Replace Air Bag

I came in for replacement of air bag it was a recall. When first dropping off the car not very informative. When I got to the information who helped inform me of what was going on with my vehicle was very helpful and kept me informed. He also helped me with getting quotes for new tires and work that needs to be done to my vehicle but told me when it needs to be done not at this time. It was very helpful. I will be coming back for more service help.

Quick and relaxed experience!

I was in and out in a timely manner. Had to bring my kids who enjoyed the snack area, so they felt special. Sara was so pleasant and informative. Pedro, always makes you feel like family.it is always a smile to see those two.

Great Service Experience

Really nice sales and service facility. You never know what to expect when traveling from another state while on vacation. Very pleased with the service performed on my 2013 QX56. I was also pleased with my service consultant, Tim Brown, who was friendly and very accommodating. He had a good understanding of my vehicle and provided me with information that could possibly help in prolonging the life of my vehicle's new battery.

Wonderful car buying experience!!!

I have purchased several vehicles from Orlando Infiniti and they make the process smooth and stress free! This time was no different; I told Goran what I was looking for and he tracked it down for me and it was exactly what I wanted. He helped make the process extremely easy and really took care of my requests. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. In addition, Gabriel in finance was wonderful as well and assisted me working with my bank. They are both top notch and I will continue to drive to Orlando Infiniti for all purchases and service work. P.S. My 2011 M37 just rolled 215,000 miles and still going as strong as day one:) Infiniti customer for life!

Sara Morris is the best!!

I have been a customer at this location for over 8 years. I have had the best service experience EVERY time I take my car to Orlando INFINITI--mainly because of Sara. One reason I keep buying INFINITI cars because I know the service here with her will always be first class. There have been times when I have had a larger expense/issue than I expected but it's handled professionally by them. I always get a loaner if needed. The service bay is pristine and the waiting area has complementary wifi/drinks/snacks. It would be a big loss to many customers if Sara ever leaves this dealership.

The Owner is Amazing!

Sadly, I had a poor experience yesterday. HOWEVER, the owner of Orlando Infiniti personally called me to hear about my experience and really listened to me. He was lovely, kind and thoughtful in his approach. I am incredibly impressed by him and the way he views his business. I may consider buying another Infiniti because of this one phone call. Service, kindness and listening goes a long way and that's what separates luxury buying from other types of purchases. I'm not quite to a five star rating yet but hopefully with time I will be changing this review to five stars. I would very much like that to happen. Additionally, Pedro and Ron in the service department are total sweethearts and have always gone out of their way to make me feel special.

Excellent Manager

We are GM family members who decided to try Infinity for various reasons and based on recommendations. Had a disaster with original purchase but Brandon who is the Manager did all that and more to make our purchase a great experience. He went out of his way to get the Infinity that we really wanted shipped to the Orlando dealership. He triple checked the QX50 when it arrived in Orlando and spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining the technology in the vehicle. Many thanks to Brandon and Orlando Infinity for making us as customers vey happy.

Crooks

Avoid these Crooks!! I came in for a routine oil change and Orlando Infiniti offered an extended warranty and which I added to my vehicle. I Dropped my vehicle off a month later for repairs. After Orlando Infiniti had my vehicle in their possession for over four weeks, I received a call from the service manager Lee Messersmith stating that the warranty wouldn't cover my repairs. I contacted the warranty company which advised that Orlando Infiniti had sold me the wrong warranty (Orlando Infiniti sold me a warranty for a brand new vehicle). Lee Messersmith attempted to lie and defraud paperwork to avoid taking responsibility for this error. I asked to speak with the General Manager, which he never called and continued sending messages through Lee and I just couldn't believe the poor level of service and unprofessional behavior. I've contacted corporate relations which advised this location is a franchise and there's nothing corporate can do. Hearing the name Infiniti you would expect superb customer service and honesty. Unfortunately, this is not the case for this location. Avoid this location!!

The Best Experience!

I went into Orlando Infiniti stuck in a lease that I very badly wanted to get out of. I had been conversating back and forth with Rich Muse all day before coming in. He gave me an outstanding price upfront got me out of my lease and was the most patient and knowledgeable salesman I've ever worked with. He made me feel comfortable before I even came to the dealership. There was no pressure or anything he was very attentive and even went out of his way to find and retrieve me the car I asked for from another dealership. He kept me informed through the entire process and overall gave me the best experience I've ever had buying a car!

Dealing with Infiniti Orlando, Scott Allendale in sales was a wonderful easy experience. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted which they didn't have on the lot. They did everything they could in getting the QX I was looking for. I left very happy in a SUV that's love and a team at Infiniti who are still there to answer any questions I have!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE XYLON

THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MANY ISSUES I HAVE ENDURED WITH THIS COMPANY. ONE WORD IS REGRET OF THIS PURCHASE. I PURCHASED THE XYLON PROTECTIVE PACKAGE. APPARENTLY YOUR CAR IS LEFT THERE A DAY EXTRA TO DO SO. SO I MADE A CLAIM WHICH IS WORSE THAN A TYPICAL INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES SEND TO THE COMPANY SO MY POINT IS IT IS THIRD PARTY. THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT HELPED ME FILE MY CLAIN FROM ORLANDO INFINITI WAS THE BEST BUT AS SHE STATED IT WAS THE XYLON REP TED GOFF WHO IN FACT SAID THE CALIM WAS DENIED BECAUSE...BRACE YOURSELF... I NEVER ATTEMPED TO CLEAN AND OR TREAT THE STAIN. HELLO I DID WIPE IT OFF AND IT DID NOT WORK HERE YOU COME IN FOR THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. THEN I GET AN EMAIL STATING MY CLAIM WAS NOT FILED WITHIN 60 DAYS FO THE OCCURANCE. I TRIED TO AND I AM SURE THEIR UNFRIENDLY BS XYLON CLAIM SITE CAN REFLECT THAT. I AM LOOKING TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE I BEG OF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE XYLON OR ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS YOUR READY FOR A LOT OF NOTHING FOR YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I WILL BE WRITING CORPORATE. OF COURSE THE SALESPERSON TOLD ME ALL XYLON SERVICING WILL BE DONE HERE THROUGH US. NOT TRUE AND TO TOP IT OFF NO ONE HAS SEEN MY VEHICLE AS OF YET, XYLON'S DECISION WAS BASED ON PICTURES! MAYBE OTHER DEALERS WILL STAND TRUE TO THE SERVICE THEY INITIALLY SOLD TO YOU BUT NOT THIS DEALERSHIP. LAST WORDS ARE SAVE YOURSELF THE CHAOS, BUY ELSEWHERE. TIME AND TIME AGAIN THIS DEALERSHIP HAS FAILED ME.
