Nicely done

Purchased new Explorer. All expectations met. Price beat two local dealer and trade-in allowance was within $100 of both competitors. My only issue was with Ford. Car was built before Christmas and took Ford five weeks to get it to Wooster. Clearly not dealers fault.

Arrogant and Dishonest

Worst dealership in all of Ohio! They want to use two different sets of values based on your vehicle and the one they are selling. When you try to make a fair deal they spin it on you and try to show you another reason why you are getting a good deal. It's the same old same old used car dealer con men! It's not the sales people because they change weekly! They are so new that they don't know what to do if they actually sell something! The management is very poor and it's sad to see how far this place has fallen in the community! If you want a good car buying experience do not stop at Pallotta Ford! Go right up the road to any of the other many dealerships! You will get much better treatment and a fair deal!!

Happy to say they weren't to pushy or using typical carlot crap tactics. Went pretty smooth. Going to a car lot is usually the last thing I want to do but these guys were refreshing. Treated very well.

Jeff B, Mike Palotta & Nick in finance went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams ! The car was not on the lot but they found it at another dealership and got it to me ! I have a disdain for automobile dealerships. My view has been alter after my experience with Pallotta Lincoln. The sale was straight forward with no hastles. Service has been the same. this place must not like sales

The only reason I didn't give this place all one stars is because the nice man Patrick...but the guy Robb is a different story if Patrick was the only person you deal with buying a car would be easy and I'm sure all the horrible things people hear about car dealership wouldn't be a problem...my wife has yet got the car that she wanted we have been waiting four days just to get a simple answer for them...I will give my next review after Christmas when I hope they call her and sell the car she has been trying to buy.....I hope this helps anyone looking to go to this place

5 Star All the way. Bought my F-150 at Pallotta. Used to get service done at lube stop but Pallotta has a quick change place where they get you in and out and have good deals. They offer me everything I need, so why go anywhere else. The people are nice. If Nick is still there he is who I bought my truck from, Ask for him. P.S. They even wash my truck there for FREE

Within a few minutes of entering the lot we were greeted by Sales person Jeff Jones. We were looking for a used vehicle at the time which was a Ford Edge. We were shown the cars available of what we wanted and the features of the different cars. Then we saw the Escape and really liked it. Jeff also took us into the office and searched also what was available. We really appreciated not being pressured as we took about 3 weeks to compare to other car dealerships of different makes just to make sure of what we really wanted. We then decided on the Ford Edge 2014 as it was the best value for us at this time. We decided to lease which avails us to if anything goes wrong with the car it is fixed by them and included in our lease. At our time in life that is a great comfort and knowing that we also have road side service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to our time schedule. There was a small glitch in getting the car as one dealership could not trade one for the one we wanted but Pallotta finally found us the Red Escape that we wanted which we greatly appreciated all the work they did for us on our behalf. Overall this was a good experience and we love our new car. I must also say other dealerships were not as helpful as Pallota as we were looking at Hondas and Toyatas, and one didn't even really want to talk to us as it was raining. Jeff was out there in the rain that day we first walked in and was showing us all the cars in the rain! That really impressed us also! Raymond and Diana(owner)Wiley

Just bought a Certified Pre Owned 2012 Ford Flex and have to say that buying from Pallotta Ford was one of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. Kent was super; he was attentive to my comfort zone of spending and very knowledgeable about the Flex. I had been a Honda customer for over 20 years with one dealership. My last Honda purchase was my fifth from that dealership and yet we still haggled over pricing three times before they came up with a contract that made me happy. Pallotta was ready to satisfy my payment requirements immediately and had just met me! Everyone we had contact with last night was great. It is obvious that customer service is very important to Pallotta.

Neglected to tell me about a $100 deductible for the certified pre-owned warranty for each and every repair. Found out 2 weeks into ownership when check engine light already went on. Awful. I don't like to be mislead.

From the moment we walked onto your lot to look at the new Lincolns until we drove away the next day with our new Lincoln MKZ it was a very pleasant experience. We have purchased and traded in many vehicles over the years and this is the first time that we have been treated with such respect and courtsey. Every question was answered to our satisfaction and every option was covered by Jeff Jones -- not only the day we bought the car but everything was gone over again the day when we picked up the car. The car was immaculate -- it had been washed, waxed, cleaned inside and even under the hood! We have also received several e-mails wanting to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase -- and we certainly have been! We were also very pleased with our salesman Jeff Jones and this is one of the few times we have been able to say that! I have bought several vehicles from Pallotta Ford and would not purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. They are extremely helpful, very personable, and helped me with every question and concern I had. They worked with me on the value of my trade in and made it very easy to find the car that I was looking for. They are not pushy and wanted to here what I had to say. I would highly recommend them to anyone and didnt have to think twice about giving them 5's across the board.

They sent me a request to buy my wife's vehicle because...

They sent me a request to buy my wife's vehicle because they need 7 Mariners. They said vehicle could be worth up to $17,700 and in some cases more. They claim that is their Black Book value for a clean one. I just installed new high quality tires and front brakes. The vehicle had all maintenance, no smoking, female driver, original owner, and is in good to very good condition. It had a few chip marks on front that would be normal. They stated that this was no gimmick and that it did not matter whether I bought another new car from them or not. We had to drive over an hour to this dealer and we have taken two cars because we believed they were sincere. Sales manager drove vehicle and they gave me a paper and said $15,500. Don't believe their adds it is a gimmick. A local Ford dealer previouly sent me a the same type of request for my husband's 2006 Mustang and they gave (local dealer) him more than what was stated on their add.

I would not recommend this dealer.
