Bought new CRV in 2014. I love it, I don't drive a lot.

I have less then 9000 miles on it. Have had it not start twice in the last month. Service personnel did a factory recommend update. No start second time. They took auto in right away and checked and put in a new battery, no charge to me. They were great!! I have bought several vehicles over the last 50 years and can say I have never been treated with more respect, caring and compassion then your service people showed me, you have a true Angle working for you! Leasing a new Ford Escape

would not take car here to get detailed

Took my car in to get tires replaced and figured get it detailed too. They charged me $200 for detail and had it all day. I picked it up and opened my back door to put a box in and couldn't believe there was still red sticky stuff on smooth surface of door! Then noticed the seats didnt even look touched. They told me it would look like I just drove off the lot. When I complained service manager told me they specialise in high end vehicles! What a joke! Took it back in to have them fix detail job and told me it would take two days to steam clean seats. They called after 4 hours and said come get it. Seats were wet and when they dried still looked same. The service manager was tellin his son who is their best detailer remember that bmw you just did and gave him $20 and said here is tip from jaguar you just did. Couldn't believe the story telling! I've bought many used cars and they are clean dont know why they couldn't get mine clean it wasnt even that bad! I will continue to spread the word unless you are driving a high end vehicle thats already in pristine condition you might not want this dealership detailing it!

I hate use car buying.

Out of sight out of mind. I guess this is the motto for a car salesmen. A major safety issue has arose in my used vehicle that "someone tried to cover up. Any average Joe would not discover the problem while inspecting the vehicle. Now it is too late. The dealership supposedly did a thorough inspection but obviously they did not. Now i am left with a repair bill that is more than what the car is worth. And luckily my 16 year old daughter has not been in an accident because of it. Please stand by your products, new or used.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Parkway's Matt Incarnato and Ben Garver provided me a great car buying experience. The used car I bought was a good value, as-advertised and the entire process left me feeling good about Parkway Honda. Ben went out of his way to have the car detailed, remove a couple door dings and sheparded me through the buying process. For him I was the customer and he understood this was a big purchase for me even though it was undoubtedly one of the lowest priced cars on the lot. The dealership prides itself on keeping it simple and building trust with the customers. I witnessed their business approach with this car purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to a friend. On the day I bought the car I drove back home, which was 440 miles away and I smiled the entire way. This dealership is "top knotch" and offers a great car-buying experience.

Slight issue with a variance of the price I was quoted via email with the price that was listed on the contract. But the finance person made the change. Glad I had the email. Other than that, everything was great.
