Oil change

Oil changed and tires rotated for the price of oil change. Very friendly visit with showroom salesman . They have also driven me to The Doctor before while I was waiting on my car

I had my vehicle in for a couple of recall's and to have a few major parts looked at. I called and scheduled an appointment, the next day, and my car was ready for pick-up by the end of the day. The service department, Damon, kept me informed all day as to what was happening with my car, what was found and what was done. That was amazing!! Thank you for you help!!

Once again Stephen Gross and his Crew took excellent care of my Cadillac XLR. Stephen is always quick to contact me with needed information, recommendations, and choices concerning the repair of my automobile. The mechanics work hard to return my car as quickly as possible. 60,000 mile auto check-up and ignition key recall repair

It was great service, ...efficient, less expensive than expected, and effectively completed in a timely manner. I will gladly bring my Chevy Impala back to Northcutt's Service Department for any other necessary check-ups and repairs.

Pickup Service

I took my pickup to Northcutt for an oil change, tire rotation and brake light repair. When it was ready the left brake light still was not working. They took it back and fixed it at no charge. When I got home I couldn't get the tail gate to open. Finally I got it to open and found a loose bolt by the LEFT tail light. I tightened it and now everything works fine.

We stopped in wit hour 2010 Convertible Grand Sport...

We stopped in wit hour 2010 Convertible Grand Sport Corvette in the service center to program a new wheel sensor. The new 2014 Stingray in cyber grey was calling our names as she sat glistening in the afternoon sun out in front of the dealership. We made one circle around the car and opened the door and sat down only to be totally mesmerized. We could only think about taking her home and Northcutt's made it all happen with curtisy, support, and celebration. We have stopped in a couple of time since in the first few week of owning the new Stingray and everyone has been excited to see us and wanted to make sure we were extreemly happy and satisfied. Our salesman John Quier could not have made the experience any better. Kudos to Northcutt's and their team for making our dream a reality. This is our 6th Corvette purchase and by far the most memorable and pain free experience ever. Thanks Again, Mark & Shelly Bonnett
