Great customer relations

From the moment I got on the phone I felt that I was in very good hands. Mr. Tom and his sales manager were prompt and very curtuous in helping me find what I needed with little to no effort. I travelled OVER 3 hours just for this reason and I did not leave dissatisfied. This is customers service at its finest , I would recommend to anyone.

Great place, family atmosphere and dog friendly ! Highly recommended! Nice coffee bar and free ice cream ! Do miss the mini melts .... but I can’t complain it is complimentary. Everyone is friendly in service department as well.

Excellent Service Department

I have owned three Minis since 2004. The reason I keep a Mini in my garage is because of the excellent service I receive at Orlando Mini. The service department goes out of their way to make sure they not only fix what you think is wrong but look for any potential problems so you won't be inconvienced in the future. They also treat you as if you are their most important customer not just one of many. I actually enjoy taking my car in for service and it is an hour drive, one way, for me to do so!. KT Budde-Jones

What can you say about Orlando many

What can you say about Orlando many well this is what I have to say bed Orlando Mini if you want honest people and people who care this is the place to be indigo to I was very impressed with the service from Spencer the service man that I had for my car they were so polite and so helpful for anybody that would be looking for a car this would be 100% worth your money I have not Ever seen a dealership that looked after the people that buy their cars as much is this dealership the parts department was the best if you ask me I would buy a car from them again and again and again I will tell all my friends and family this is the place to go to I like to think Orlando many for all they did for me

When World Class Service Keeps Me Coming Back...

From my first visit to Orlando Mini's Service Department last year to deal with used Mini Cooper S issues, Spencer has continually gone above and beyond in providing world-class customer service. My latest visit was no exception. I've dealt with service departments in other dealerships before and it's unfortunately hard to find employees who legitimately empathize with customers, offer up solutions and show they actually CARE and WANT to help. Spencer does all this with the highest level of professionalism. I've been advised by friends to find cheaper mechanics to work on my car and I could very well find a mechanic buddy somewhere else to help me deal with the issues I've been having with my Mini, but the level of customer service displayed by Spencer and the mechanics team (specifically Sebastian, another excellent employee!), I find myself willing to pay a bit more and work with Orlando Mini. Another aspect that keeps me coming back is your availability. You guys take care of the problem quickly and effectively and get me back on the road in no time. This is just a note to express the fact that you guys have a seriously valuable resource in Spencer and I hope to continue working with him in the not-so-distant future for my Mini Cooper needs!!

tires... spendy but necessary

My husband and I have purchased our last 3 vehicles from Jim... So we have been customers since 2012. Although having to go in for service is typically a drag, Spencer and Anthony always take such good care of us that we really don't mind. When my most recent service indicated the need for new tires, Spencer gave me several options, got them ordered and set me up with a loaner as soon as I was ready. Can't think of another place I will go to purchase or service my vehicles.

Great service department!

I had my convertible top replaced and the entire service department was extremely helpful. The loaner was a pleasure to drive but now that I have my baby back she looks gorgeous and I am very pleased with my service. Spencer and Anthony are incredible assets to the Orlando Mini team! Thank you!

I went to this dealer with money in hand and not one of the 6 or so sales people or 2 chatty receptionist acknowledged my presence except to ask if I knew the song that was playing. I walked the floor then asked where to see more models and was directed to the parking lot...really, "out in the lot". I wandered and found 2 cars I really liked. On way back in a young lady came out. Great, help!! BUT she didn't know them SO she sat inside while I went back out to "the lot' to get her the details. Seriously. NO HELP! And I found out my friend I was on the phone with actually called them to tell them I was there! Any who...went elsewhere and got the mini I wanted at a much better deal. "You work on commission, right?"

Check Engine Light on!

I took my wife Mini Cooper S with check engine light on....the thermostat need to be replace and the housing too, blah,blah,blahh...$ 930.15 later! Left the dealer 6,45 hours later waiting, check engine light comes back on!!!!! After reading a few reviews about this problem,open the filter housing and what I see the dirtiest filter ever seen in my life.....replaced it, cleaned the MAF, fire the car, check engine light is off!!!!!!! I will never take this car to this jokers ever again!!!!!!!!!

Best service experience ever

Brought my 2007 Mini in for a defective fuel pump, Anthony Brooks service advisor checked and the pump was still under warranty. I waited and my Mini was repaired, washed and ready to go. Tip top service, thanks to Anthony.

Unbelievable Service Department

GARRETT, Service Manager and ADANTE in service pulled all stops for me and helped me in ways I've never experienced in any other dealership…Ever. I never show up too much or have too many issues. I've known Garrett for nearly five years now and he is always kind, considerate and calm. Adante is always polite and professional and never hesitates to say, "Bring it in, we'll take a look at it." Recently, Garrett went above and beyond any expectations on my part when I was beside myself with a non warranty issue. He and Adante took care of me and said, "We look forward to seeing you on Saturday car washes again" which, I've been doing the whole time I've owned my Mini. It's great, and rare, to be at ease with a service dept for so long a period of time and to feel at home. Kudos gentlemen and Thank you. The phrase "customer service" is spoken every day, by every member of the service department at Orlando Mini. Many dealerships allow customer service to take a backseat to profit. However, Orlando Mini continues to strive towards taking care of their service customers in every aspect of Mini maintenance; both scheduled and unscheduled. Customer service is not dead. Every time I have brought my Clubman into Orlando Mini, I have received top quality maintenance and customer service. Orlando Mini is set apart from other dealerships by making the customer service experience a top priority. Great customer service and excellent human interaction is what I have personally experienced since my purchase of my Mini in 2012; due largely in part by the leadership of the service manager Mr. Garrett Bowling, Adante Cameron (service writer) and the rest of the service team. They (in my opinion) should be commended by the Field’s Auto Group for the continued support to the customers post purchase. I have a 2010 MINI Cooper Convertible, and I really enjoy my little car. It is cute, fun to drive ,and great on gas. However, the radio just stopped working all of a sudden --- just out of the blue! After searching the MINI forums for similar problems, I knew it would be an expensive repair. Honestly, I was considering taking it to another service facility, because I didn't want to pay the dealership prices. But, I figured it wouldn't hurt to get a price quote from MINI. I am so glad that I did! After checking my car, Adante delivered the initial bad news regarding the need for a replacement radio (which I figured). I called my husband to deliver the news regarding the repair cost. Yep, we were definitely going to shop around for a cheaper quote. However, as I walked back into the dealership from my phone call, Adante walked over and suggested that he could try to decrease the amount of my bill for the exact same repair service. As it turns out, he decreased my bill by hundreds of dollars!!! (Why do I feel like I am in a Geico commercial. ha!) Anyway, I did my research before going to this MINI appointment, so I knew that Adante offered a lower price than what I could get from other MINI-related service shops. What a relief! I love saving money!Plus, I can hear the music, again! If you are reading this, thank you so much, Adante and Garrett!! Due to your service and efforts, I decided that I am staying with MINI for my next car. It means so much to have great service available when life throws expensive (well in this case...inexpensive) curveballs. :)

Adante Cameron has been our go to service person every time we get our MINI Cooper Countryman S ALL4 serviced. He is a straight shooter who has helped us out on many occasions and kept his cool when our nerves were frayed. He calmed us down whenever we had issues and worked hard to make us feel safe and secure when our MINI had problems.
