Excellent Customer Service

As i pulled into the service drive, it was Jose turn to greet me. As he do so, he did it with a smile and a proper hand shake. Told Jose what i think what is wrong with it and he gave me his input as what he thinks what's wrong with. Long story short, they fix the issue also jose was very helpful and friendly every step of the way. Very friendly fella I might add.

Raymond Leung provided me the best customer service. I had worked with him for 14 years of my car services. He answered all my questions with great details. He provided me the car loaner so I can drive to work. He is the service adviser that I trust and recommended.

Outstanding experience buying a hard to find Acura

My wife wanted a 2019 Acura RDX with very specific trim we discovered was only available in a few dealers in the Bay Area. We live in Novato, and found the closest dealer that had the vehicle she wanted in Oakland. From the first conversation to closing the deal and driving the car home, everyone we met at the dealer treated us very well. Our sales associate was Rufino Bales and Finance Manager was Alex Diani. Buying a new car takes time. They both kept us informed of the steps and provided us all of the information we needed to make our decisions. I would highly recommend this dealer and these two individuals in particular.

Cannot or refuse to fix issues with the hands free link

Have taken it back multiple times for failure to answer calls and inability to correctly make outgoing calls. They say: “no problem found; maybe you have too many contacts in your phone?”. (This is an iPhone 7+ with the latest iOS updates and lots of free memory, so it’s not a smart phone issue.) Blaming it on the user is a poor excuse for a flawed system!

I would not recommend this dealer.

I recently bought a second Acura. The first one was from another dealership and I saw a factory recertified one on line with all the specifications I wanted. I was contacted by Tom Tang and I came into the dealership and got excellent service, way beyond my expectations. I would definitely come back here again.

Every time I get serviced at Acura I never really have any complaints. This last time it took a little longer than normal but it seems that they may have been short staffed. I brought my laptop to do some work so it did not bother me at all.

Acura of Oakland provides good service. Dropped off my car in the morning, they provided a loaner car, and was able to pick up the car after work. No issues.

Warranty repair of 2017 Acura MDX

Our MDX has a no start condition. Ray sent a technician to our house. When that did not work, Sunday kept me well informed of the repair done at the dealership. Both a pleasure to work with.

Routine service and recall replacement of air bag.

I was informed of the work to be done and the time frame of the work. I was treated as though I was their most important customer. I was routinely informed of the status of the service. When the work was completed Jose went over a very detailed checklist with me an answered all of my questions. My visit to this dealership was a very pleasant experience and I appreciate the knowledge, skills, professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the service department staff.
