Knowledgeable, Friendly and caring service
We weren't ready to make a deal on our first visit to Pacifico, but Michael Della Polla was willing to take his time showing us cars and sending us details by email and text messages when needed. Michael is very friendly and knowledgeable! When we were ready to make the decision to lease our CX-5, Michael was very helpful in getting the deal done with the least amount of time and inconvenience for my husband and I. He also took time with us to make sure that we knew about all of the features of our new car! Great experience!

Very Helpful
David was very personable. He was able to answer all my questions. If he didn't know an answer immediately, he found it quickly. When the internet over down, he didn't just make me sit and wait for it to come back up. He did what he could whole it was down so the process went a lot faster when it did come back up. He is resourceful, adaptive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Easy process, low fees, and respectful!
I normally don't like the car buying process, and the first six Hyundai dealers I'd contacted to make a deal lived down to my expectations in various ways. But my experience with Pacifico proved very refreshing. Bryan Foley (internet sales director), Mike Conahan (my sales consultant), and Chris Harmer (sales manager) respected that I knew exactly what I wanted and worked to make it happen rather than push me to something else. They also gave me a very good price both on the Sonata and my trade-in with very little haggling and angst. They found my car within two days, and charged far lower document fees than other dealers I'd talked to. While the process of finding my new car was long, in the end I was a happy customer thanks to Pacifico.

The Car We Wanted
My last lease was with Pacifico Ford, and at first, I wanted to lease a newer Ford Focus. Apparently, Ford was no longer making the Focus so we walked over to Pacifico Hyundai. Consumer Reports gives Hyundai high marks. From the get go, Mike Conahan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get the car in our price range. We enjoyed working with him. Jason Oquendo guided us through the financial process and was very thorough and honest. Mike and Jason made the entire process pleasant and painless. We were out of there very quickly. We really appreciate their help and look forward to returning to Pacifico Hyundai in the future. Thank you.

Wonderful, low stress experience!
I was a bit anxious going in for my first lease, however, Michael Della Polla and Pacifico offered a very enjoyable car shopping experience. Michael was knowledgeable about the models I was in between, and offered a test drive that was equatable to my everyday driving experience so I could get a real feel for the car. Michael and Jason Oquendo answered all of my questions thoughtfully and were ready to offer more in depth explanations when asked. Thanks for taking the stress out of finding my first car!

I went to Pacifico Hyundai to lease a vehicle after my 14 year old Chrysler became too expensive to maintain after numerous repairs. My sales representative A.C. was great.
