Instant Cash Offer

I received a KBB instant cash offer for my 2010 Nissan 370Z and was told Grainger Nissan in Anderson was a participating dealership and would honor this offer once they inspected the car. I received an email from The dealership saying "Consider your car sold" bring it in to complete the process. I called Steve at the dealership to let him know I had received the KBB instant cash offer and my car was in excellent condition except for needing two new rear tires, which I assumed would be deducted from the instant offer I received. He assured me I would receive a fair offer and it would possibly be higher than the instant offer I had received from KBB. After driving 90 minutes to this dealer and a quick inspection of my car, I was told the offer was almost $1,200 less than the instant KBB offer. I expected it to be a little less to cover the two new tires, but not $1,200 less. This "instant offer gimmick" is just a way to get you into the dealership when they have no intention of giving you anything close to the so called Instant Cash Offer. Very unfair practice. Stay away from Grainger Nissan and KBB Instant Cash Offers.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent service department and personnel

Had a problem with my vehicle and immediately drove it to dealership. Even though I was a "walk-in," they had the car in the garage area, evaluated and parts ordered within an hour. Gave me an appointment for 9 AM NEXT day for repair. Repair was done in about an hour, which was less than they estimated. Service advisor took time to walk me to my car, look at what they had done and discuss it with me. The amenities in the waiting area were very good. Excellent service and no question about it being a warranty issue.

I would recommend this dealer.

Poor service Department

Tried to call service manager for four days with no return call. Had to make a special trip down there to talk to him. He told me he would cheeck into my problem and call me by the end of the day which he did not do.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Poor customer service and horrible service department.

They are slow about helping customer, I literally walked in and had to stand and wait for 10minutes just for someone to come ask me "has anyone helped you yet". I called all day because I was promise my car at 12pm didn't get a phone call so I wanted to call to check on updates but they never answer their phone nor call me back after leaving voicemails and leaving secretary My name and number. I been calling 4x today and all same result not until about 4pm I able to get a hold of them and to find out my car been finished. Anyways very upsetting and inconvenient. Also very SLOW AND NOT VERY Attentive.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Outstanding Service with new ownership

This dealership is now Grainger Nissan and is part of Grainger Nissan of Savannah GA. Had a problem a few months ago with service department, but the new ownership has tremendously improved that department. The GM, SM and a rep. from Savannah all contacted me to resolve the problem and take ownership of the situation. It is now much simpler to schedule an appointment over the phone, to contact service department over the phone and not have to listen to recorded messages or use prompts. The drop-off and pick-up process is great and much improved. Vehicle was ready earlier than promissed even though I took it in at 11:00 AM. All personnel were very helpful and courteous and took time to answer my questions.

I would recommend this dealer.

This was my second time with Piedmont Nissan, and I am very very happy with my purchase. Pete was a true professional and very caring. My previous car had high mileage, and was beginning to cost me a lot with repairs, and I still owed quite a bit on the loan, not to mention that my credit wasn't great by any means. He, "Pete" asked me what car I like, I told him, and then he told me to go home. So I did, and early the next morning, he called me and told me to come and pick up my car. Not only did I get a NEW car, he worked it out so that my payment would take care of my old loan. I'm very grateful.

My husband and I with in to look at the CrossOvers. We fell in love with the Red Rogue in the front two rows. And then Mike Anderson came out to help us,an he was great in the knowledge of the cars.
