Not your typical Slime ball salesman

Pleasantly surprised by salesman Bill and Brad, I needed a newish car capable of better fuel mileage with a fair price (several thousand less than others) for commuting. They found what I was asking for nothing more nothing less, didn't try and big deal me or push me into something else and seemed to be knowledgeable about their products. Only issue I experienced was a slight lack of communication, very minor though! Overall it's by far the best experience I've had purchasing from a dealership and would definitely use them in the future.

Customer driven experience

Larry took time to listen to what I was looking for, what I wanted and did not want in a car. No pushing to make a decision while keeping the communication open. He answered my questions honestly even if the answer may have changed my mind about the purchase. Accommodating to my schedule. We will definitely refer Larry to our friends. I had attempted email contact through website a few days before going To the dealership, but I did not receive answer. Larry was ready to assist me with questions about the car shortly after I arrived at the lot without notice that I was coming.

Great Service

We showed up looking for a car and we browsed for a good 10 minutes before anyone came out to help us but when he did he was pretty standard with the responses, what you would expect. He helped us chose what we were like looking for and gave overall great customer service very calm and reassuring especially when explaining the paperwork.

Easy Sunday morning.

The wife and I went into Overturf Sunday morning just for a test drive .The wife loved the feel and the smooth ride of the 2019 Kia Sorento and our saleman Brad Stewart was so laided back with no push to buy. It didn't take long for us to say let's buy!! Our overall experience at Overturf from start to finish was easy like Sunday morning!!! Great price on our trade in and a very nice price on our New Sorento. We would like thank to Brad Stewart for his laid back approach and Sales Manager Don Baer and Mark Neely in Finance for making it all happen. Great place to buy a car. 0-Nasty within minutes

Stopped to look at a car that caught our eyes. Saw a salesman few feet away so we approached him & asked a few questions about the vehicle we were looking at. Bit interested we asked if we could test it out. Test drive was long. Kirby seemed quiet through it kept to himself. When we arrived back at the dealership we decided to make an offer on the vehicle. Kirby then walked away for a long while like most salesman do. With our proposal we did ask for new set of tires. Kirby said no problem we usually take care of that anyways. He came back & told us what we were asking was nearly impossible & he changed his story said the tires were fine and there's plenty of tread left on them[when clearly they were bare]He continued to get nasty with us saying that what we were asking was just not going to happen. My spouse & I said thats fine & walked away. Kirby then hunted us down in the lobby to try to offer us a deal $200 less than the last. We politely said No we are done here, Good day! He then turned real nasty told my spouse that he didn't twist his arm or make him test drive that car. Tried to make us feel like we were the ones in the wrong. We asked him to please just leave us alone we are no longer interested. We'll never return to Overturf for business ever again solely due to how terribly Mr.Mathews treated us. He brags that hes sold cars for over 20years, If hes going to have a rude disrespectful attitude to his customers I personally think he needs to find a new profession. He makes Overturf Kia look bad, he really does.

Larry is a very professional and down to earth guy who will help you with finding the best vehicle to suit your needs. My wife and I had very specific needs and in fact already had a few KIAs picked out. Larry helped us narrow them down, explain the features, work out a deal, and get us out the door in a very timely manner. I also know a few friends who have worked with Larry before and recommended him. I would make the same recommendation to you. Larry will take care of you!

When I sent an online inquiry regarding a vehicle on Overturf's website, I was not expecting what happened next. I ended up with the perfect sales consultant, the perfect car, and a perfect car buying experience. Larry has this magical ability to listen to what you want and an equally magical ability to turn that into what you get. His professionalism, expertise and personality are *way* above and beyond expectations and to top it off...YES!...there was also a LOT of fun involved! (Wait, was that a test drive or a joy ride???) Had a great, no pressure, car shopping experience. Larry’s goal is to make car shopping fun. The over all feeling I get from overturf is that they want to be your car dealership for life, not just for one purchase. Larry did a excellent job sharing that value. Effective of getting the car you want!

Larry worked with me on the 2016 Golf R to finance it for a price that worked best for me and got me approved in one day! The management helped out by getting all the paperwork done before we even showed up so all we had to do was sign and drive. He's very knowledgeable about luxury, affordability and what everyone wants from a car, a great fit! When I called about the Golf R he got right onto helping me out and giving me details of the car. I had already done lots of research about the model over the years, but he was spot on. By the time we were handed the keys we not only got a new goto salesman, but gained a friend.

I was very disappointed of the way Frank treated me

We traveled from the west side of the state to purchase our VW Touareg TDI. Buying a car remotely can be tricky. Frank was great and made the processes doable. Excellent communications. I would recommend Frank to a friend.

No Pressure!

The one thing I dislike about buying a car is the pressure you feel from a salesman. At no point in time did I feel pressure. Bill was great at just having a conversation. It was not all about the sale. This made it easier for me to think about my options and make my final decision. I knew what wanted and got just that. With no pressure!
