Did not take responsibility

For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finally performed diagnostics on the electric system and noticed a parasitic draw on the battery from the stock radio in the vehicle. Their response was try try and sell me on an $800+ head unit versus fixing their own workmanship. Now I have an unreliable (and potentially unsafe) vehicle due to a faulty head unit in the vehicle. Was very disappointed they did not take responsibility.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Mazda 3 Service

Didn't fix all the problems that needed repaired. Steering wheel has very strong vibration over 55-60 mph and it still is there. A short test ride on the highway right by the dealership would've shown that.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great work at a fair price

You can spend less if you need to and you can waste money getting unnecessary work done at a great price too. These guys do what is required to make your car last a long time at a fair price. Free car wash too. I always enjoy my visit. Can't wait for the expansion.

Very friendly, always great experience

I bout my car in September, Mazda CX-5, from Dejan, he was very attentive, patient, friendly and made himself available whenever I had questions. I brought my car back in for a tire pressure issue and to update my GPS, I work with both Jeff and Mark, both were very friendly and knowledgable and had my car back to me quickly. Great staff, great to work with.

Car returned with less than 1/4 tank of gas

I recently had my Mazda 3 repaired at Park Mazda. The service associate was very nice and answered all of my questions and worked around my schedule (kind of). When I went to pick up my car between 11:45 and 12:00 at night, I noticed that my gas tank was not at the original 3/4 mark. (or even close) There was less than 1/4 tank left, when I notified the service associate I was told I could drive back out to the dealership for the gas. I requested a gas card and I have never recieved an answer or follow up.

Great buying and follow-up experience

I presented myself on the lot to "look around" and asked for a woman representative -- they went and got Fran Kinion for me. We discussed what I was looking for and she knew that I was "looking". I came back 3 different times with different friends for reinforcement (I was about to pay as much for this car as I paid for my first home). She understood my circumstances (which she can explain) and never pressured me, gave me space, answered all of our questions (some of them repeatedly) and took the offer my financial advisor and car geek said I could pay without snickering to the man who hides in the secret office. We struck a deal and I was the happy owner of a 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Sedan in November of 2014. That was the purchase. Now this car had more bells and whistles than any previous vehicle and of course the first to go off was the tire pressure alert the first time the temperature took a dive. Fortunately I was very close to Park Mazda when it happened so I pulled right into the dealership and frantically dashed into the showroom looking for Fran who was not there. I simply announced to everyone that I needed "Help" and everyone looked up and smiled as if they were all willing to do whatever was necessary to calm this frantic lunatic. Of course, it was a simple procedure to them, but I had owned the car less than a week and already it was unhappy! The service department had me back out on the road in very short order and life was good. I have stopped on 2 other occasions for service related matters (a second tire pressure reset -- those sensors are sensitive and for installing of splash guards). Fran keeps in touch. I LOVE Park Mazda and the staff and have already recommended them. I can't say enough good things!

Extra mile service

Everybody I worked with at Park Mazda was polite, enthusiastic, efficient and pleasant to work with. Dave Somerville and his team made the car buying experience a breeze. I am very happy to be driving a new 2015 Mazda3 5-door S Grand Touring and the process to get me behind the wheel is greatly appreciated!

I have only taken my car to Park since I purchased it except for tires. Very happy and they wash the car too. The last visit was an oil change and they did not try to push other work.

Great cars and excellent sales folks

We have recently purchased our second Mazda from Park Mazda and I would base much of the reason for our choice on the excellent salesperson they have in Ms. Casey Glockner. We are now a two Mazda family: a 2013 Mazda CX5 and a new 2015 Mazda3 5-door Grand Touring. The cars are terrific with the Mazda3 having that Zoom-Zoom Mazda feel. But it has been the wonderful courtesy, help and support that Casey has shown and provided that truly made a difference as to where we decided to purchase our cars. I would highly recommend that if you stop into Park Mazda that you ask to meet with her. I am sure that you will find the experience to be far better than any dealings you have had with other salespersons.

I drove 52 miles one way, because I am not always satsified with my closest Mazda dealer. The beginning of my visit went well. Then it quickly went down hill from there. I had ordered a part and even checked the day before my service to see that it had arrived. It had. After I arrived and stood around for a few minutes without being acknowledged, Dave came out and asked me if I were being helped. At the end of the visit and with me being very vocal and displeased, Dave worked with me and made it right. Just goes to show you that a Dealership of bad apples can have one good one! Thanks, Dave!

The Customer Service Staff at Park Mazda is an exceptional team. Couldn't ask for a more friendly, accommodating and fair service center. Ben, has been remarkable throughout a problematic engine experience, from scheduling appointments, coordinating warranty coverages, communicating cost, to having loaner vehicles available and ready upon your arrival, to not extend your wait times. Consistent high quality service!

I have been servicing my 2 Mazdas at Park Mazda since we got them, in 2010 and 2012. The friendliness and quality of work has always been exceptional. For the last year we have been working with Jeff Critchfield on nearly all of our visits. Jeff is very customer service oriented and always keeps us up to date on the status of the work being performed. Unlike some other places we've used in the past, neither Jeff nor anyone else at Park has tried to push extra services when they are not needed.

Finally a dealership with customer focus

I needed a fuel efficient car that was nothing special, cheap as possible, but new (wanted a warranty and all that), my first interest was a Chevy Spark. I test drove one, things seemed good, then financing fell through - they could not get the payment where I needed it. Enter Mr. James Pfabe, and Park Mazda. I never considered Mazda, as while I feel they are good build quality, always assumed they would be out of my price range, especially for what I needed the car for (to and from work, with minimal cost). However - I ended up with a Mazda 2, which, after driving for a couple of weeks now - I absolutely love, and would have regretted the Spark had I bought it, then test drove the Mazda 2. James Pfabe was my sales person, and his passion for cars, as well as his no-nonsense approach about pricing settled it for me - this was not only the car, but this is where I was going to get it. I am a pretty busy guy, however James accommodated that and and literally completed almost 100% of the process over the phone and the internet. I did not see him until he arrived at my door, with my new car, and then I drove it back to the dealership to complete the process. James even offered a way for me to save even more money, by locating a brand new 2013 (As opposed to a 2014) that had been marked down - tempting, but I do not want to drive manual. But the fact that he offered it, looked into it, estimated the payment, and called me with the estimates and the MPG - it is clear he always kept my wants/needs in mind. The guy I worked with in finance was amazing as well, and very fast. I cannot recall his name however. Given the surprising affordability, and the extremely prompt and awesome service I had - I would highly recommend this dealership and James.My end result was: a car that not only works and serves its purpose, but I am actually loving this car, even though I am not a "Car guy". This sales guy was great - he could tell you really anything about a car and is very knowledgeable, but is not pushy - he basically put a great deal together and it spoke for itself. Again, highly recommended.
