Second Purchase at Peoria Kia!

In 2016 I bought a new Kia Soul from Peoria (Az) Kia and my salesman was Larry DeEnnis. He was hands down the best Auto Salesman I have ever dealt with. To sum up my purchase it was EXACTLY 1hr and 11 minutes from when I pulled up in my car to when I drove off the lot with my new car! Unheard of! This dealership just gets it....customer service, attention to details, very pleasant experience (IKR...from a CAR DEALERSHIP???) Larry's the BEST! Fast Forward to today (11/12/2017) I just traded in my 2016 with only 11,700 miles on it for a 2017 Kia Soul....same color, 20 miles on it, they DROPPED my monthly payment amount, and a full tank of gas! Jon Vontesmar was my salesman (part of Larry's team) and the same result>SUPER satisfied! Great job Jon! Major kudos of course to the superstar of Auto Finance Mr. Brett Wian, absolutely hands down the best in his field! These gentlemen (plus all of the support personnel) make buying a car absolutely painless and worry free! No one should ever buy a car from anyone but these folks at Peoria Kia! GO HERE FIRST!

professionalism at its best

compliments to Larry DeNinis sales professional,who was honest and upfront about the vehicle I was seeking to purchase, he made it his personnel goal to negotiate and acceptable deal between both parties, dealership and myself. I didnt have to deal with every person in the dealership that day, just to negotiate, what a relief. It just happened that the vehicle I was seeking was at another dealership which he was trying to obtain for me, when that fell thru he was able to retrieve another vehicle from California. When it arrived several days later he made sure all the items in the deal was taken care of by the service dept, Valerie Pele. I do believe that my KIA will stand up as good as the sales person Larry did for me. As for my service advisor Valerie, who organized the details for my Kia KUDOS to her for being genuine and very professional in dealing with her, getting thing done is a timely manner. She had my vehicle done before promised time and waited on her own for me to pickup the vehicle and given an in service on items placed on vehicle, that's going that extra mile for her client.. THANK YOU..

Great Service Department

Brought my car in first thing in the morning for a repair and I was told it was going to take most of the day to get it done. By noon, they was calling me to tell me that my car was done. Not only was it done promptly, I got my car detailed too. Thanks Peoria Kia!

False flag auto repair.

I owned a Kia Sedona minivan which needed an oil change, I'd think Kia dealer got to be a good choice, to my horrifying experience, I've lost more than my arm and leg. The oil change seemed Ok until 2 days later, the car radiator did not come on thus the engine became over heat and shut off. The minivan was towed to this Kia service for repair. They called me after a few hours and let me know that it will cost $1750 for replacing the water thermostat, the fan sensor module. Too bad, I don't have that much money, I took it to a friend, he looked at the radiator fan wire and found a straight cut across, this cut was made by scissor. Now we knew Kia repair person did it to provide them more jobs to do. Advice: Avoid doing any type of business with this Kia dealerships, you will lose both money and sleep forever. My friend charge me 20 bucks to fix it in 5 minutes.

bait and switch

Excellent customer service when you arrive... However, my first experience which was not the best. I brought in my 2015 Kia Sorrento and was told everything would be covered as I purchased the extended warranty from the same dealership. Then i receive a call about 4 hours later saying my car would be ready in 2-3 hours but there would be a charge. I didn't understand as i purchased the extended warranty, but for some reason it fell outside of the warranty. Then again i brought my car in for an a/c issue about a month ago. However, this lady was VERY upfront and said there could be some things you might be billed for, i appreciated the upfront truth. but once again this is an EXTENDED warranty that i have never missed a maintenae on and somehow again i'm being charged, this is not like an oil change or tire change which i get but this is failure from the manufacture and twice I have been charged and both times i have asked to be called back by the Service Manage and neither time has a call been returned. I hate to complaind but there should be a level of customer service you are held to as that's what your saleman preach. I wont post this on yelp or anything else with hope that you could get this resolved......

One star is to high

I brought my 2014 Kia Optima in for recall work (on appointment) at 8:59 August 31, 2016 (was suppose to be there at 9) Jamie said it would be an hour maybe an hour and a half max. An hour and fourty-five minutes later I ask their receptionist how much longer. She grabs my advisor Jamie and he says that the car in front of mine was having lots of trouble but don't worry mine is in the shop being worked on now.... I said you're lying, he looked at me astonished as if he had brought the car back to service himself and said no I'm not its in the shop now, the vehicle in front of yours was having lots of trouble. I pointed at my car and said it hasn't moved since I brought it in at 9! It was still sitting in line to be worked on. He flipped around and briskley walked out side, ran to my optima, brought it around to the front came back in and said it would take 20 more minutes... 38 minutes later I got my car. I was going to see about adding some equipment like the larger touch screen radio, remote start and a back up camera (mine is just an LX) but nope. With them blatenly lying to my face at the first experience I can say I will be taking my business elsewhere. It started off great, good coffee and doughnuts with very friendly service but when it all came down to it, just lies. They weren't even good lies though.... You fools the whole show room is glass!

