Ignored

It is almost 3:30 in the afternoon walked in to look at a few Nissan for lease pricing no one else in the showroom manager at the desk on his cell phone and salesman sitting around was not even greeted or acknowledged no one even said hello. I wandered for 10 minutes and even went on the Nissan site on my phone and still no one bothered so I promptly left and went to Toyota. Seems early in the month for everyone to have hit their quota already and not want to sell

I would not recommend this dealer.

First and foremost I would like to recognize, Armando Castaneda, for being one of the nicest, professional sales person that I have ever met. I have bought Lincoln, Honda's, Ford's, over 30 years of buying cars he has been one of the most memorable due to him treating us with respect from the minute we walked in the doors. He didn't hold any punches and was honest enough to let us leave and without pushing us to buy. It gave us time to look at other dealers and he was right on point. If we had more honest people in this industry the company would do much better. He is genuinely one of the best sales person I've ever met. This is the first time I've ever met Armando and I will continue to do business with him because of his honesty, I will highly recommend him to all that I know. He is an asset to this company.

The easiest time we ever had buying a used car. We got top price for our trade in. Armando went out of way to make the process easy and fast. He handled all details to our satisfaction. Also, the financial manager Jason, got us a good rate and terms on our loan. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly.

bought my third kia optima from this dealership once again eugene exceeded all expectation in handling the sale of the 2016 kia optima the dealership did not have the optima in the color my wife wanted - not a problem - eugene located had the car at middletown kia in a couple of days time the wife and i love the new kia optima and were both highly pleased with eugene s hard work in getting us the right car at the right price

DO NOT GO HERE

Do not go to this dealership. I went there because my family was friendly with the owner. I got a great deal for a 2014 Altima. Then I drove it home, and heard an odd sound with the brakes. Brought it back to the dealership, they said the sound was normal. After driving it for a few more weeks, the breaks kept sounding worse and worse. I brought it to a Nissan near me, and they said I should bring the car to a mechanic. I brought the car to the mechanic, and it all went downhill from there. I found out that the car was in an accident that was not disclosed to us when we purchased the car. The bottom was rusted. At a closer look, the paint was pealing in all different parts underneath the cars and near the lights. My muffler was crooked and not put together properly, there was frame damage, and the mechanic also said that there were non-Nissan parts under the car. This was a nightmare. I contacted Nissan and they said to come right in to choose another car. My options: A new car that they would on the numbers with, a used car for more money than what I paid, or my money back. After being told could get a new 2015 for the same price as what I paid for the 2014, I agreed. Hours later in the dealership after the owner had left, the final numbers were revealed to be almost ten thousand more than what I paid for my damaged car. I said no to the deal. The following Monday while at work, I started receiving constant messages and calls from the dealership harassing me to choose a car. I told them I needed to go up there, and they told me to take a day off work. I refused. Two weeks later, I finally went up to the dealership. They had no options in my price range that they could give me, they only gave me more expensive options for cars that had more mileage than mine, and another one that was in an accident. I left, and again, received harassment messages from an employee. I felt forced to go to a different Nissan to trade my car. I paid 14,000 for my used 2014 altima. The most I could receive for it was 7,000. That's what it was worth. No matter what, I would have been out thousands of dollars. I just did not want this dealership to get any more money out of me. I was completely taken advantage of, insulted, harassed, told my car was safe and derivable. Stay away from this dealership.

GPS Cover

I have a 2014 Red Nissan Altima in which I lost the GPS cover located and was in the process of obtaining a replacement part. I called the parts department and explained what I needed along with providing them my car's Vehicle Identification Number and color. He took my information and then said the part would be in 3 days later, and I should expect a call by 9 am that morning. I never received a call and had to call back to find out the part had arrived. When I picked up the part, instead of being red, it was a grey color. When I pointed this out to them, they said this is the standard color for the part and if I wanted a red cover, they could send it out to be painted for an extra $60. The issue is that I was not told any of this when I ordered the part. Since I am not familiar with the details of getting an identical part that matches the car color, my expectations of good customer service are that the employees should have explained the process and provided the price for an installed red cover when I ordered the part. and not when I picked it up and started asking questions. I don't think my expectations are unreasonable and this was definitely poor customer service.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I've been driving for 30 years, and I had many car purchasing experiences in the past. First of all, the online deal they offered made me drive 70 miles from North Jersey to their store, and got lost in their huge yard thanks to Eugene (best sales rep. I've ever met) found my way to the car I was looking for. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as he answered all of my questions and made sure the vehicle met all my needs. His professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated. Barely Had Any Service

I went to Nissan Kia of Middletown the other week looking for a particular part for my current Nissan. As I walked into the Parts and Service area I went to the parts desk and waited for a parts adviser. Nobody was at the parts counter which is understandable due to they could've been in the back busy, but as i looked around I saw the service advisers chatting among-st themselves, look at me, and then go back to their conversation. Also, an employee even walked into the parts area, saw that I was not being helped, and continued to walk into the showroom pretending I wasn't there. After about 5 minutes parts specialist Adam Wright arrived at the desk to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable on what he was talking about, but unfortunately I was so surprised by the poor service I left and took my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this dealer.
