Thanks to TOM, BRANDY, VANESSA & CHRISTINA, the entire sales team were exceptional and professional in all dealings of the entire transaction from our first conversation to sign off. The team is warm , friendly and understanding. As a California buyer, they assited me in finding flights and accommodations. They answered each and every question right away and happy to help. I was cheerfully picked up at the airport by Vanessa and had a great test drive. Much appreciated you calling to ensure I got back to California safely. This Infiniti Dealership is completely DISHONEST.

Do NOT buy a car or get your infiniti serviced here. They are completely DISHONEST. Everything from the bait and switch when I purchased my car to the DISHONEST service writers. The service manager, Mark Lustig cares more about showing off to his service writers than he is of the needs of his customers. The tacky and unprofessional cashier in the back has no class and is more representative of a 2nd hand car lot than a refined luxury car dealership then again everything about this place is low class and cheap. Keep it moving and don't waste your time here.

I believe Mike Simpson was meant to help me the day I walked on the lot. I called and was supposed to meet a completely different person but Mike seen me and worked hard to help me very closely even drove me home on the late nights.

Poor after sale service

Unable to get Green slip to register car and get tags. Lied to about the problem 3 times over a two week period. Very unprofessional and does not give me trust in the other services I may need during my ownership of the vehicle.

I was not in the market for a new car but Vanessa found me the best car I’ve ever bought. She was professional, friendly and truly cared about me and addressed all of my concerns. Within a couple of hours I drove off the lot with lower payments, no increase in my insurance and the most beautiful, reliable car I’ve ever purchased. I have already referred customers to Vanessa which I’m aware have also purchased a vehicle from her.

Ian is Professional and Very Good to Deal With

Dealing with Ian was a pleasure. He is very professional and motivated. Of course he is motivated, that is part of sales, but Ian was motivated to find me not only what I thought I was looking for, but he listened and was able to discern what I was really looking for. I thought I wanted a Hagane Blue Infiniti Q50. But the Hagane Blue model did not have the options I was looking for. He showed me a Graphite Shadow Q50 with nearly all the options, and I loved it immediately. After seeing them both in person, I realized that the slightly darker shade of the graphic shadow made the chrome stand out more. Ian worked up a deal that was very reasonable and we were to agree on term in a short period of time. Often car deals can take hours to work out. I think all in with the test drive, working out numbers, and getting the lease deal approved Ian got it done in about 2 hours, maybe a little more. That is awesome! Bottom line for me is, Ian found me the car I love in the price range I was looking for. Can't ask for more than that. It was a pleasure doing business with Ian and Infiniti of Las Vegas.

Infiniti Q50

Reached out to the dealership for a specific vehicle I was looking for . I had spoke to Vanessa Guzman several times via email and telephone to help narrow out search. Needless to say, when Vanessa reached out to us to show us what vehicles we were looking for l, we drove to Infiniti immediately. She graciously worked with us to help accommodate all our needs, Providing superior customer service all along the way. We drove off with the car we were looking for, however more importantly, became an Infiniti owner for life. I would highly Recommend stopping by.

Worst Experience EVER!

I came into the dealership looking for information to purchase a vehicle. I had just sold my classic car and wanted a new ride. I was VERY upfront with the sales rep about what I needed from him. I had cash for a substantial down payment when I had made my decision. I was in the decision making mode. I told the rep that I was not going to purchase that day but in two days because I needed to arrange shipping details for my car. I needed the financing rates that the dealer was offering so I could compare them with what I could get from my financial institution and I wanted to know all of the dealer prep fees so I could compare dealers. What I got was a rep that danced around the numbers. BTW I also told him my FICO score so he could provide me with the rates for that score. My FICO at that time was 850, I know this because I had just checked it with my service about 2 hours earlier. All he wanted was my social security number and to make a copy of my drivers license. I received neither financing rates nor dealer prep numbers. I was not concerned about making a monthly payment that would fit my budget or anything else but the stuff I needed to make a decision. That was all he talked about. When I told him I was getting a bit upset with the SALES push he went to get his manager, some sleezy epitome of a used car salesman. I got the same from him, no provided information, The kept saying that I needed to sit down and talk details. He actually told me that he did not want my business...LOLOL so I walked the xxxx out....The VERY next day I went to another dealer and told them what I needed and within 15, count them FIFTEEN minutes I had a printout with 4 sets of numbers with various down payment amounts, rates, and prep numbers. I made my decision and BOUGHT RIGHT THEN AND THERE!, a new vehicle. That dealer was FREAKING awesome. They gave me a ride home so I could drop off my car, then they brought me back to finish signing papers and I walked drove away with my new car..The entire process took 2ish hours, even with the ride to my house. RUN do not walk away from Infiniti of Las Vegas. Not customer friendly, only concerned with closing the deal. If they had provided me, the customer, with the requested information they would have made the sale.

