Tiffany was wonderful!!

It had already been a difficult summer, then on July 23rd, I was in a car accident which resulted in my car being totaled. Such a painful and stressful experience with only a limited time to replace my vehicle. I had been to other dealerships but felt rushed and pressured. So, I called Piazza in Pottstown and they scheduled an appointment for me with Tiffany. She was welcoming, informative, sensitive to my situation and needs in a vehicle. Her patience and input throughout the entire 2 day decision-making process put me at ease and made me confident I had chosen the right dealership. I had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles but at the last minute with emotions running high, I asked to see one that had been offered the day before. Without hesitation, Tiffany located it, brought it around and end result - it turned out that was the car for me! A 2017 Santa Fe Sport. At pick-up she spent time going over the features of the Santa Fe and even connected my phone for me. Tiffany's follow-up after the purchase has also been great, offering to help with anything that may come up or answer any questions I may have now or in the future. Great salesperson - great dealership!!

What is the Best Car-Buying Experience?

It's having the opportunity to deal with knowledgeable and pleasant professionals, specifically Brandon Daub and Lisa Grose. Brandon greeted me in the Sales area and listened to what I was looking to purchase, asked a few pertinent questions and produced the exact car I had in mind. He proceeded to ensure that the entire process continued to move forward, setting up the test drive and answering a slew of questions.He continued moving things along by tending to the required paperwork as we discussed various aspects of the vehicle that were unfamiliar to me. It was like hanging out with a friend. He is a valuable asset to the Piazza Auto Group. Lisa Grose handles the almost-crippling volume of paperwork like a Las Vegas dealer. She told me what I was signing, why I was signing it, and where to sign it. I never felt uncomfortable about making my "X". Without her talent, the dealership wouldn't manage to move many (if any!) vehicles off their lot. Kudos to you both, along with my sincere thanks.

Poorly trained salesman

We bought a demo model Santa Fe SEL Plus. Our salesman told us it had a forward camera during the test drive. He even had me pull of the front sticker on the windshield to “unblock “ the camera. He also told us that we would receive 36 months of Blue link services. Both of these were not true. Upon returning to the dealership to ask about how to access the camera I waited 1/2hour and heard nothing. I went back to the garage where the serviceman was surprised I hadn’t been spoken to. He informed me that my car didn’t have the camera. Incredulous, I asked to see my salesman. He played around with the settings (because clearly he still didn’t know that this model never comes with a front camera) and then told me I must be confusing it with another car that I had tested. I reminded him several times that this is the only car I had test driven. His response was loud, demeaning and belligerent. He never took the time to apologize for misrepresenting the features. He didn’t help me at all. I asked to see the manager—and waited again. I walked into the managers office after waiting several minutes. The manager was calm, helpful and understanding. I told him his salesman had yelled at me. Bottom line: When you spend a lot of money on a car you should walk away feeling happy. Today I walked away upset and I will never buy a car there again. There’s other Hyundai dealerships just as close to me.

Tiffany Seifrit and Stephanie are the very best

Stephanie has found cars for me for many years. She is the best and always gets the job done. I go to the internet and shop hard. She seems to know what I like and searches hard. She has never lost an order when I'm shopping. Tiffany Seifrit spent a LOT of time explaining the features and operation of the car. It was extensive and the first time we had training on the tech side of the car. The 2019 Tuscon Limited had features we had never heard of. We ending up changing our mind on the warranty and she provided us with another review. We initially turned it down but after seeing the tech package in the car and the risk involved we went back in same day and bought extended warranty coverage. My best regards to both ladies and I sure appreciated their efforts.

Had a great experience this time. Tiffany Seifrit was our salesperson and we were very pleased, start to finish. Got us in what we wanted and the whole experience was painless, (and I'm fussy). My wife will confirm this. Lisa Grose handled the finances/paperwork and had us out in record time.(We started off with Josef Unterkofler since we were dealing with an issue from a previous lease, and you should at least say hello if he's in. He is absolutely icing on the cake. I'm laughing as I think of our experience. He's too much! Great guy!) Again, had a great experience.

