They are great until you sign your contract

My name is Patricia Beetle and in December I bought a 2016 BMW , there was a part missing off the front, was told it was ordered and would be there the next day , so when I signed the contract I didn't worry about the i owe you paper because it was supposed to be ordered already and coming next day. That was a big mistake,I guess you can't trust anyone anymore. I called and called asked to talk to several people, got the run around and still am 4 months later. Talked to manager who got snotty with me and found out part was never ordered. Another guy named Richard tried to help me but ordered the wrong part after drove 20 miles to get there and now am getting the run around again. And this was the second vehicle we brought this year from them , where is the customer appreciation? Apparently it is with my part , missing. Shane Dempsey was my salesman who really disappointed me , at least Richard Conner tried to help me when everyone gave me the run around.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Used Car in Bad Shape

My husband and I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300C just over a month ago. Immediately, the hood latch fell off (broken and glued back on), the A/C vent knobs fell off (broken previously), and within 3 days the check engine light went on. We went back in a week to have them replace a broken mirror that was broken when we bought it, but they made us pay for. We complained and threatened to write a poor review, so they had us come back in a week to fix the hood latch and put in a new temp sensor. They ordered the wrong parts for the A/C vents, so that requires another 3 hour trip to get fixed. On Friday, with less than 3000 miles in and just over a month, the brakes were making horrible noises. The back rotors were totally destroyed. Today, we are having it fixed at our shop--new brake pads and rotors on back and new brake pads and rotors turned. All this after Plaza claimed that it passed their multi point inspection prior to sale. We will never shop there again, and encourage others to avoid this dealership.

Great Buying Experience

Excellent sales department Phillip Clyde got me in the car that I really wanted and was able to meet everything I was asking for. This was my first "new" vehicle purchase and it was a great experience, there was no pressure and it was a simple process! They are great at Plaza Dodge!

Awesome dealership!!!

I completed application online and with in a few minutes I received an email from Tony Holmes and a phone call. He was very polite, and was very efficient and not one of those pushy salesman that you normally meet at other dealerships. In a matter of minutes he had all my paperwork ready and to the finance manager who was also very polite and had us on our way . If you are looking for a vehicle, I urge you to go see them at Plaza.

You did a great job. Very efficient. We tried several other Jeep dealers in the area and were extremely disappointed. This one is a winner! Terry was very nice, friendly and easy to work with. Waited for the car and the service was done quickly.

waist of time again

What is wrong with Florida car dealers. This is the second one I have made an appointment at with the promise of having my parts there and drove almost an hour to get there and be told sorry I don't have your part.

I called and made an appt to get my transmission fluid...

I called and made an appt to get my transmission fluid flushed. Price quoted was $170 +/-. Also asked to have engine oil and filter changed , I supplied the oil and filter. Price quoted $10 +/-. I was also told it would take about an hour. A little over two hours later I paid the bill - $218.61 This is almost $40 over the quoted price. The job was so messy that I now have oil spots on my garage floor. I also got oil drip on my head while the mechanic was showing all the things he could charge me to fix that he took an hour of careful inspection to find, this was called a free 27 point safty inspection. I allowed myself to think that I would get a better job at a dealership than a quick oil change place. The next time I will go back to the quick oil change shop where I can get my transmission flushed, oil supplied and changed in about 45 minutes at a cost of about $160, and when I am done I wont have to clean my garage floor!

I would not recommend this dealer.
