I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001...

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium.So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.