Top notch expierence

Knowing since last summer that the Iron Man Kona was coming in 2019, I knew this was the car for me. When it finally arrived last week, I couldn't wait to get it. From the test drive to the final delivery, everything went flawlessly and without a hitch. Everyone from Tiffany to Lisa made the whole experience so smooth. Brandon is the best of the best. Truly amazing at what he does and he actually cares about people. He’s genuine and honest which is why if you’re looking for a car , GO TO BRANDON ! Just wanted a test drive

I had interest in two Hyundai vehicles,the Tucson and the Santa Fe and I wanted to test drive both. I called in to speak to Brandon to make an appointment for a test drive. He said he could accommodate me almost immediately and I told him I’d arrive in about an hour. I also made it clear that I only wanted to test drive and we would not discuss any buying numbers.When I arrived at the dealer ship, Brandon greeted me and introduced himself and had both vehicles ready to go. He described both cars in detail and wanted to know if I had any questions after the test rides. Now here’s my favorite part. Even after we finished the test drives and he knew I would not discuss numbers,Brandon treated me with dignity,respect,and at no time was he pushy or in a hurry for me to purchase. Piazza Hyundai has a great salesman and a concerned,polite person in Brandon. I will definitely return to Brandon should I decide on purchasing one of my test driven vehicles.

If you are looking for a great sales person and dealership and have been hesitating because how car sales people are portrayed on TV then you have to go see Tiffany Seifrit at Piazza Hyunda. She asked me all the right questions to find out exactly what I was looking for and then found it for me. Tiffany was not pushy at all and really seemed to want the best for me. She really was happy for me when I found and bought the vehicle I had been looking for. Tiffany even followed up with me a couple days later to see how I was enjoying the vehicle. Lisa Grose explained all the bells and whistles financially in plain English!! I will recommend the dealership, Tiffany and Lisa to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you!!

Let me first by saying having to buy a new car sucks, especially if its under unpleasant circumstances but my experience was great start to finish. I made an inquiry and had all my initial questions answered by Stephanie Kimbro and Nina Davis. They were so patient and always followed up with me. Next Joe Unterkofler (just call him Joe U) helped make arrangements so that I could come in. I have two small children and a full time job and i felt like he really understood and valued my time. I told him what I could do and he made it happen. I didn't have to retell my story, what I wanted or my current situation when I got there. I met with Tiffany Seifrit my Sales Consultant who answered all my stupid little questions, entertained my kids and could have not been more kind. Lastly to go over my contracts I sat with Lisa Grose, the finance manager and I learned more about all the things as a consumer that i should know when buying a car. She was so funny and charismatic I found myself just talking to her for 20 minutes. I scheduled my first oil change with Mike Latch, nice guy. This whole experience was fast, easy and transparent. I wanted an itemized quote, and I got it. I wanted a price comparison and I got it, no questions asked. I needed a ride or a delivery - done. No games, no gimmicks, no weird sale tactics - just a genuine human interaction. My time and money were truly valued here and I'm so very grateful. I'm sure people hear this in commercials but I'm going to say it - cheesy as it is...but I'm a Piazza Customer for life.

I walked in feeling exhausted and defeated after an all day hunt for a new car that fit my budget needs. I was introduced to Alex and was instantly put at ease. He really listened to what I needed, answered all of my many questions with patience, gave me time to think when I asked for it, and has a great sense of humor which really helped end a stressful, discouraging day on a great note! Car inspection quick and accurate

Brought my car in for the annual state inspection. My service advisor, Mike Latch, was an expert in every sense of the word. Customer service focused, he had my vehicle inside, and inspected immediately. Mike also took the time to explain everything, and I was in and out quickly, extremely satisfied with the inspection and the customer care that the Piazza service department offers. I own two Hyundai Elantras, and will bring the other one in as well, when it is due for inspection in April. Hopefully, Mike Latch will be there on that day as well, as you could not find a better service advisor, anywhere. Thank you Piazza Hyundai of Limerick (Pottstown).
