BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!

Rafael was a great salesman, not high-pressured, which made the experience less stressful than in the past. He was articulate and if he didn't know the answer to my questions, of which I had many, he would gladly find the answer. Typically I hate car-shopping for several reasons. I have to say that this was definitely my most positive car-buying experience ever!! I was very impressed with the staff at this dealer. I was greeted by Rafael and my overall experience was fantastic. He was patient, kind and oh, so attentive. He actually sold me a car that I wasn't even looking to buy.

Pesima atencion del vendedor

Buscaba un pickup que tenian en exposicion pero que estaba lockeada. Pregunte por el año, modelo y millas , pero el vendedor Sr Norberto desconocia la informacion Ya en la oficina me dio los datos y el precio . Le pedi ver el vehiculo por dentro y encender el motor Me contesto que debia completar una aplicacion antes de poder examinarlo Le explique que antes de completar la aplicacion necesitaba verlo. Fue inutil mi pedido, el vendedor de muy mala forma y siendo bastante rudo y mal educado se nego a ello. Si quieren vender vehiculos , vendedores como este señor no creo que los ayude.

My First Car buying experi WILLY IS JUST A SICK F#$%^&* P1&

I talked to Wilie over the phone and he promised so much i knew he was BSing me for the most part but i thought to give him a try. i initially inquired about a vehicle in December and a gentlemen there was really helpful. I drove down from Port St Lucie After i arrived i did what willy told me and thats ask for him, after he told me so much about me being appoved and all is ready on the phone he just told me to work with a new salesmen. The young man very nice but not knowledgeable at all and a older man kept coming around and harassing me saying "you should let him take care of you" Total Creep!..... the two sales guys started to argue.......... After almost two hours there i went inside insisted to talk to MIA Willy finally after 20 mins they found him and he informed me i was appoved and payments are going to be 470 for a Hyundai Elantre.. Unbelievable!!!! I just spent almost 3 hours there to be told i couldn't get the Toyota Camry i wanted or the 300-350 range need to be in. FML This was my first car buying experience ever, my late husband did all that. I went to Off lease and got a great deal. BEWARE STAY AWAY ITS UNREAL WIlie Then called me "stupid" as i stormed out the so called dealer. I will report this to BBB

Willy the manager is a snake oil salesman!

They have a lot of nice clean looking cars. Beware! When you go into the sales office you will see the underlying truth if this slimy establishment. The couch is old, worn and seedy. The walls are painted white and green. Be sure to read the all of the written information. Look for the up-charges. They sneak in additional fees that will add thousands to the price. Dealer fees, excessive interest rates. They will try to justify the fees by talking about the monthly payments. They spend time talking about the payment to make you forget about the total price. a 12k car will easily cost you 17k with the additional fees. They will avoid talking about the fees and go back to the monthly payments. Snake Oil Salesmen!!

Car was advertised at $9,900.00 After a long approval they added $700.00 because they have to pay for financing. They added $149.00 for accessories. Then they added $999.00 for dealer prep. You should be aware of the "surprise" fees that you will incur when picking up the car. I chose to walk out and share my story. I would only recommend my "worst" enemies to this place!

I got there at 10am and left by noon i was very satisfied with the service, Joseph was very helpful it was raining heavily Joe came out with a umbrella put me on a test drive in the pouring rain. I was appoved and my payments are affordable, with a reasonable intrest rate. Thank you Joe and Pedro for making my first car experience memorable.

I give this dealership 5 stars due to the fact that they are patient and willing to help as much as possible. It took a while but I left very satisfied with the car I wanted. Others complain on service due to the fact they want what they cannot afford. If you stick to your budget this place is awesome. No it's or but's about it....LOVED IT!!!!!

Freaking joke.

This place is a big freaking joke. Pedro and Doug should not be allowed anywhere near the car business. After talking with Doug on the phone for a few hours, and negotiating a great deal on a 2014 Ford Mustang, I made the 2.5 hour drive from Naples to WPB with a cashiers check in hand to straight out buy the Mustang. Doug told me on the phone that there is a minor scratch on the rear bumper, and not noticeable. He can have it buffed out. When I get there, there are 2 deep scratches on the rear bumper that are so deep, you can't buff them out. They also jacked the price up $2000. more. The manager Pedro is the biggest freaking joke in the world. He say's he will call you back in 10 minutes, but never returns any calls. Absolutely the WORST DEALERSHIP, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH. Please do yourselves a huge favor, and stay far, far, far, far away from this joke of a dealership. Pathetic xxx PEOPLE.

BEST Experience EVER. Not at all what I expected.