I just went into Peoria Kia yesterday, and bought my 3rd Kia Soul from them. Dominic couldn't have made it any easier to get into a brand new one right away. I phoned him the day before to let him know exactly what I wanted, color, etc. And when I got there the next day it was in front waiting for me. Peoria Kia is fabulous to work with and won't let you down.

YESTERDAY'S VISIT WAS EXCEPTIONAL, THE CHANGES THEY HAVE MADE ARE AWESOME. WAS NOT HASSLED TO BUY A NEW CAR OR DO A SURVEY. BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND UPON STARTING MY 2015 OPTIMA IT WAS A NO GO, GOT A NEIGHBOR TO JUMP IT AND DROVE RIGHT THEIR THEY HAD EVERY THING DONE WITHIN AN HOUR AND HALF. BEST SERVICE EVER

I WENT IN WITH NO HOPES OF COMING OUT WITH A NEW CAR, I HAD A DODGE CALIBER THAT WAS ABOUT 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS UPSIDE DOWN. I WORKED WITH VIKTOR AND LARRY (SALES MANAGER) AND WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY I WALKED ONTO THE LOT VIKTOR GREETED ME FIRST THING HE SAID WAS "LETS MAKE SURE YOU LOVE THE CAR LETS GO FOR A DRIVE" EVERYWHERE I WENT THEY KEPT SAYING, OH RUN YOUR CREDIT, WE CANNOT GET YOU APPROVED ETC ETC. SO I TOOK THE WHITE 2016 KIA SOUL ON A DRIVE AND I LOVED THE WAY IT DROVE SO THEN WE PROCEEDED TO DO A TRADE EVALUATION ANDTHE NUMBERS. RIGHT OFF THE BAT LARRY THE SALES MANAGER GAVE ME "DOUBLE" OF WHAT OTHER DEALERSHIPS WERE GIVING ME FOR MY CAR, THEN HE DISCOUTNED HIS CAR EVEN MORE TO MAKE SURE I GET TO WHERE I WANTED TO BE! HE DIDNT BS ME AROUDN AND GIVE ME FALSE PROMISES EVEN THOUGH MINE AND MY WIFES CREDITS ARE NOT A+++ CREDIT SCORES THEY DROPPED MY INTEREST RATE 14 PERCENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND I HAVE TOLD OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP VIKTOR AND LARRY ARE THE MAN!

Great Experience!

Woke up this morning to get my third automotive repair in three months! Decided to get a new car instead! I remembered that Peoria Kia had been sending me emails and ecards for my birthday for quite awhile (and this without buying from them ever before!) and figured I'd give them a try. Talk about customer service! I emailed Larry the internet sales manager, and he emailed me back to come on in. I arrived at Peoria Kia at 1pm, rode off in my new Soul at 305pm! No BS, No hassles, took my trade in (running rough and needing repair) paid off my loan with my bank (who wouldn't give me a new car loan) and we test drove the one I liked, and Larry made it all happen! No more breakdowns, repairs, etc. I would highly recommend this dealership (and especially Larry) to anyone thinking of buying a new car, even if you have less than stellar credit! (as I do!) Look forward to servicing my car at Peoria KIA!

Faked diagnostic, fabricated problems.

I don't like to report or wasting time for some thing I suffered, but this report may help to prevent further damage to unsuspecting customers who may want to do business with Peoria Kia service department. On September 8th 2015, I brought in my 2008 Kia Sedona for them to diagnose the engine cooling fans problem which cause the engine to heat up. I had trusted them totally to fix my Kia Sedona, I had believed that because they are selling Kia cars. Soon afterward, they told me that my van has a big problem, the electrical wires got so hot that it melted away and damaged the fan controller, which caused the engine overheat. It will cost $ 1,200.00 for the total repair. I then asked them ( Steve, the service adviser, is a nice gentleman, he only listened to the evil mechanic's faked report ) if they had a copy of the diagnostic printout which shows the problem in details by the computer scan. They told me they don't have it....I knew then that they are lying, so I brought it home for my cousin to check it out, he found out the real problem, it is the ECT sensor ( engine cooling temperature sensor ) failed to send the signal to the fans. There was no melted wires found, the fan controller still good. We then bought the temperature sensor for 25 bucks, replaced it. Soon after, my mini van works again for 25 bucks. Warning: Stay away from this dealership at all cost or face unscrupulous rip offs.
