase a pleasant experience. I also had a chance to watch the service department personnel while I was having a paint protection coating applied by the service department. They were courteous and professional with the customers that were there for car service.

They need to learn customer service, and how to deal with customer Their personal has no way to deal with customers No even a smile Their service not as was I am moving to another dealer The previous deal and staff were a lot better after this the general manger at Frankfort KY 40601 Steven al-Jabiri called me and he apologize for such unexpected behavior and they fix the issue in less than 30 minits

our experience with Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort was great. Jesse Smoot was our salesman and he was awesome. He did not pressure us, and was very informative. He was funny, very honest and I would recommend you look Jesse up if you visit this dealership. All the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Will definitely go there first when buying a vehicle.

No pressure for first time buyer!

We had a wonderful experience at Neil Hoffman Honda and that is mainly do to our great salesman, Jesse Smoot. As a first time car buyer, I had my reservations of what to expect at the dealership. Jesse, from the beginning was easy to communicate with, funny, and straight forward. At no point did I feel pressured into anything I was uncomfortable with. The process went well and the car (which we had for a month now) is working great. Highly recommend Neil Hoffman Honda!

Simply happy

My husband and I came to the Honda lot, just looking around. We saw a car we were interested in. Gary came out and asked if we were interested in the civic we were looking at. We were allowed to take it for a test drive without the salesman which was nice. We didn't have someone trying to sell us a car right from the back seat. He was very nice and informative. We felt like we got a good deal when we sat down to " crunch" the numbers. He went over all the options on the car and showed us how to use them. We were offered a drink and made to feel comfortable as a deal was being made and the papers were being prepared. He completed the sync with our phone to the car. Very pleased from the start. We did not feel pressured and we felt the Huffman team really went above and beyond trying give us a good deal on the car. We were at this car lot before Huffman took over, and it was a bad experience. Was a bit skiddish about dealing with this lot in the beginning but by the end , I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends. WHAT A BIG DIFFERENCE the second time around.

Bad service

Drove an hour and a half for an appointment to purchase a vehicle, only to find out when we got there the vehicle was already sold. No call from dealership. It was just to get us in the door.

We just purchased a 2017 Honda Civic EX from Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort, and we couldn't be happier. We looked online and talked to a Honda dealer in Louisville before we went here, and are SO glad we did. We were treated great by Parker, Gary, Will and several other employees during the entire process from the moment we walked in the door until we drove the car off the lot. 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E

My husband and I had been on the hunt to find the perfect 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. There were none available in our city so we started looking in surrounding cities. We came across one at Neil Huffman Honda in Frankfort and immediately reached out. We had the pleasure of working with John Ballback, who was so kind, pleasant and never pushy. We had to bring our 2 small children with us, who became extremely restless. But the entire staff there was amazing and helpful. They played games with the kids and never once seemed annoyed by the screaming 2 year old! This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to! We cannot thank them enough! And we absolutely LOVE our new truck!

Excellent Teamwork

Linda and I want to thank John Ballback for aiding us on the purchase of our 2017 Ridgeline and the trade in of our 2006 Honda Element. John was a great benefit guiding us through the process. Steve Al-Jabiri has the traits of a good leader with excellent people skills. I don't want to forget John Daniels who found us the lowest percentage on our loan and Chett Earnheart who showed us how to set up the smartphone connection on our Ridgeline. We would like to thank the technician (we didn't get his name) who installed the bed top on our new Ridgeline and demonstrated how it worked and the different features. We look forward to seeing you again when we bring our new Ridgeline in for service. Our dog Cody looks just the dog in the new Ridgeline commercial.
