Caroline sent my wife home and told her to drive dont worry

I sent my wife here to get the car checked out because it was running hot. I made an appointment to see a mechanic for that morning. Ourisman receptionist from service called me to confirm and patch me through to a service manager (Carolyn) to discuss specifics. I expressed that my car was running hot and I need it it fixed because it is our only car. We are having it towed in because it can not be driven. I also said my wife has Ms so I really need the car fixed and I need it seen soon so she can leave. She will be picking up me and the kids this afternoon. This is our only car. Carolyn said no problembi will take care of her and get her in see what is going on. My wife arrived, waited for a few minutes and the mechsnics went to take the car into the garage to take a look. Carolyn took it upon her self to connect the diagnostic machine to the car and prevent the mechanics from looking at it. Told my wife it isn't showing anything so we can do anything. Carolyn then told my wife to go home. My wife said but what about the bells and alarms I can drive and pick up my family while it is doing that? What if the car blows up? Carolyn said "You don't know nothing about cars it isn't going to blow up!" My asked "so just drive it! What if the alarms start going off just just drive and pick up my husband and kids while they are going off! Carolyn, told my no you'll be fine just bring it back tomorrow. As I said my wife has MUltiple Sclerosis, she was driving home and all the alarms started again but she had to pee because then it became additional stress. My wife had a body malfunction because she was already in the heat and the humidity and now the car is messed up making noises. When the alarms went off we called onstar. They asked why was she sent home my wife explained. My wife called Carolyn again told her what was going on, Carolyn said oh you are ok. Don't worry about that you can still pick up you family. Just bring it in in the morning. Then my wife called me. Told me everything I called Carolyn, told her that my car was supposed to be fixed already and we need a car so that my wife can come pick me and the kids up. Why did you send her home my water pump is out and when she brings it back I need my car to be fixed. Carolyn said "ok". My wife got home washed up and changed and ate. My wife tried to drive it back because Carolyn told her to drive back. The car then over heats again in a not so great area of SE Dc. My wife had to call 911 to get towed back to the Branch avenue Ourisman Chevrolet after sitting in the heat on the side of the road for 2.5 hours. As soon she gets there Carolyn is running outside to try to prevent her from talking to the GM or any other manager. Then without talking to me again they send my wife home in a Shuttle. I called to see what was going on. My wife told me she was in a shuttle. I got off the phone and called The Manager over the service department Donna. Donna said let's get everyone picked up because it is obviously too late for a car and your kids need to be picked up. So the shuttle picked up my wife again to go to the school and pick up the kids and myself from downtown dc. Now they want to add extra to the bill as if it is being seen for the first time. I just had an oil change a week ago. The want to charge me for that. Here my thing I am prior military so that is a discount I was going to get anyway. However now I am pissed. This is just the beginning of what needs to be done. Garbage for service until they have better checks and balances and get rid of Carolyn.

I haven't bought a new car since 2000, both my vehicle are paid for. So I really wasn't ready for a new payment all over again but Ms. Theresa Lewis was the best sales person ever she was very professional and made me feel comfortable in buying my new ride. I couldn't ask for a better experience in buying a new vehicle.

I had an awesome experience at this dealer. I'm 21 with not so good credit and MANY inquiries. Was rejected by everyone I've been to or if I was accepted the interest rate was 25%. Chevrolet in Marlow heights MD Really came though. A special shout out to Ms.Theresa Lewis for her professionalism, love, care and concern for me. She literally went above and be young as well as some other people there to get me in my 2017 Chevy Cruze with 5miles and a 10% interest Rate! I'm so grateful and filled with joy these guys are great!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst Service Experience Ever! I called to get my car I purchased June 2016 fixed due to check engine light coming on for the second time for the same issue.

Fast service for recall

After a bad experience at dealership (AutoNation) which failed to complete the recall service in the two hours they estimated--twice the one hour estimated by Chevrolet--Ourisman came through and I was in and out in an hour and a half The only reason I don't give five stars is that the waiting room was noisy, with loud television so it was hard to concentrate. On the plus side, the waiting room had coffee and fruit--a nice ripe pear!

I'm a complex person, I will definitely say that... I try not to be to difficult but I want what I want and wouldn't settle for anything different. I purchase my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox July 2nd and was definitely hands down the best experience ever. Thanks to Raegan Hairston, he made my car buying experience awesome. Raegan made sure all my needs were met and that I was satisfied even after buying my car. He even work with me that week knowing that I was at work so I'm very appreciative for that. Excellent Professionalism and Customer Service

I can be very difficult and a prudent customer when it comes to major purchases. Raegan went above and beyond to meet/find my exact car specifications; assist in negotiating my trade-in value of my previous vehicle and finance rate for the new vehicle; and even entertain my two-year-old son when he began to get restless during the paperwork process. Raegan was very proactive throughout the whole buying process and provided detail information regarding every aspect/feature (e.g., OnStqr, warranty, and etc.) of my brand new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. HIs customer service is truly impeccable, for example: 1. He provided boxes and assisted when I transferred my personal belongings from my old car to my new car. 2. He stood in the pouring rain (it rained all day during the purchasing process) as I initiated my OnStar to provide additional information and assistance. 3. He was very relentless to ensure his manager honor, even beat, the TRUECar quote I received online. 4. He never waivered nor changed his upbeat attitude during our entire interaction. Even when he had his lunch delivered by another coworker, he never led onto his hunger. (I arrived at the dealership at 11am and left by 4pm) 5. He was able to multitask when a previous customer needed assistance with their prior purchase while attending to my sale. Again, I cannot speak any higher about my service during this car buying experience. I will definitely return for future car purchases. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire staff (e.g., sales, marketing, and financing) for contributing to my overall satisfaction.

I really didn't plan to purchase a car that day I was really just waiting on my service to my Malibu, but the second car I had I really wasn't really happy with. Mr. Raegan Hairston began talking to me and took an interest in helping me find something I would like. At first, I thought a Cruze, but then I already had a car, so why not do something different and get an SUV, so Mr. Hairston was very patient with me and begin showing me the SUVs. He took care of everything and got a good price for me. It was a pleasure working with Sales Representative-Raegan Hairston, who made sure all of my requirements were taken care of and was patient through the entire process. I had an awesome shopping experience at Ourismen Chevy Marlow Heights dealership. I was treated kindly and fairly and am very happy and pleased with my purchase of a brand new 2014 Chevy Camaro(2LS). Whoever designed this car is a genius. Base model simplistic version built for structure and speed. I couldn't be happier with the car.
