Walked in the dealership and Eli Cruz was our guy ! He was supper Helpful very polite any questions we had he would answer them worked so hard to get us a good deal 😊 was very patient with us, was with us through the whole process until we got the approval thank you so much! The personnel at the dealership were professional and knowledgeable. They knew specific information about the vehicle I was interested in. The sales manager was courteous and friendly. He was not pushy or tried to sell me additional vehicle options. The finance manager was also friendly and respectful. He explained the purchase contract in detail while putting me at ease. No hidden fees or extra items were pushed on me.

A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

I do not like car shopping. I think a colonoscopy is more pleasant (really), until now. I was in and out in an hour with a great SUV. The salesman was attentive but not pushy and the finance department was very informative, funny and knowledgeable. I very welcoming dealership from start to finish. If a quality automobile is what you are looking for with great rates, then Normandin is your place. I will recommend them to anyone needing a quality experience top to bottom.

Smooth, professional service!

I leased a new 2019 Jeep Latitude from Normandin recently, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. The last time I purchased a car was in 2005! The staff here made me feel welcomed upon arrival, with their knowledge, professionalism and courtesy - without any "pressure" tactic. I would recommend any family or friends who's in the market to buy or lease a car visit this Normandin location first! Big thumbs up!

excellent customer service

Bad and rude customer service

I do not recommend this dealers service department at all every single time i take my jeep here there is an issue. Also the attendants never seem to know what there talking about and the service manager is very rude. One of the times i had to talk to him he didn't look at me once the hole conversation and seemed so unwilling to help me with my issues. If there was another dealer near me i would change in a heart beat. If i could leave a zero star i would.

Great Dealership

I have been a customer of Normandin Chrysler Jeep for 9 years. Not once have I had a problem with their service, or when I purchased two wranglers (different occasions) from them. Jason in the service department has always made sure that myself and my Jeep were taken care of, never an issue in the service department like some have commented.

terrible service

Do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. I bought a Jeep a few years ago and dealing with the Service Department has been a terrible experience. They do not repair your car within a timely manner, nor will you be able to get in touch with them during the process except for when they want payment. Once you pick up the car, it will most likely still be broken and they will charge you again for a new diagnostic. Even the head of the Service Department is impossible to get in touch with.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Poor service!!!

I have dealt with the service department on three occasions regarding warranty issues. When making the appointment, all three times I waited at least six (6) minuets on hold after being transferred to someone else...one time I waited for 25 minutes, and then was transferred a second time and waited another 15 minutes before they transferred me again and then hung up. They say the appointment is at 7:45am, but make you wait in line with people getting oil changes, people that don't have an appointment...although they say it's two separate lines. Overall, they make you wait on the phone to make an appointment, and then to check in for your appointment you have to wait in line with people who don't have an appointment. My advise for people that bought a vehicle here is to find another dealer for service work!

First and last time I will purchase a car from this dealership. Had a bad experience purchasing a new Jeep. Called Mark Normadin (GM) to resolve the issue, but the way Ben (finance guy) treated my wife and daughter after the fact is why I'm posting this review and telling everyone to avoid this dealership. Mark, if you're reading this, you know darn well what your people did. Shame on you, Ben and Harry!

FANTASTIC Experience!!!

I seriously wish I could give them 10 stars because it's well deserved! I have been looking for an SUV for several months to get me out of a 2007 Nissan Altima. The issue I had was an upside down auto loan of $7080.00 on the Altima, fair credit and only $1000.00 to put down. I'm sure you can tell from that scenario that dealers didn't want to deal with me or the ones that did wanted more money down and a very high monthly payment. Last week I almost purchased a Ford Escape from Frontier Ford on Stevens Creek but the salesman came back to me with a very high monthly payment and interest rate. He also said I needed to put more money this. Mind you this was after sitting there for 3 hours going back and forth being told they can "make this happen." What really sent me over the edge was when I told the salesman I can't afford the monthly payment; he said "You make great money so you can afford it." I literally got up and walked out the door. So I went online and started my search over for an SUV and came across the cutest 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I fell in love with it. I sent an email inquiry for it and received a response within minutes from Scott Langton. I emailed him about my situation and asked if he thought they would be able to get me into the SUV I wanted. He asked me to come in so they could appraise my car and we would go from there. I went in last night after work with honestly not very high hopes due to my resent experience with other local dealers and as soon as I sat down I knew he was the guy that was going to make it happen. He actually went over my entire situation on paper and explained to me how the SUV I want has great incentives which helps with my current cars negative equity. He also went on the payment calculator and showed me different monthly payments based on different amounts financed and the interest rate. He really took the time to educate me which no one else has ever done. He also asked me how much I could afford on a monthly payment and if there was any wiggle room or if it was a hard number. He said he would make sure he stuck to what I said was a comfortable payment. After filling out my credit app Scott came to me and said "Great news, we can make this work!" After I said I approve the deal Scott took me to see my SUV and it was even better than I hoped for. During the test drive he was going over everything inside and showing me how everything worked. He even went through the Owner's Manual and highlighted some important information to read. Ounce the financing came through Scott turn me over to the finance rep Ben Zahra and thanks to his hard work and perseverance with the finance companies he got me a lower monthly payment and interest rate than they originally told me it would be. Ben jumped through hoops to get me the best deal to stay within the range I told them I could afford and the best thing is; 'they didn't ask for more money down to get it!' Ben was such a delight during the signing process and went over everything a signed in full detail. If I had a question he would explain the answer to me. My entire experience with Scott and Ben was the absolute GREATEST car buying experience I ever had. And at 45 years old I've bought a lot of cars. If you're looking for a new car PLEASE go to Scott at Normandin. I realize they have some negative reviews that people are entitled to review but my experience was AMAZING and I know yours would be too!!! Recall repair

Made a appointment months ago for air bag recall. Was told it could take upto one hour. They took truck in at 8am at 9:05am i asked if it was done and they told me that they had not started yet. This is not the first time I had problems with this place. Not hdppy!

Good first time experience

This was a spontaneous stop for me and my wife as we were in the area. The dealer we dealt with was friendly and seemed well informed about the brand and options we had. Overall it was a good experience and I was surprised to see that this location only had a one star rating as my overall experience was pleasant and I came away with some additional data points that I didn't have earlier.

I was not very impressed with this dealership and ended up purchasing a car somewhere else. I do not think the sales manager would want someone with excellent credit having to go around and rate shop. He stated we sells cars not rates, but you will not sell anything with that attitude!

I had a mirror broken on my 3500 Ram got a quote for instulation and part when I did this all information was provided vin type of part at the point of instulation they told me the part was quoted wrong and it would cost more the responsable party for the break had already issued a check they told me they could put the wrong mirror on or put the broken one back or I could pay the diffrece and they would give me a new quote to take to the responsable party {like they would belive that}I paid the diffrence with a small discount called the service manager the next day Steve Rogers he said he would look into it and call me back later in the day 2 days ago no responce I am 2500 miles from home and dont have the time for a lot of BULL
