I went to Peters of Nashua, met Ron Harrison who was very nice and not a pushy car salesmen as most are. He was very polite and interested in my vehicle needs and gave me information and his opinions on the vehicles I test drove. When I found a vehicle I liked, he got the paperwork done and introduced me to Matt Atherton (Honda Business Manager) who was a delight to work with as well... I drove away in the vehicle I liked that night. Thank you Ron & Matt for getting me in the newer vehicle and making my car buying experience fast & easy

Accommodating, pleasant, and great to work with

The employees were all very open with all of the information I would need to make an educated purchase. They were not pushy in any way to try and get a car sold, and just presented the information for me to make the decisions myself. The facility was very accommodating, and the selection of cars was vast and fantastic. Working with the staff was always a pleasant experience, and Ron is a pleasure to work with.

kind and not looking to sell me something that I didn't want

I came in looking to downgrade my car from a vw cc to a Honda accord. Ron at Peters was more than helpful in helping me make my decision and did not try to persuade me into making a larger purchase than I came in looking to make. He simply listened to what my need was and guided me to the cars he thought I might be interested in. All the employees at Peters were professional and kind, I will be doing business here again.

With my previous two vehicles I experienced problems with the service personnel that were challenging at best. It's my hope that now with changes having been made that service will be a better experience. Since I returned to buy again it's obvious I'm willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

Wonderful experience with the customer service

Upon arriving on time to the dealership we were assisted by Ronald Harrison who was very friendly and courteous towards our time and helped us along the way to choose our vehicle. I am very satisfied and pleased with the purchase of our CPO vehicle and with the customer service. The only exception that I was displeased with is the financing sales person who tried to sell me additional services without informing me about it. However, with the help of Ronald, I was able to negotiate out of the services and get the same rate. Despite that, I would like to thank you, Peters of Nashua!

Run over by a reindeer...car looks like brand new

I got run over by a reindeer before Christmas. The reindeer and I were fine but my Nissan Juke was injured on the hood, left corner, and back passenger door. A big thanks to the technician who did a tremendous job fixing my car...can't even tell anything happened. Thanks also for the great customer service. I highly recommend the Bump Clinic and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to Peters of Nashua! They were absolutely incredible. From the time I walked in they couldn't have been more helpful. Never pushy-they let me shop around to look at what was available and when I needed assistance they couldn't do enough for me!! I HUGE Thank You to my sales rep Ryan Lachapelle who extremely knowledgeable about the cars I looked at, helped me find cars in my price range and was just a pleasure to work with! I'd also like to thank Matt Atherton who did an outstanding job getting me Finance for the car. Truck Repair Service Was Exceptional

My dad had his truck repaired after he was rear-ended. I coordinated the truck repair from Oregon-- the Bump Clinic is in Nashua, where my dad lives. The service, specifically, from Peter, was exceptional. I could not have asked for a nicer person to work with. He was polite, attentive, thoughtful, and very, very good about getting back to me. The repair work was also very good. Thanks Peter for making the repair go smoothly. I wish I lived closer and could take my own vehicles to Peter. Best, Trish

I went in looking for a used vehicle that would fit all my needs, after talking to a sales person about the vehicles I have looked up he went ahead and took my requirements and found a vehicle that surpassed my needs. I also went in thinking that I would have to buy a used vehicle to keep my payment close and after all the help from the dealership I ended up purchasing a brand new car with every option that I wanted.

I wouldn't bring my toy car here. They do shoddy work at best! They don't communicate and said my car would be done "tomorrow" for over a week before it was actually done. Not to mention when replacing the radiator, they glued the supports on rather than welding. DON'T BOTHER! They also replaced the headlight but left broken glass in it from the prior that was in an accident.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I took my car in for some bodywork. Peters Bump Clinic...

I took my car in for some bodywork. Peters Bump Clinic returned my car to me with a dent and scratches remaining. Also, they'd left an abrasive agent on the exterior of my car, and my trunk was filthy from them having stored something in my car. (The back seat was left down, as well.) When I brought the car back to Peters and pointed out that they did not complete their job, the manager argued with me. The correct answer should be, "I'm sorry, let us make it right." The original person who helped me, Carl, admitted that he knew his workers had left the dent in my car, but they didn't want to fix it because it would have been too much work for them to do so. I do not recommend Peters to anyone. The work is of poor quality and shoddy--the product of lazy employees who only want to do the bare minimum and do not care about customer service. Never returning.

Gee I wonder who wrote all the other reviews, most likely employees or friends of the dealer. This place is a disgrace!! So their friendly big deal, so is my grandma and I don't want her fixing my car. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and after having to pay for a service that should have been covered. Being a "girl" I stupidly paid out of pocket...believing the friendly, helpful, employees that my car problem with the A/C wasn't covered. It's leaking and we need to refill the freon but I have to pay and of course I do. Afterwards I contacted the extended warranty company who said that was outrageous. The A/C is a closed system and most of the work was covered except that this dealership DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER to submit the info to the extended warranty company and check to see if it was covered and it was!!! After I sat there 15 minutes while these BOZO's tried to read the agreement and enter all the pertinent information for the extended warranty. The work I paid for wasn't even fixed properly and when I contacted Peter's guess what. I was told sorry you'll have to rerun the diagnostics and pay out of pocket again, I explained the prior visit and told sorry that's what you have to do and given lots of jargon but again the extended warranty co suggested I try a different dealership and guess what it was all covered. Such a freakin joke of a dealership. ' On a separate note my car had a weird scrape on it I took it to the Bump Clinic assoc with Peter Honda of Nashua and thought I could pay cash and not have my husband know. I go and have it looked at for an estimate and they tell me "Oh your going to want to put this through your insurance it's quite a bit of damage" I thought it could just be buffed out...looked like a decent size scratch so I fill out all this paperwork to get an estimate. It turns out to be $2300 yikes I think ok, I take the paperwork, think I probable need to run this through my insurance and know last time I had something like this my insurance made me go to a place down the street on 101A so I pull in there on my way home and say ok. What do you think this will cost to fix. The guy comes out and looks at it, and he looks and then he goes over to it and takes his thumbnail and scrapes it, it comes off on his finger. He said it's just a reside from where I scraped my garage. He said I could do it myself and it would cost nothing!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP oh and by the way to the owner who lives in my town...I got a big mouth and I'm telling EVERYONE. Thanks for the donation to the school auction though.

I went to this Peter's for a service recall on my 2007 Nissan Sentra which I purchased in Texas, and they not only serviced my vehicle, but they also vacuumed, washed and performed a 27 point inspection all free of charge. Frank let me know about my mirror being damaged, which I already knew about. He let me know how much it will be to fix, but didn't push doing the work with them when I mentioned that it was outside my budget. I was so pleased that when it came time to have my oil changed I went to Peters again, they also topped off all my fluids, and cleaned my car once again for $25 with a coupon they sent me. I have decided that I will be purchasing my next Nissan from them when the time comes because of their great service.

I have been a customer of Peters since 2003. I have always been treated with great respect and could not ask for a nicer or smater group of men. They know there stuff and do a great job in servicing your vehicle. I have brought other friends here to purchase a new vehicle and to have their vehicle serviced and they are as happy as I am with the service staff here. I will continue to recommend Peters to anyone that is looking to purchase a Nissan or have their Nissan serviced.