Happy with my vehicle, despite challenges while shopping.

I can't say my car buying experience was all together enjoyable, but I did love working with Vanessa. She was easily the best part of the experience. After dropping off my Infiniti G37 that I already owned for some maintenance, another employee called to ask if I was interested in a trade-in. While that wasn't my reason for stopping by that day, I had been rolling the idea over in my head, and agreed to come back later to look at some options. I briefly described what I was looking for in my next car, and came back after work to take a look at what he had lined up. He introduced me to Vanessa and another (new) sales consultant, and we test drove a vehicle that was fine, but not exactly what I was looking for. I began to explain to Vanessa what my driving habits are, how many miles I drive, what kind of space I was looking for, colors, features, etc. She figured out exactly what to show me, and upon returning to the dealership from the test drive, walked me straight over to what I would eventually buy. She was spot-on - listened to exactly what I said. I left that evening with the intention of coming back for a second look, after I'd had a chance to test drive some other makes and models at other dealerships. The next day, I shopped around a lot - 6 dealerships, 5 test drives, 100+ degree heat, and multiple sales pitches. I returned to Infiniti with a friend, and the other sales consultant from the night before began to work with us, not Vanessa. He was unprepared and unable to answer some of my questions, left us alone for a while, and eventually, I decided to see his manager to request to work with Vanessa instead. She just seemed more knowledgeable and engaged, and ready to help me. From there, she took over, answered my questions, and assisted with my trade-in and negotiations. After a very long day and several hours at Infiniti, I felt ready to move forward with the trade and purchase. Yay! The last and most disappointing thing about my car buying experience came during the signatures portion with finance. I was handed the warranty explanation for signature, and to my surprise and extreme disappointment, it did not match what Sales Consultant #2 (the new guy) had told me, which I had asked him specifically. Certified Pre-Owned warranties through Infiniti are 6 years, unlimited miles, from date of in-service - as in original purchase date. I (and my friend) had been told 6 years from the date of MY purchase. Needless to say I was furious, and almost called the whole thing off. I didn't think it was fair at that point that I had agreed to a purchase price that didn't include the warranty I had been told I was buying. After several apologies and some attempts at softening the blow, I went ahead and moved forward with the purchase. It was almost 9pm. I was exhausted and hungry, had already moved all of my belongings out of my old car and into the new one, transferred the title, and really didn't want to start all over. I felt like I had been lied to and taken advantage of. Not by Vanessa of course, but the other consultant, and the dealership as a whole. I spent the entire next day questioning whether I had made the right decision. Whether I had been played. Luckily, come Monday, my new vehicle was a joy to drive, and Vanessa had worked very hard and made some special arrangements for me to have my rims and a paint chip corrected. She even personally drove me home from the dealership the day I dropped off the new vehicle for those services (I was going out of town, so we had arranged for maintenance while I was away). She has been upfront and more than accommodating with me via text, and is extremely polite and easy to work with. Her approach toward me feels genuine, and I felt like my experience with her was important to her - not just a sale. Thank you Vanessa for being so patient, accommodating, professional, determined and thoughtful. It was a pleasure working with YOU!
