I always have my Ford Taurus serviced at this dealership. Mainly because of the courtesy of the employees. I have dealt with other dealerships and none come close to Packey Webb!

I have a great experience every time I have a service appointment. Friendly and very knowledgeable service department. Extremely accommodating. They work with my schedule and give me update as to how long or if I need a ride they will provide one. We purchased extended warranty and have been extremely please with it.

From leasing my Ford Taurus for 3 years to buying it in July 2019 to having the navigation system fixed I have been immensely pleased with the way I have been treated. I asked for a white, special paint, with pedals that come forward, sun roof, automated seats, and other things I needed as I am 4"10" and lo and behold, I received those wishes, plus more .Everyone has been courteous and helpful and always made me feel as if I am special. No so at other Ford dealers. I have a Ford dealer a mile away from home and yet I choose to go to Packey Webb which is a long distance from home - about a 1/2 hour. I would recommend PW to anyone!!!

The Service area is ideal as you drive in the open receiving bay you are steps away from the Service Reps desk to check in and enter the customer lounge. With both tables and comfortable sofas and chairs it's layout gives you the choice to relax or get some work done while you are waiting. Coffee and water provided with vending machines too! The vehicle service is second to none!

Chris Phillips in sales

In person on site last Saturday Chris offered us a $30,000 deal on a 2018 Edge. 2 days later he reneged telling us the price is $32,697. Beware and Stay clear of Chris Phillips at Packey Webb Ford in Downers Grove. It was a real downer. We were lied to by Chris.

I did not have an appointment but they were able to complete the requested repairs in less time than was originally estimated. Alex made sure I understood what repairs were happening and was helpful to keep me informed of the cost for each repair. It was a great Customer experience.

Amazing communication

I had been to a Toyota dealership the day before and it was terrible. Here's the difference - at Packey they talk TO you not AT you. They listen to what you, as a customer need and more importantly can afford. They have mastered the fine art of listening and understanding rather than trying to get you to buy something outside your price range or need. I cannot express my thanks enough to Jerry and Chris for truly listening and taking care of me.

My wife and I brought in a 2013 Ford Escape and a 2014 Ford Escape for oil changes on 2/26/19. Alex Karlstedt was our service advisor for both cars. In addition, I inquire about getting my backup camera replaced if possible. I have an extended warranty with Alliant Credit Union. I furnished Alex with Alliant's number and he called to check out if the camera was covered. Turns out I purchased the Platinum Package which covered the replacement camera for $750.00. A check was sent to Ford and I had it replaced in two hours. Great service, great facilities. Alex went the extra mile to ensure that the camera was replaced. First time I have used the extended warranty.

First visit to service department

Purchased a 2018 Escape in September. Came in for the 6 month oil change. Very satisfied with service. Very accommodating and professional staff. Thanks Alex. While waiting for the oil change, our original salesman Elliot Sivewright walked through the waiting room and noticed us and stopped to talk to us. He asked how everything was going and reminded us to stop in anytime if we had any questions about the features in our Escape. We really appreciated Elliot's follow-up. He was terrific at the time of the sale and we were impressed that he remembered us 6 months later.

Two 'Works' oil changes and two recalls - great service

I purchased my truck in the city, and live in the southwestern suburbs. I had take the truck to the dealer nearest my work and also down in the far south suburbs when I reported to Homewood. Finally landed on a dealer that is a keeper - Packey Webb. New facility, and some of the best customer service I have received at a dealership thus far. Sam was extremely responsive and got both recalls for my F150 completed along with an oil change in a very timely manner. The facility is spotless, and they do not try to sell you on services that are not needed. I would definitely recommend this dealer for service, and I will come here when it is time to buy my next truck, which may be years from now due to the satisfaction I have with the F150 - the truck will never rust, and with the V8, it is very fast and can be easily customized. -Mike
