Dealer did the right thing

Originally my Ram rear bumper was scratched at this dealership. The dealership ultimately replaced the rear bumper at no cost. I am pleased with the experience and recommend this store for future business.

Always a runaround

I have never taken my car for service that it hasn't run in to multiple days. When I go to pick it up, there's always something that hasn't been done. Trying to get a loaner is a joke, they can never reserve something for you. Totally frustrated!

Poor customer service

Was charged $250 for diagnostics, they diagnosed a heater blowing warm air on drivers and cold on passenger side as a bad radiator cap and then was going to charge $135 more for another diagnostic. Was told it took 2 1/2 hours to do this diagnostic. After complaining was told they would not charge $22 for a radiator cap but was then charged for that anyways. When I asked if I would get a survey about this visit Cheryl replied "maybe" Very unprofessional and disappointed because I purchased the car there and had it serviced there for many years. Will not return again.

Fast, Easy and Extremely efficient

I knew I would go to Baxter to get something newer after I had totaled my previous car of 9 years, I've known alot of people that have worked there over the years and knew that I could get in with someone I could trust! I'm pretty stubborn in knowing what I want in a package especially when picking a vehicle! I got online on Monday night and was able to pick from the selections available and narrow down my possibilities. I sent them emails on my top 2 choices and recieved a call from Mario the following morning! I was very impressed at the timing and effort that he had put in with me that day. After being in customer service for over 19 years myself, I was expecting nothing but excellence and that's exactly what I received! Thank you Mario & Baxter!!

Not satisfied with the backing of sold used vehicles here

Listen, I know that I bought an "as is" used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn with 127k. So it has had some wear on it. But when I'm paying 18k for my first big buy, I'm hoping the vehicle will be repaired where it needs it. The shocks and struts are worn to where I need to repair soon, things could be worse with my suspension but have no idea what I'm looking for honestly. The biggest issue I have is the AC isn't blowing cold air and the back vent isn't working. When my kids rode with me the other day. They were soaked from sweat. So I called the dealership to bring it, so I did and all they could tell me was it was fine and I had no issues with the AC. I try it again that next day and low and behold it's still blowing mediocre temperature air when it's 60 degrees outside, disappointed all around

Terrible would never buy from them again

First off bought the truck and they left the tank on E and would not put any gas in it and I've never had a dealer do that. Second off we got home to find out the air didn't work and tried contacting the person we bought it from to find out he was no longer there a few days later. Was told it was something we did over the phone when you buy as is they won't fix it but they will take a look to see if it's the freon. Took it in for the appointment to be told I didn't have one scheduled. Finally got it in to be looked at to say nothing at all was wrong w it when the air didn't get cold at all. Took it to a real mechanic and he instantly knew something was wrong since none of the pipes were getting cold. After a hour he fixed it and it's working now. Not only does the dealership stink the auto shop there is just as bad. I've bought a lot of cars and I've never had such a bad experience.

Poorly treated repeat customer.

I stopped in to look at a 2001 dodge ram. I liked the truck. I offered NADA book value. They countered with a price of $2000 over book value. Also tryed to stick it to me on my trade. They didn't want to give me book value for that either. (Which is in very good condition). I would be fine with paying more then book value if it was in excellent condition. But this truck had roughly $1800 to $2200 worth of repairs to be made. I have bought 4 vehicles in the past 6 years from Baxter. They would not budge on the price and looked at me like I was from a different planet when I offered a very fair price. Their guys had not even looked into the truck yet and I was willing to buy as is. Guess I thought they would take care of a repeat customer. If you want to feel like someone broke it off in your butt then go to baxter. I however will NEVER GO BACK!!

Service repairs

I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they would use and verify they knew my 13 dodge ram diesel had to fuel filters has other reviews I have read for other dealers and service center did not know this the person I spoke knew exactly what I was talking about and had them in stock and knew what oil was needed I dropped the truck off at 7 am due to work I met Andy explained what was all needed and about this whining noise I heard for a month now Andy took note about 3 pm Andy called to explained he was not sure at this time what it was as there is no leaks Andy did find where the noise was coming from but could not fix it as it just started a month ago the power steering was strong still no leaks in lines and no damage that could be seen Andy explained he could start replacing parts to see but would not know what it would till further tear down Andy was very honest about this and I was happy with the service that I got even know they couldn't fix the noise I at least no where its coming from and to watch further about it Andy did not even charge to look at this the did replace trans fuel oil filters and fluid everything is working great and happy with them as I work all over on the us and live in Texas and have been in NE for a year now working I do not trust dealers but this one I would go back and have them work on my vehicle again great job

Bought a truck that had alignment issues...

What started out as a challenging issue regarding the alignment of my used vehicle purchase was resolved after several conversations with the General Manager, Jon Tucker. Jon listened to my concerns to understand the situation, ultimately bringing the issue to a satisfactory resolution. He said and did all the right things that you would expect from a dealership that works hard to deliver high customer satisfaction. Buying a new/used vehicle can be challenging enough, but when there is a vehicle issue on top of the purchase, that can be frustrating. The fact that Jon worked to address the issue after the purchase and made things right -- says a lot for the integrity of the management. You can shop here knowing that if things aren't right, they will work hard to address your concerns.

bate and switch update

I went back to return the car. I worked with Scott this time he was up front. If they would of told me it was subject to approval. That would of made the difference instead of if we can't get you this rate it will be this one. Then to fin out it was 7.99. They lower the cost of the vichele and made to where I could afford it.

Will never do business with this dealership

I drove 3 hours one way to trade in a pickup truck for a Jeep Wrangler. I talked to the employee several times for several weeks and set up a time and date to meet before hand. He had me approved and supposedly had all the paperwork drawn up. I called him 4 or 5 more times that week reminding him that I would there still. I ended up taking a day off of work to drive up there just to get told that they took the jeep to auction. How hard would it have been to make a quick phone call explaining this. It turns out, the employee I was working with also had the day off that same day yet this was never mentioned. So if you enjoy wasting 8 hours of your hard earned vacation and $150 in fuel,then this is the right place for you.

I am a foreigner from China, at the first time I went to performance to fix some noise problem, probably because they didn't understand me well, my English is limited, so they didn't fix all the problems, but the second time I went there they trade me very nice, ask me want a coffee and talk to me very patiently, they give me a rental, and call me to let me know how much work they have done. I know a lot of my friends bought car from performance, and they said they are very nice, doing good, technology good, that's the reason I give them a five star:)

Will never purchase from them again

I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care of at Performance so I took it to another Jeep dealer to get it fixed. Now the vehicle is making a noise that sounds like a pulley or baring is going out. I called Performance to check on warranty and was told it had expired, was transferred to someone to help, who needed to transfer me again to someone else and was then hung up on in transfer. Again only have had the vehicle for 16 months and the Certified warranty has expired due to age of vehicle not mileage as it has less than 60,000 on it. Because it was 2008 the certified warranty only lasted until November of 2013. Now I know why they sold this one as certified as they knew they would not have to cover it for long. Not only will I not purchase from Performance again but Chrysler beware, because of vehicle issues and lack of service by YOUR dealer I may never buy a Jeep or Chrysler product again.
