MOM GOT TAKEN 2

In there response they say to reach out ? The owner hung up on me said we are done when i called ? Something bad is going on with this zytek paint sealant and I am pledging to get to the bottom of it . And not sure why are car sat there for three months WHILE THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING?

Terrible Sales Experience

So I bought a car from Peoria Ford from Douglas Webb. It went smooth, up until I got into the finance office where Kevin the gentleman who took care of me in that department started changing my rate and making it go higher if I didn’t but purchase a warranty for the vehicle but somehow said it would stay the same as what I originally agreed upon with I got the warranty, so I got a 5 year 60k mile warranty tacked onto the payment to keep my rate the same which was very shady from the get go. And after they let me take the car home for ELEVEN days I receive no calls or email from any bank or union saying I’ve been approved and to give my info to them. So I call Kevin and ask what’s going on and if I’ve been approved and he tell me, “No you have not been approved. I need Pay stubs and a W2, and want to try and find you more income.” Which is not how I do thing. Providing proof of income is one thing, lying about income to “Find” more is not acceptable and is lying. So I tell him I’ve changed my mind with how things have gone and don’t want to be submitted to more banks and will bring the car back with not having any approval. That’s where things got ugly. When I arrived the next day and talked to Douglas Webb the Salesman he told me he’d bring me mind previous trade in up and and to give him both keys to the vehicle I’m returning and that’d be it. And I replied back that I’d like to have my down payment returned to me and he lied to my face saying that is non refundable. I went back and forth with him for a few minutes sayinf that is not correct as far ad my knowledge goes and asked him to show me where in the contact it states that. He brought it out and it indeed DID NOT, say that anywhere. He went on to say that the miles I racked up on the car will be charged back to me because I’m bringing the car back and that alone seems very unjust because I was not approved by any bank or credit union for the loan per Kevin’s information he sent me the previous day saying he wants to find me more income. So to sum this story up, they took my card finally to give me my supposed refund but would not provide me a reciept saying it was ran, then later changed that story to, “He’ll do it tomorrow when the banks are open.” Working for the car business myself for 5 years I know you don’t need banks to be open to credit back someone’s card. It’s as easy as charging someone’s card for a deposit at night. And so far they still haven’t provided me with proof or a recipe after 24 hours. Combined with lying to my face, being disrespectful saying I was “affecting Doug’s paycheck.” (Said by him) Bringing a car back that wasn’t even approved by anyone yet after 11 days I was treated terribly and don’t recommend anyone buying a car at Peoria Ford. It’s a despicable dealership to purchase a car at. Better luck at Bell Ford or anywhere else.

I wasn't looking to buy a new car until I was rear ended and my car was totaled. Adam was patient and understanding of my circumstances. Even moved all the stuff in my rental from the old car that was in the rental to my new car, including my dog's car seat. Then helped me return the rental car. Everyone was wonderful and considerate.

Convenient and thorough

Had a good service Advisor who kept me informed. Prices a bit higher than in Oregon, but the job was done right. Next time I’m in town and need service, I’ll return to Peoria Ford.

Swindlers, Lists, Blackmailers

Do not go to Peoria Ford to buy anything! They try to sell you on anything and everything, being so desperate to make a sale (they kept me there for 8 hours trying to break me down to a price way above my cap and then up sell me adding a bunch of stuff I didn’t need costing more per month without informing me I didn’t need it), they don't fill gas tanks (secretary wasn't available because I was kept there so late), reset the oil information after being checked/changed, or explain to you about your vehicle not coming with a spare tire (apparently ecosport have a fix it flat system) before you leave the lot!! They also do not upgrade the car's software (The software ended up updating overnight on my home WiFi) or master reset the software to erase other people's phones (previously synced). I felt screwed. After complaining to customer relations, they escalated me through so many people, all of which kept trying to blackmail me to fill out their survey for 5 starts in exchange for the canceling of the upgrades and a reduced monthly payment. I told them to F- off and they will not be getting any good remarks from me. Do not go here unless you want to be swindled, force-fed sh*t, and then blackmailed into their bullsh*t.

Best car buying experience ever!

From the moment we walked into the showroom l had a good feeling about the place. We had made an appointment with Bret and were about 45 min. early. He was with another customer at the time but made a point to come out and greet us. Bret asked an associate to show us the vehicles we were interested in and met with us upon our return. We sat down and worked through the numbers until I felt we had a good deal. The process was fairly quick and painless. Through out the entire process Bret made sure we were taken car of. Johnathan sold us on the extended warranty and made the process seamless. Kay was very knowledgeable about the features of our Explorer and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Peoria Ford to anyone, my best car buying experience in 40 years!

I just purchased a new 2019 Mustang., My salesman was Rusty Humphries. Rusty went above and beyond to make my experience very favorable. Kelly Dutton the financial manager was actually fun to work with and very knowledgeable. Jake Ferrin, the sales manager went out of his way to thank me. The staff then went through the features of the car in detail linking all services to my cell phone. I would recommend Peoria Ford to anyone interested in a Ford product.

F-250 Def Heater replacement

Our check engine light came on and they determined that the def heater was bad, Carlos checked with the extended warranty company and everything was covered, they ordered the parts, told us it was fine to drive and called us when the parts arrived and we scheduled a time for the repair, all is great now thank you Carlos for taking good care of us. From initial phone call to driving off the lot with my new preowned Ford Escape, the level of service, integrity, friendliness, and professionalism was exemplary. Faked diagnostics test

Peoria Ford said I failed emissions diagnostics test and needed a new gas tank due to carbon leak. Also tune up due to excess carbon. Cost $2200.00 Went to another garage for second opinion. My Ford Edge passed all diagnostics tests!! NO EMISSIONS LEAK
