Very poor service

Do not work with Benito very unprofessional. Working in sales is not for him. He told me to pick out three cars that I wanted..My credit was ran, he said I could get anything I wanted on the lot if i put down a large down payment of 5,000 after I sat in there for four hours for him to tell me that which I know it was BS. He said I had to come back the next day because the banks were closed.. I called him the next day he didn’t even know who I was and what car I was going to purchase smh...So today I went back in there to start the process all over again still bs.. He said he had some cars for me to look at and they wasn’t even there then pulled up one car that had a flat tire very stressful day!!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

A particular salesman who appears to sometimes I think drink can be a little bit more courteous to his customers be a little bit more aware of his place as a Salesman helping a customer because at the end of the day no one is giving anyone anything for free we are paying for their services and in exchange for a vehicle that you paid for the next several years so I think courtesy should be a big plus answer maybe management should have a inservice on presentation delivery and boundries

Poor Customer Service

I was getting conflicting excuses regarding a refund, and when voice messages where not returned, I asked to speak to the manager, went right to voice mail. Called back this time Mike, who said he was the General Manager got on the phone and said I was harassing the Finance person and hung up on me. Sure sign of a dealership in disrepair. Go to Dover or Annapolis.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Rip off

My son purchased a Honda Fit. The warning lights/ servicing lights come on prematurely. The oil and filter changes are expensive. My son paid the car off early but he has not received the money owed him yet for paying it off earlly. Car is not even 3 years old and the warranty has run out??? That is a cheap policy.

First time buying new car, very good experience

I had been researching the new Honda Fit for several months. Collin in the internet sales dept. let me know as soon as a new 2016 came in. I showed up for the test drive, we came to a preliminary agreement, I drove it for the next couple hours (to make sure it was the right car for me) and we finished the deal. I believe I got a fair price given the high demand for the vehicle type and limited supply. The whole experience was relaxed but still professional which is the way I prefer to operate as well.

We especially enjoyed working with our sales rep, Taylor B. . . . he was so friendly, patient, honest and dedicated to helping us get the best deal!! Picked up another Pilot from Pohanka of Salisbury last night, that makes the 4th Honda from them for my family. They make doing business so EASY!!! Almost don't mind driving the extra 50 miles to get there. No hassle, no BS and no surprises, almost painless.

Price cheating

My friend and I had a very bad experience with Pohanka honda of Salisbury. We approached them to buy a brand new Honda accord one for each. Initially they had agreed upon for a price and they made us sign all the documents. Fortunately my friend noticed that the monthly payments were way higher than what we calculated. When we inquired them about it, they said they said they won't consider the bulk down payment in the calculation, which means they were tricking us to over pay the extra money. We both had to cancel all the process immediately.

Fuel injector cleaning $120 plus oil change $40 The customer service greeter Tony waited on me was really great, The waiting area is wonderful. But.. the sloppy mechanic who worked on my beautiful Acura with Tan interior, he got black grease on my drivers "floor" plastic ridge that goes across as you get in. Plus grease on the floor carpets whereever he drug and put his feet - all around the foot rest area, plus greasy hands on the gas door opener. Unbelievable! Took me time to get all the black grease out from the tan carpet next to the foot rest area and off the tan plastic areas. Now the carpet there has a dingy scrubbed look.. Sure takes away from the good feeling I had when I thought I had taken it to a place where they would NOT do that. I thought about going back and complaining but what a bummer doing that is. Plus I had to get going. Not happy about the mess in my car. I took a pic if you want to see it. I won't use them again. Rate Price = Bad. For the greasy job I got - I paid way too much! Pohanka - Train your mechanic to wipe his hands,... put down a paper floor mat.

Sales experience filled with upsale tactics. Follow up non existent even above sales managers. Trying to get someone to address issues after sale is virtually impossible. Purchased a car late April/as of Memorial Day still no answers.

I would not recommend this dealer.
