Happy with purchase of Honda Civic

I bought a used Honda Civic at Pearson Honda and couldn’t be happier with the car or the process of buying it. Sean was friendly, responsive to questions anytime, and took the time to explain every feature on the car. The process was easy and straightforward. As a first-time car buyer, I was grateful to have it all go so smoothly, and I love my car.

Found car on Internet search abd Frank Goodman made it easy

After checking prices, Edmunds ratings and all the else we contacted Frank Goodman at Pearson. We found the perfect pre-owned Chevy Tahoe, they had taken on trade and bought it painlessly 36 hours later. Drove 3 hours each way and only spent 2 hours having my trade in evaluated confirming the loan they had arranged, signing the papers and moving treasure from old to new. They really worked hard to get me in and out quickly, which was appreciated! All the staff were great to work with and I highly recommend them for new or used cars. Fair price, no pressure and did their best to please- Excellent Customer Service!

Simple, Straightforward, and Honest Car-Buying

After having our car totalled by a nasty tree limb, we needed a car pretty quickly. After looking online for what we wanted, we identified a car at Pearson that had our interest. We wandered into Pearson around 7:30pm on a Friday night with no appointment and were greeted by a cheery Sean Jones who was ready to assist us in looking at the car we had seen online. He helped us get a quick test drive and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He kept in contact with us over a couple days while we secured our funds and ultimately walked us through the purchase the car we had found. Sean was courteous, professional, engaging, honest, and very straightforward. We would highly recommend Pearson Honda as a dealership and Sean Jones as a salesman.

Fast and Easy

I needed a car ASAP because of a car accident. I’ve known Sean for awhile and I told him about my situation and what I was looking for. I went online looked at cars and told him which ones I liked. Our most recent purchase in Nov. 2018 was hands down the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had! Charles Carr was unbelievably easy to work with and we were so appreciative of the extra steps he took to make our transaction seamless. From initial inquiry to driving off the lot we were beyond thrilled with Charles’ level of service, his open communication and his friendly and personal approach. The entire team at Pearson is great and they will continue to be our go to auto dealer especially when they have members like Charles on board!

From the time I entered the Pearson Honda lot, Sean Jones would help and walk me threw the purchase of my 2015 Honda Civic. Sean was very helpful and very professional all the time. He made sure I was taken care of the whole time and help me locate and purchase a car that I wanted. He also helped me greatly when I returned back to Pearson Honda to service my car. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Pearson and was not happy with the vehicle. (just personal preference nothing to do with the quality of the vehicle) So after having for 2 months, I went back and saw my original sales person, Sean Jones. He spoke with his sales manager, Kevin, and they were willing and able to help me out of the Jeep and into a brand new 2018 CR-V. I was VERY pleased with how smoothly everything went and I love my new car! Thanks for all the help!

Unwilling to listen to problems with service or price

Purchased new 2006 and then new 2010. Service was terrible. Rude, over priced and more concerned about going home than getting my car back to me. Parts manager rude and told me I didn't know how to use a sun visor and that's why it separated. Do not use parts or service departments. Honda is not as great as people thinks.

From disappointment to joy

Shortly after purchasing a new Chrysler Pacifica 2016 I started having transmission problems and the car never drove the same. My husband and I realized that a Honda Odyssey should have been the first choice. Sean Jones at Pearson Honda was wonderful, attentive, and eased our frustration by making the whole experience so easy! Or Honda Odyssey feels so safe to drive with my family in it. Stand behind a vehicle that was sold

We purchased a used truck for our son which was supposed to given to him on his birthday. The truck was purchased on Sunday June 17, 2018, We had the truck delivered to my work so we could keep the truck a surprise. I drove the truck for the first time on Thursday June 21, 2018, after driving the truck less than 50 miles the drivers side rear brake began "locking up" to the point the truck had to be towed to another "shop" for repairs. I contacted PEARSON HONDA because the truck had just been through SERVICE and had a VA STATE SAFETY INSPECTION completed. While service was polite they did nothing to help with the payment for repairs or towing. I would have thought that a dealership such as PEARSON HONDA would have done something to try and make this issue right, perhaps because I reside out of state the thought process was I would not be a repeat customer or utilize them for service. Which I can assure you I will not.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Disappointment Turned to Satisfaction

Purchased my fifth Honda vehicle today. This was my first experience buying from Pearson. Salesperson , Josh Blizard and I had been communicating over the weekend about a particular used Ridgeline. While I traveled over an hour on Monday morning to test drive the vehicle I received a text informing me that it had sold. Josh worked hard to get me into another Ridgeline that turned out to be in better condition and a better value with acceptable terms. Hands down the easiest and smoothest buying experience ever!

Shawn Snider takes the cake - 12 out of 10 stars . I am super happy with my 2018 Accord sedan . Shawn was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Customer for 15 years not satisfied !

Pearson Honda has the best service dept. I have been a customer since they were across from Cloverleaf Mall and they have always taken care of my cars 100% and beyond! However.... I tried to buy a car from Pearson a few weeks ago and the sales manager would not sell me the car for MSRP. He wanted to charge me $5000 over the MSRP. He said they have added a "market adjustment" to the car because of supply & demand. The majority of cars sell for less than MSRP, so I was not going to pay $5000 over MSRP. I ended up buying the car from Criswell Honda for MSRP.

Dealership Sales Come First, Customer Satisfaction Second

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Pearson Honda and has been the worst experience. The dealership has a culture from the Top Down of doing everything they have to do make the sale and with the worst customer service after the fact. Had to bring in the vehicle back within the first week to have multiple things corrected that should have already been addressed as part of their Certified Pre-Owned agreement. Ongoing issue with the horrible quality of their OEM windshields and intermittent issues with one automatic door. When asked what options there were to return the vehicle, they said that would buy it back at Wholesale (so they could turn around and sell it for retail again of course to make their profit again). They said that it wasn't their fault (meaning they see themselves as Pearson and not as a representative of one of the largest car manufacturers in the world). This dealership has the worst Customer Service culture and are only worried about themselves and their profit (Pearson first...). This experience has made me reluctant to purchase a Honda vehicle in the future.

I would not recommend this dealer.

SUCK!

When you go to buy a car .. you will receive the best service of course because they want your money, but after that for service , OMG! Very poor customer service, Everytime i go for services i feel rush and no satisfied at all, today i went and wait for my car to be check and my car was done long time ago and they never call me at the waiting room to tell me my car was ready. 2 hrs waiting . And they never fits my car. Suck!

Attitude plus

I've had to take my 2015 CRV in several times. The service tech that has been assigned to me always has an attitude that tries to make you feel as though he doesn't want to help, could care less about what your problem is and that you're really bothering him. I dropped my vehicle off on 9-10-17 due to the "check tire pressure" light coming on; I requested that the car be ready at 4 p.m. (the next day) as I had a meeting to go to that evening. It wasn't until I made the call at 9:30 a.m. 9-12-17 that I knew the car had been worked on and was completed. The gentlemen that advised my car was ready couldn't tell me why I wasn't notified 9-11-17 that my car was ready to be picked up couldn't tell me why I hadn't been notified but offered to transfer to "Waylan".....that told me everything I needed to know.

I would not recommend this dealer.

They took my vehicle away

I had the vehicle almost a month and when I went to get the tags somehow they informed me my credit was not approved to have the vehicle any longer..But how??? So thought the bank approved you before u drive off the lot..I am so pissed.. They are so unprofessional and I will not recommend them to anyone
