Screwed on my final sale contract....

I was happy when I got approved to own my own car. The sales team at The Phil Long Toyota dealership helped me but, in the long run they actually screwed me. I gave them $1,500..00 as a down payment. Which I lost. They sold me the car with thes numbers: Price for the 2018 Toyota Corolla $20,104.00 With Taxes $23,192.95 But, the total sale price in the end was $43,991.75. My monthly payment $545.00. Wow. It’s not like I bought a truck or SUV. I know people who pay that price for a Lexus, BMW and Audi. They offered me múltiple warranties that I declined. It took a different honest Toyota dealership In Denver, Colorado to review my final contract to tell me that they still signed me up for all the unwanted warranties I declined and never wanted. Thank you Dan & Paula. I only had the car for 2 months and had to be forced to surrender the car. I poured my heart out to you and you screwed me. And this has affected multiple career opportunities for me. Let alone impacted my life and my credit. I highly do not recommend Phil Long Toyota in Trinidad, Colorado! Beware to all future buyers. Don’t let what happen to me happen to you. I do not tolerate dishonesty. They even ran my social security incorrectly. Catherine Olaciregui

Sold Me A Used Truck As A New Truck

I went to buy a new toyota tacoma and asked why the truck had 384 miles on it. the sales man said "I don't know", and I asked why it had 3 paint chips and if they would repair them? they said they would. they haven't scheduled a repair. the day after driving off the lot I looked at the bluetooth phone settings and saw SERGE'S phone was paired (whoever Serge is) with 34 contacts from his phone.contact list. I emailed and asked why they sold me a used truck and misrepresented themselves claiming it was a new truck. since it hadn't been "titled" yet it was considered a "new" vehicle. Bull Zhit! You sold me iehter a loaner or a demo (USED) vehicle as a NEW vehicle. And the finance dude was out of control pressure up selling. I almost walked out on the deal. Those guys are sharks in a meat market. BE WARE!!!

I walked in for an appointment for maintenance on my Rave4. Didn't need an appointment as they took the car in right away. In less than 30 minutes they serviced the car, did an overall check on it, and an oil change. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I recommend Phil Long dealerships to anyone looking for a vehicle or service.

My experience was great throughout. From the phone call to make the appointment and then having to cancel and reschedule for the following day to the service that was given to me when I took my vehicle in for the service. Very friendly and comfortable environment. Service Department guys were helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail.

I was driving from WA to TX when my Tundra started having problems. I stayed in Trinidad overnight and took her in first thing in the morning. Scott was great! The rest of the sales and managerial staff were equally accommodating and friendly. It was a quick fix thankfully and Scott got me back on the road. Highly recommend!!!!

My 2016 Nissan TITAN blew 2 deisel fuel lines while towing my camper. I was in the middle of nowhere and limped in to Trinidad on 6 of 8 cylinders. Deisel fuel soaked the entire truck and I feared the worst. Called Phil Long Toyota for help which came from Alex and Scott in a manner that surpassed any dealer I have delt with in many years. Alex met me on the street, directed me to a lot where I could disconnect my camper, and arranged for immediate repairs with Scott. I won't say they moved me to the head of the line, but it sure felt like it. The service was outstanding and even the mechanic spoke with me regarding the mechanical failure and suggested repairs. Phil Long Toyota knows the true meaning of customer service. The entire staff made us feel welcome, provided snacks and coffee, provided progress reports on repairs, and supplied documentation necessary in seeking warranty compensation for repair costs with Nissan. I made the trip from Colorado to Texas without incident, and without having suffered huge towing and repair costs.

While traveling, I recieved my notification regardung my 5000 ml. service. I checked Google and called for an appointment. They got me in the next morning. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I am completely satisfied with your service. I hope as I travel I have such good service from other Toyota dealerships

Keeping my 2004 Rav-4 going is very important to me. I trust this dealership to do this with minimum expense and they do. I particularly liked being informed as the process went on of what they were finding. While a wind damage to my door had to be scheduled for a later appointment, the made temporary repair to make it more useable and prevent further damage

Engine Repair

I had some engine repair that was needed. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and when I arrived the parts were not available. However there was no way they could have know what was needed. They figured it all out and gave me a price with a hand wash to my car, which was really reasonable. Since the parts were not in they gave me a loaner vehicle to drive around till my card was ready this took about a full 24 hrs. However, once I received my car back it worked great and the car looked amazing. Scott was a great help!

asked for a them to check out my 1986 toyota van to confirm electrical problem. told us it was electrical but they didnt have and they dont make the toyota parts anymore so they cant do any work. they then proceeded to do 800$ worth of work without confirming, and without fixing the problem. but a lein on my vehicle. super unhelpful staff whom are willing to take advantage of others.

i came in for my oil change and had been looking all over Amazon for a battery for my key fob, the cheapest i could find was over $20. Scott the service manager not only got me in and out fast but replaced my battery in the key fob for $5.41!!! Very pleased, happy and certainly always recommend Phil Long to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! The gold standard of care lasts long after you buy your car! I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was taken promptly and returned in a timely manner. I got back on the highway and noticed a high end vibration. So, I returned to have it checked out. I had a tire out of balance so when it was moved from the rear to the front it became noticeable. They promptly balanced the tire and I was on my way. The service man had a friendly and professional manner. I will certainly return there. Carol