After being pre-qualified for an auto loan, my husband and I were looking to shop around for another car. Off Lease Autos were on our approved car dealership list. We were just going to go and see what kind of cars are there but was not going to purchase from there. I just liked the reviews about there being so many cars to choose from and we didn’t have any idea what we were looking to buy. So we decide to browse the lot. We pulled up and there were so many people there, we got nervous that even if we liked anything, it would be an all-day affair to be able to take a ride or let alone get somebody to help us figure out what we wanted. Jason Golden came right to us as soon as we parked and got out. He asked if we ever been there before and we said no and he immediately went into how they work. He then walked us inside and showed us how to use the computer on what is on the lot in real time. When he saw me look up the first vehicle, he excused his self then came back in 5 mins and said “I think I have an idea of what you might be interested in.” He then took us out to an area of everything I just so happen to be looking at. And low and behold there was 3 cars of my dreams. I thought to myself, I don’t know. He then gave all spec and reviews. Very knowledgable person, and I am a stickler on reviews. I don’t like wasting my time. Then he walked us over to an area where he allowed us to test drive. No pressure at all. He didn’t even go with us. He just said here are the keys, see what you think. After test driving, I was sold but again, I thought now we have to do all this paper work, etc , we will be here all day. So he walked us in the inside, I clicked about maybe 6 buttons, and I was instantly already in the approval process of getting the car. By this time Rafael walks out to us and shakes our hands and say congratulations. My husband and I were like, what do you mean, don’t we have to do more stuff. And how do we know we got it. He then laughed and said wait til you see the interest rates. We then got excited because we already had a pretty decent interest rate to began with on our pre qual. Then they walked us outside where they had good music, giant sausage hotdogs, lots of snacks and drinks. It look like a food court or a family party/picnic. We had so much fun just waiting for the car to get detailed because everybody there were having a blast eating and eager about their new car too. After about I say maybe 15 mins(I think they let us enjoy our hot dogs and were watching but I didn’t notice), they came back for us and took us to our finance manager, Joel and he went over our terms. When I say really good deal, I mean GREATEST Deal EVER!!! I couldn’t believe it. It was amazing, not only did they get us a good deal on the car but they even had extra stuff for the warrantee after the manufacturer’s warranty ran out. And it was a fraction of the cost of the hot dogs we were eating. And they weren’t cheap hot dogs..lol.. We rolled off the lot in maybe all together we were there about 3 hours, but every minute was accounted for from start to finish. I couldn’t get over how the place ran like a well-oiled machine. They made you feel like you made a day of it going car shopping. I would recommend to everyone to go to this place. It’s nothing like any other experience at a car dealership I have ever seen. And I have purchased in my life 5 cars and its always a nightmare. The wait and the BS of getting your hopes up for them to be let down when the terms are outrageous and “that’s not what the ad said.” Go to Jason Golden. He’s the best. He keeps you intrigued. Greatest sales person. And he’s fun too…

please do not go to this place!!!!! riya is a mean woman!!! they altered my contract without my knowledge so when the finance company called me and started asking questions my answers did not add up!!! so the finance company back out off the contract!!! i had my car for 2days when that happen i had already driven it off the lot!!!! riya called me screaming in the phone what did i tell the finance company she made me feel like it was all my fault!!! no one told me im suppose to lie to the finance ppl!!! then she told me she had to take the car back or find a co-signer so i called my dad who was out of state riya mailed him paper work he said he mail it back and because she did not get paper work as of yet they took my car and refused to give me all my money back now i have no money and no car to get to work!!!! thanks alot us off lease autos!!!!! i would never ever send anybody to your place of Business i hope dimitry (the owner) see this cause i been trying to reach you for a week now!!!! maybe i should contact my local news!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by a salesman with a cigar in his mouth smelling like a old ashtray that has never been cleaned out. He took me around and showed me a few cars and that was all fine. It wasn't until we went to do the numbers where things got bad. On his desk was the paperwork of 3 other people he helped with all their personal information for the world to see. Social Security number, addresses, birthdays, income, everything someone would need to steal someones identity. I'm not that type of person so i didn't stay in the office. So after we did my paperwork he goes in the back to run my credit and then starts yelling out all my information for the whole office and customers to hear. At that point i took all my paperwork that had my information and left. I would rather walk barefoot than to buy a car from there.

We were looking for a 2008, 22,000 miles car advertised...

We were looking for a 2008, 22,000 miles car advertised on "cars for sale". We called to find out if the car was available but no one picked up. We left message but no one called. Next day we took our chances and drove 25 miles away to this dealership just to find out that the car was sold...We would suggest that when cars are sold, the updates are made available asap :) The sales person suggested that we consider another car, same make, made in 2010, double the mileage. From then, it took 2 hours+ until we were given the price...A lot of sales talk, waiting, etc. We finally got home, I looked and noticed that car we were looking for and was sold is still listed as available...dear Lord, have mercy! One would think that just out of consideration for these customers who drove 50 miles+ for nothing, they would update that entry...
