Great Customer Service

Jaleel Conway gave exceptional customer service to me and my husband. We have both had negative car buying where we never got straight answers until signing on the dotted line. Needless to say we were a bit leary about buying again. Jaleel immediately put those fears to rest. He was respectful, knowledge and honest from start to finish. I would definitely purchase from him again and refer others.

2018 nissan sentra/ Mr Hightower

Nissan of Union City was very helpful in getting us a vehicle. Josh Ajayi was very good and attentive and we were not there very long. He took good care of us and we lover our new car!! Their follow thru has been great Cindy took care of me and Anita as well. With this dealership you are never alone!!!

Everyone that i came into contact was very helpful! This is my very first new car. After being turned down at a previous dealership. The staff here made me very thank full i came. Mrs Anita was very pleasant and with great conversation talked me through all the features and details of my car! Mr Doug Brown and Mr Gamble both were very helpful with the process with the banks getting me approved and I really like the fact that they did not give up even when i was ready to just walk away!! Thanks to every one even the Young lady that was at the front desk to check me in! Excellent service all around If new the name of the young men who detailed my car i would tell them Thanks as well because It was really clean inside and out! Thanks everyone!

BUYERS BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a vehicle from this unprofessional dealership about a year and a half ago. At the time of trade in we were told that we would get more for our trade in than what they actually put down on paper. Also, we could have gotten a MUCH BETTER DEAL somewhere else (always do your research before purchasing a vehicle). I have been calling this place for over 2 months now inquiring about the process to get my GAP insurance refunded and they will NOT return any of my phone calls. I have also emailed the floor supervisor with no response. To top it all off, each time I call the receptionist hangs up on me after laughing and placing me on hold. She’s absolutely incompetent and useless! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND GO TO A REAL (& PROFESSIONAL!!!!!) CAR DEALERSHIP! I will be contacting corporate.

Dont waste your time

Had my car a year (Altima 2016 used) and it’s out of warranty. When purchasing the car I asked for an extended warranty and the finance manager declined me stating that I was not in a position to receive the extended warranty that I was lucky that I was even approved for the car. I had to beg for GAP and he mad me pay for my GAP cash upfront $500. Also when I called my finance company to see if they had additional options they stated that those instruction about extended warranty was not true that they would have went through another company not them. At that point I did not understand why the finance manager had me lie to the finance company about the type of car I was receiving if I would not be covered. Basically I was taken advantage of and it worked on their end because now I am screwed out of a car unless I come up with the funds to fix the issue. Nissan said it’s nothing they can do, you have to buy a $3500 transmission. I do not know much about repair to cars but my car is calling for a sensor and I'm not sure why my sensors can not be replaced vs the entire transmission! Call consumer affairs and they had an attitude told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I will be taking this to the next level. My voice will be heard and something will be done. I would have never spent my money with them knowing I would have to deal with such poor service and attitude!Please do not put yourself in my situation stay away from Nissans(CVT) they are NO GOOD! Terrible customer service and they will do NOTHING to help you.

Amazing!

From my sales person Joyce, Mark the finance guy, all the way to Monique in Cx service who showed me how to operate the Bluetooth in my new 2018 Sentra. Bad Business

i went in to buy a Nissan. As a Nissan owner for 10 years I know how they are priced. However, I was told that a Toyota would be comparable by the sales person. Nor fully versed in the brand I agreed to see one and ultimately purchase one. Only to find out not even 24 hours later that it was priced near $6,000 dollars over fair value. Upon returning to the dealership within 24 hours, I was literally told I was stuck with the bad deal. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I can do a trade in but I would have to roll over that negative equity. Ridiculous! Why would a well known dealership sale someone a car with that amount of negative equity. As always anyone with power is out of town or sick. In addition the finance person falsified information and misreported my monthly mortgage payments in addition to other things to make sure that I got approved for the loan. Please avoid this dealership, they only care about sales. They have know loyalty to customers and they don’t stand behind there merchandise, yet you will hear a thousand of radio commercials about how they are so great and community focused. The whole support your local community or economy is just good branding and a way to get you in. To make matters worse I now hear a knocking in the engine of a vehicle purchased just three days ago at a ticket price of $23,000 dollars from Nissan South of Union City. So disappointing and frustrating.

I purchase my original Nissan Sentra from Nissan of Union City. The way the company went above and beyond meant a lot to me. As a loyal customer, I returned to this same dealership for the same results. They were awesome. The payment on my Nissan Pathfinder is less than what I paid for my Nissan Sentra! I know- it is unbelievable! I was very impressed with the honesty and experience of Doug Brown, as well as James Gamble. I am committed to Nissan for life!
