AWFUL

Customer Service is TERRIBLE. Once they have your money, they could care less about you. Russell and JT both are rude and dishonest. BUYERS BEWARE!!! They ask customers to give a 5 star review on google in exchange for free oil changes. That says alot about a dealership. Shame on You, Norman Mitsubishi!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! YOU'LL REGRET IT!

First, let me tell you that the customer service rep offered me two free oil changes if I would give them a 5 star review. The fact that I am passing up on two free oil changes, couldn't be bought, and couldn't in good faith recommend anyone use this place should tell you something. I bet most of the good reviews they have are bought to be honest. Things you should know if your thinking of going: *Kaylee who answers the phone doesn't even work on site and never delivers messages or appointments she sets. I set an appointment to see the car and then called her to confirm with the VIN number the day of. When I showed up they had no record I was coming and told me another man from Arkansas was on his way to look at it. Since I was there, they had to sell to me, but the Arkansas man showed up and was rightly mad that he had driven so far for nothing. This is only one of many instances of bad communication I've experienced with them over 2 months and if you read other reviews, you'll see that this is a very common occurrence. *The salesman, Nolan, was very inexperienced and could not answer any of our essential questions about the car. Instead of saying he would find out for us, he would just say "I don't know" and expect that to be sufficient. It took a lot of refusal to back down to get him to go ask someone for us. *When I test drove the car, the tire pressure on the back right tire dropped about 10 PSI. When we decided to make an offer on the car, I told him that the tire would need to be fixed for us to sign. I suspected it was something easy like a leak but wanted to be protected just in case. He came back with papers for me to sign saying they fixed it. When I asked what was wrong with it he said "oh well we just aired it up". I insisted the paperwork be changed to reflect that if the PSI went back down, we could bring it back and have it fixed. He got really mad at this request and acted like a child but obliged. *After contracts were signed, we drove off of the lot and noticed that the odometer showed 700 miles over the mileage that was printed on the contract we signed. *The car advertised remote start but it wouldn't work. Turns out they lost the key, bought a different one and never hooked it back up. They did allow us to take it to a Nissan Dealership to fix it though but we had to drive all the way back and be without a car for a few days. *HERE IS WHAT REALLY SHOWS THEIR TRUE COLORS The tire pressure was back down to 25 the day after we bought it. Long story short, we ended up having to drive 4 times (5 including getting the remote start fixed) to Norman for them to "fix" the issue. Once, they had to "get a part". Then, they replaced the TPMS sensor. WHY? no idea since it was clearly a leak and all they had to do was check for it. When that didn't help, we went a third time and they were too busy for us even though we confirmed our appointment twice and drove all the way there. The last time we went, the manager and mechanic came out and told my husband they finally found the leak and that they "put a plug in" -direct quote. Finally fixed right? Nope! Tire pressure was down the next day and so continues 2 months of me filling up my tire every 3 days. Finally I realized I couldn't trust them. I took it to a Hibdons and here is the kicker. They took the tire off and immediately saw a huge nail. They brought me back to show me that there was no evidence of a plug in that tire whatsoever and anyone who actually took the tire apart and claims to have checked it 4 times could see the nail. *******That is when I realized that EVERY TIME we drove an hour to Norman and back, they let my husband sit in the waiting room and did nothing to the tire and then lied to his face about it.....FOUR TIMES! That is what kind of dealership this is. They are shady. They lie. They don't care about their customers and they cut corners. I regret having ever gone there.

I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a great pre-owned truck. They have pretty good inventory. The staff here was extremely helpful & knowledgeable on the truck I bought from them. Benedict their finance manager made it pleasurable as well buying feom them. Will be back

I think car buying should be stress free. I mean, ultimately it is the vehicle that sells itself. My car buying experience with Norman Mitsubishi was just that...stress free. I was not pressured into buying more car than I needed for myself nor my budget. Travis and the entire staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely repay them a visit when I am seeking to buy my next vehicle. Thanks you guys. Keep up the good work.

BUYER BEWARE!! Unfortunately I have to give a star when they deserve nothing. This place is garbage. They are the epitome of high-pressure, used car sales tactics. Do not go here. Take head in my warning. They only want more money from you and will keep trying to get you to purchase a brand new vehicle and take out a huge loan. They know what they did. They also lost their rating with BBB yet still have stickers implying they're rated with them. They are liars and thief's and DO NOT CARE for anyone but themselves. I hope the car I bought for cheap screwed them out of profits like they were saying it did. In my opinion, it wouldn't be beneath them to tamper with your vehicle to act like it doesn't work so you have to take out a loan with them. Everything they say to you is a front to get your money. DO NOT go here even if you're desperate. Their "cheaper prices" are not worth stepping near this place. Save the trouble, time, and money.

Awesome service

I went in for a routine kind of check because my car has been acting up the last few weeks. Come to find out my trans was messing up. Well after that huge discovery I was very upset, but the car I had ran its course and i've had it for like several years. I started talking to Travis their customer service manager and he introduced me to Benny one of their stellar salesman. And to cut this short I got me a newer car the Dodge Challenger and haha it's been a blessing. I went in for service and came out with a newer much more reliable car! Thx again to Travis for taking time out of his day to talk and to Benny for helping me.
