Horrible experience

I entered into the Dealership with intent to purchase a very specific vehicle. i had the plan of what i needed and the price it would cost to have it built. I went in on a Saturday and presented my plan dependent on a trade in, rebates that existed, and the APR that they offered. The Salesman reviewed the information, and said he would text me on Monday with numbers. When he text on Monday, he did not have any of the information i requested, but tried to get me to confirm the purchase in writing over text. I responded with a request for the numbers i asked for, but he refused to send it in writing and asked me to come back in. 4 hrs later i came into the Dealership to find the Salesperson playing on his phone, and he did not have any of the numbers ready. he took me over to his Boss who half worked on the numbers and half took other phone calls. The Salesman and Supervisor both could not tell me if the rebates would be availible when the car came in, offered me the lowest trade in possible and gave some unrelated excuse that " if someone bought that car at an auction, they could get it cheaper". The entire time i was there the staff appeared indifferent about selling cars, like i was inconvieniencing them with my attempt. They use underhanded and decieptful tactics, and were completely incompetent. If you do any research prior to going into this dealership, you will notice this as well. i went in there with intent to purchase, and their presentation talked me out of it. i would not go there again.

We found what we were looking for!

Shopped on line. Text with a rep. Went in, test drove the truck. Talked with Lois. Got a deal from the GM. Came back the next day. Got a lower % rate from the dealer than we did from our bank. Signed papers with Carmen. Drove home. Short and sweet. Everyone was great. Truck is more than we could have asked for.

Money grab

Took my car in for service with the main item being a recall item . After having the car for a full day from 7:30 to 5 PM they called me with a laundry list of items to repair of higher value than the vehicle itself. At 5 o’clock I picked up my car only to find that they didn’t work on the recall item because they decided after a full day that they didn’t have the part and they handed me a diagnostics invoice for $150 . They did however work hard to convince me I that I needed a Chrysler credit card that would give me $150 off if I did all the work that they listed out . Thanks. So the only work that had to do, they didn’t do . There was never any interest in doing the warranty/recall work from the beginning . Disappointing, as this was my first visit to the Chrysler service garage in Centerville.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Shady Dealer

Do not buy anything from this dealer!! No on that works here takes responsibility when they mess up! Sales lies, Finance lies, used car mgr lies, even service lies!!And forget about Tim Bowers G M helping !!! I dont see how they are still operating.. You can't trust anyone here!!

Unprofessional and shady practices

DO NOT buy from this dealership, the GM is rude, unprofessional and once they have your money will literally mock you and degrade you. You cannot truly believe what their sales people say, or the deals they put together, their service department once again, horrible. Even with a service appointment, 2-3 hours for an oil change. Avoid this dealership if you can because you will not be valued as a customer.

Tire Check/TPM System

Great service, tire keeps loosing air. Put it up in the air, visually inspected, found nothing. Told me to monitor and come back if it looses air.

Good til checkout

Brooke was very professional and great to work with. However, as I was checking out with the cashier, the girl at the first desk was mad and speaking with another employee, she said the F word 4 times in a matter of 2 sentences. I didn't think she cared who heard her and was very unprofessional. If you are upset with a customer, it's not good for the other customers to hear you say the things she did. Just my opinion. Otherwise, the work was done correctly and as I said, dealing with Brooke was a very pleasant experience.

Purchased a new Ram truck

Everyone I dealt with at Performance Dodge were too notch professionals! Especially, George Argue, my sales rep! The dealership had an awesome selection of trucks to choose from, as well. The whole selection and buying process was "no pressure" and actually enjoyable. Even the paperwork process with Carmen, at the end of the sale, was a breeze and no hassle. This is how buying a new vehicle should be done.

Oil change went quick and smooth. Service personnel were helpful and courteous. Wait time was short, the technician was freindly. Will be happy to return. Cost of synthetic oil seems a bit high. Other than that, completely satisfied.

My experience, started off with a phone call...I spoke to Carmen I believe.. explained my situation, credit wise, and income wise...she invited me to come in..she was very friendly, and listened to me ramble on about how I didn't want to waste my time, or theirs. I came in, Robert was my sales guy, he kindly say me down, explained to him that I spoke with Carmen, etc...told him I was interested I the 2016 Dodge ram pick up, that I saw on line...took me outside, and we checked it out...and did a test drive. In my mind, I'm thinking...there is no way that I'm gonna be able to get this vehicle, as I'm In the rebuilding phase of my credit...as we sat and talked, I was offered lunch by the sales man, which we both found out, the food was only for the employees...so I felt bad that he got fussed at.. Moving along, they come with a "deal" the payment was about $100.00 more than I was prepared for, and they wanted $500 more down than I had...I was immediately discouraged.. Then comes the sales manager, Kevin Brown I believe..I explained to him what I needed this to be...he said, give me a moment..came back with another deal...he decreased the payment by $60, and I was able to put down what I initially wanted to put as a down payment. For me, this is where the experience got even greater..I truly believe that these people want to help customers, and not just sell vehicles. As I stated, I'm in the process of rebuilding my credit, I'm not educated on how credit actually works..so not only did I get a GREAT vehicle, it came with some "education" Mr. Brown began to explain to me that, although my payment was higher than expected, if I followed certain steps, he assured me that id be able to Refinance at a much greater rate...I felt confident that he was being sincere, and not setting me up for failure.. BUT WAIT it got better...Here comes the finance officer, James Green to go over the contract...He could just rushed me along, and gave me the boot..BUT, he took sooo much time talking to me, explaining what to do about refinance, and walked me step by step on my credit report..I mean they were giving me top notch advice, that I'm certain that some people pay a service to do..not only was he professional, and just a cool guy..he not only gave me his personal cell, to call him anytime with questions, he Invited me to his home to fish in his pond!! This was an experience like no other...ive been treated poorly throughout the years at dealerships, because my credit was less than perfect. I've been bullied into buying vehicles I didn't want, I've been only able to buy high priced, High mileage vehicles..I'm 37 years old, and for the first time in my life, I was able to buy the vehicle I WANTED! I came in feeling inferior, and left out feeling equivalent...you can't put a price on that! I'd definitely recommend these people to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!! Thanks Soo much team!! I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!

Oil Change New Battery

Oil Change was routine - was able to take advantage of the three oil change offer. Battery was acting weak - they tested it and tried to charge it. The battery would not charged, therefore I had them install a new one. The service associate was very professional and kept me well informed of all procedures.
