Great Service Dept.

I've taken my Mitsubishi to this dealership several times over the years for service. Never a complaint with service received. Polite service staff and good quality of service. Only area of concern is why an oil change costs different amounts every time I go in. Otherwise, no complaints. Nice dealership. Clean waiting area with free bottled water.

Don't get your Mitsubishi anywhere else!

The team at Orange Park Mitsubishi is second to none! I am not even over selling it. Buying a new car should be a celebration, an uplifting experience. With the Orange Park team it was! From the ease of getting my pre qualification to the signing of the paperwork I always felt valued and respected. It's not even that I have perfect credit... I don't. In spite of my limitations I was able to get a wonderful new Outlander Sport at less than MSRP out the door with a finance option that meets my needs. Orange Park Mitsubishi sells Maserati, Fiat, Alpha Romeo, AND Mitsubishi. With all the high end cars and clientele, I would have expected to feel like a second tier customer. That wasn't the case! I want to publicly thank Ty, Jefferson, Chris, Brandon, and all the unseen techs who made this purchase completely painless. Thank you all so much!

take your money and run

bought a new mirage that came with a window sticker that included 3 years service (as well as nitro in tires and a wax job). after i got home i was informed i didn't purchase that package for the bargain price of 3 thou. i emailed twice ( a week apart) and didn't hear squaduce. i texted to get informed i don't get package (i guess they will want the nitro back from my tires..lol). i was told they would have my equity check to me in 7 to 10 days. i called today 13 days later and the billing had to look me up to find they owed me money (over 12 k). now i have to drive over an hour each way to pick up the check ( or wait another 12 days to see if it comes in the mail). i have averaged over 3 cars per year for 51 years. none of the future ones will come from hanania.

Professional, knowledgeable, Service Pros

Fiat service is by far the best. Upon completion of service, my car feels like a new car again. They are thorough in explaining my cars needs and how to best keep my car so it is dependable and safe for me to drive. Scott Wet is an outstanding service advisor and services my vehicle in a timely manner.

I talk to “Pam” before I went to this shop today I told her what happened to my car, they recoded the key transmitter last December and I noticed that the fuses were marked I checked that fuse box before I actually went there last December but now I’m having problems with my AC , she refused that their mechanics touched my fuses but when they get done with the service she said there’s a fuse missing and they replaced it and charged me $147 which I think was from last time I went there...

Easiest Car Buying Experience...Ever!

I started my car buying experience over the internet, and upon my first conversation with Orange Park Mitsubishi, the manager told me "we don't play games". And they lived up to that comment. They emailed me a quote, we had a phone conversation, I drove to the dealership, and was driving my new 2018 Outlander Sport off the lot in about an hour. The people were respectful, helpful and not your stereotypical car salesmen. I was not pressured to purchase any extras, and did I mention that they gave me an excellent price on both the new car and my trade-in? Based on my past car buying nightmares, I would say that there's nothing that I hate more than buying a car. I mean, I HATE IT! Maybe if I had bought my first car at Orange Park Mitsubishi, I wouldn't hate it so much. I would definitely buy from them again, and in fact, couldn't picture me buying from any other dealership in the future. Best.Experience.Ever.

Not so good feeling

Pre-visit: I have had mixed feeling being a 1st time car buyer and my interaction with the sales rep wasn't one of the pleasant ones. I had a budget in mind and I clearly articulated on what my min and max limits (out of the door price) are and I conveyed the same over phone before visiting the dealership. I was confirmed that I should be able to find a new car (older version for the out of the door price I had in mind). I was surprised when I asked the rep to send me his business card through a text message so that I can schedule my visit. He responded in a very strange manner stating that I have his dealership number and I should call and schedule my appointment. At the dealership: I reached the dealership and again very strange there was no one available or visible. I walked around and asked a gentleman for the specific rep and he mentioned he worked out of the adjacent dealership. The rep admitted that he should have mentioned his office before hand. Test Drive: I have to say that he offered a test drive a new vehicle and fairly decent drive to test the automobile.The rep wasn't the most conversational (surprising for a sales person) or neither was providing the answers to all the questions regarding the car most enthusiastically. Upon completion of the test drive when I got down the car to check out the rear and boot of the car, the rep just walked in and did not bother to hang around to answer any questions I may have. By this time, you have created a perception of the host and even if you were convinced with the vehicle your are aren't convinced with the way you are being treated. The other thought is how you will be dealt with everytime you come for service which is far more important. Pricing discussion: We started the discussion and the rep walked in and brought me a bottle of water which was good gesture (most dealers offer). I have to say that the rep was the most diligent in getting to seal the deal. He spoke to finance team and gave me a quote. I was surprised that it was above the max budget and when asked he mentioned that he would have mistaken on the max numbers. The immediate next pitch was to look at an used car as a new car will not fall in that bucket. When I conveyed my hesitation on used vehicles, the conversation took a turn and more frustrated conversations began. I felt very pushy and demeaned at the end of the conversation, the rep managed to build a concrete wall between us and I was ready to walk out. He goes on to say that being a weekend he has taken time to work with me and over his other esteemed customers. Seriously, how does it matter to me as a customer if you have other customer appointments? Long story short, customer experience plays a bigger role in conversion of a deal and with this experience I wasn't keen to make a deal here.

