Worst dealer ever

Don’t ever buy a car from this dealer, sales guy Bob is a total jackoff, bought a new 17 accord drove 400 miles from Detroit MI to get the car I had been searching for for some time, was treated like garbage was told by Bob he would rather not sell me the car because he loses the maintainence on the car on account I was from out of state... real nice thing to say to the people that help keep food on your table. Unfortunately this was the only dealer that had the car I wanted so I bought it, car had 153 miles on it when I got in it paper work said 117, they didn’t even new car prep it Because it was Saturday and local customers were apparently more important. Tried to give me the car on quarter tank after Bob said they would fill it, luckily they did after I went back in. Got my new car home let it sit for a week I was very busy at work and used my work car. Once it slowed down I washed and waxed up my new car and realized there was a factory defect in the paint clear coat, called dealer they didn’t do anything, called Honda they said they would repaint it 🤦??? A brand new car needing a paint job, no thanks could have bought a used car way cheaper with a fresh paint job. So now thanks to this dealer with such top notch people working at it and the brand I once loved Honda, I’m stuck with a pile of crap that has a factory paint defect. But thank you Honda customer care, and Dick xxxxxxxx Nourse Honda I love my new in need of a paint job new car and the 335 dollar a month payment that came with it 👍👍👍 Chris

Beware of Honda Sales Manager Bob McGloan

Purchased a new Honda oddessey on June 5, 2017 under the impression that dealer would have RES/DVD installed and it would be the SAME as factory. I traded in a 2010 oddessey EX-L RES/DVD which I had bought new. The DVD in my trade in had lasted the entire 7 years/ 177,000. The only reason I agreed to this vehicle was because sales manager Bob Mcgloan assured me it would be the same DVD as factory installed. Ten days later the DVD was installed by Columbus Audio. This unit not even comparable to factory unit. When the screen is down my rear view is obstructed enough that I can't see approaching vehicles (not to mention to noise the unit makes when in play). I returned to Nourse two days later to express my dissatisfaction with the unit he said would be "same as factory" ONLY TO HAVE HIM LOOK ME STRAIGHT IN THE EYE AND CLAIM "I never said that." Saleswoman Brandi Tisdale who sold me the vehicle stood right there knowing the truth BUT did NOT speak up. That was June 18th, customer service manager became "involved", now here we are July 31st six weeks later and still no solution. The only one suggested was he would have the DVD removed, give me $300 (?) and leave with with the cut out in the headliner. OH, did I mention that I didn't have even receive the ADVERTISED HOME RUN SALE discount of $2441? Didn't realize this until I reviewed my paperwork (should have done that more thoroughly before I singed). Will update if resolved.

I would not recommend this dealer.