Great Experience

I came into the dealership 6 months ago to buy a vehicle and wass unable to buy the car I wanted. Three days ago, I received a phone call from Yohan the manager there. He asked how I was doing and if I was still interested in the Mitsubishi Outlande, and they he could get me into one. At first I was sceptical, bit I decided to make a appt and go in. When I first arrived I was greeted by Tim and was asked if he could get me a bottle water while he went to get Yohan. Yohan was prompt and introduced me to Yip a polite and professional salesman. After a few mins I was test driving and falling in love all over again with the Outlander. Long story short the dealership has completely changed from 6 months ago, this time I was treated like a queen and was able to leave with the Outlander of my dreams. Management, sales and experience was amazing this time. I highly recommend this dealerahip.

NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from orange park Mitsubishi (new) The vehicle had less than 10,000 miles when it started having issues So far my vehicle has been in their service center OVER 4 times same issue (leaking coolant & over heating) and they can't figure it out. I've been stranded and missed work because of this vehicle multiple times. Now not only do I have same issue (coolant & overheating) but a new and even more serious issue.(will not accelerate and has a warning light that says slow down transmission overheating) So I took it back to the dealer. The only time I get any updates as to the status is if I call and even then I get told we will call you back and NEVER get a return call. I called today after almost a week of no news, I'm annoyed and even more confused I was told by Berry that the transmission needed replaced (day after I went to have it fixed) he said they knew that but was figuring out the coolant leak...now today Mark basically tells me the tech drove my car and can't find any issues with the transmission (even though it wouldn't accelerate and a warning light came on while i was taking it there) but wait there's more (just like a bad infomercial) they still don't know where coolant is going. So this new hunk of junk has been sitting there either not looked at for almost a week or I was lied to either way I'm furious. This has been an ongoing issue and I am at my breaking point of trying to resolve it.

TeamWork and Disposition! Was The Total Experience at this Dealership That I Was Hoping to Receive and I Did. I Traded my 18 year old Camaro Which I Was Also Given A Very fare trade in price for not Like Other Dealerships i had Visited. Thankyou! Ryan Jordan was very Cordial in his Salesmanship and Very Professional. Zach Wilson In Finance was The Same and got me a low rate and id not try to sell me things i did not need like most other dealerships. I Revisited the Dealership the following day for car cleanup and DFI Treatment through the service Dept and Mark Cummins got me in and out in a timely manner. Everybody i don't know all there names but they were very nice as well, No Pressure here at All! I Want to thank all the named above for a Great Over all Experience.

Every dealership should have a Scott Kepple. He was friendly, polite,not pushy at all. We traded in a nine year old car which, of course, had none of the newer technologies in it. Scott took us through EVERYTHING with the patience of Job. Not only did we get a great new car, but were brought, gently, into the new worlds of hands-free communication and streaming audio. We felt that he didn't just want to sell us a car, but that we knew how to enjoy it as well. If their service lives up to the sales department, we'll never buy anywhere else!

Our salesman Scott kepple was absolutely the best part of our experience. He was friendly greated us right away and went out of his way for at every turn. He had a no pressure attitude that made him a comfort to talk to and ask question. The worst part of our experience was the hour and a half wait to see there finance person. We have a 2 year old so keeping him entertained and with no food for lunch was very complicated. We were walking out the door when they finished paperwork and drug us back. I have to tell you overall the friendly nature of all the people was great. It made a great shopping atmosphere. If you happen upon this dealership ask for Scott kepple he won't steer you wrong. The rating of 3 on the price is because I am one of those people that don't like dealer price what so ever. We paid just a little below msrp.

I can't believe the overall helpfulness that Scott Kepple and his team brought to the table. I needed a specific vehicle with specific guidelines and Scott, Petre, David and DeWayne Worked so hard to make it work and now I'm the proud owner of a perfect used vehicle. I recommend Orange Park Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new or used car. When the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle I couldn't think of another place I would go.
