My service advisor is more like a friend than just a worker. He knows me and my cars, and has made excellent recommendations to fit the car's maintenance needs without exceeding my budget. Asad actually makes car service a pleasant and personal experience.

Incompetent Service Dept

On 16 March I went to Pohanka Lexus to get a GPS update for my RX350. I had previously called the Parts Dept with the intention of buying an upgrade disk. They informed me that I could not buy it and I would have to come in and pay approx $150.00 for a technician to install it. Upon arrival I asked how long it would take to install it and the estimate went from 1 hr to 3 hr. In reality a grade school student could put the disk in and update it in 10 minutes. The cost estimate for the update was $365.00. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hrs. The Service rep then came to me and announced that the Parts Dept did not have the update disk for my vehicle. He could not explain why it took 2 hours for them to realize they didn't have an update disk. I departed the dealership never to return again for any reason.

I would not recommend this dealer.

"Disappointing Approach"

I decided to take my car to this service dept. and spoke with a representative who gave me the necessary information for this dealership. Once I arrived, I stood and waited for several minutes with no-one inquiring if I needed assistance. Mind you that there are three service desks there with two-three "Service providers" there. I then called the person whom I spoke with on the phone and she then called this dept. I waited for someone to answer the phone and listened to one service provider ask, "Where is he?" I knew that it was for me and I interjected into the conversation. Needless to say, everything went fine after that. The repair service was immaculate; however, upon returning to this service dept. to return the loaner, I went through the same situation again, the long wait and no service. So, I just walked to my completely serviced car. Then, I went back into the service dept. to speak to the General Manager to voice my complaint. Mr. Allen Grim came and we spoke and I expressed about Customer Service and the importance thereof. My situation was then concluded. Michael S.

Lexus To Rmember!

We went to Pohanka dealership in Chantilly to talk about financing a car only and ended up going home with a new car. Salesman, Hamed was a very easy going. and patient. Going through financing was a breeze. This has been one of the best experience I had buying a new car.

I love taking my car to the dealer for service. Yes, one may pay a premium, but this dealer has perfected the art of customer service. Nicole Perry was my service manager and she was courteous, knowledegable, and very responsive! A great experience every time since 2008.

Quick and easy

I was very pleased with Angel Ly and Pohanka was a whole. Business keeps me very busy and Angel helped me get in and out, with the car I wanted (at a great price), in excellent time. She also was very helpful and responsive after the purchase. Ask for Angel and you'll be pleased you did.

Horrible Dealership

My mother had a problem with her brakes and went in to have them fixed. This car was only 9 months old, but the dealer ( James Kim ) suggested to buy a brand-new car because they had a deal going on. He was very forceful and misinformed my mother, telling her she would only lose $6000. In actuality, her debt had increased by a whole $14000. They claimed to have informed my mother of this, but there is no way she would have accepted it with all the facts. This dealer also forcefully asked her to accept the keys even though she wanted to come pick it up later. My mother’s English is not very good, and she was manipulated by the dealership into buying a new car, spending more money than she was informed, and accepting the keys. I have asked my mother to be more careful from now on. Bottom line, I may or may not be buying Lexus in the future, but if I do, I would never purchase from this place and would not recommend any of my associates and friends to go here. Still waiting for the medallion survey to come so I can rate this horrible dealership.

Great Experience!

I came in to get my IS350 a routine oil change, but it turned out the care needed a 75,00 mile servicing. Asad was very professional and clearly explained why is was important to service the car and the exact item that would be part of the servicing, but did not push me to do it. I would highly recommend him and Pohanka Lexus for anyone looking to buy or get their car serviced.

I was there on Monday 02/26/2018 in the evening for Routine Oil Change / Safety inspection / Emissions Test for my is350. They took my car for desired service very quick even i went late evening.While i was waiting in there Re-modeled Guest waiting room with variety of refreshments, the service pro Anuj Gyawali came to me regarding my car service status and concerned.i was out in no time.Highly Recommended .

Routine maintenance 75k

Lagii Moore was very professional. She knew what maintenance was scheduled at the 75K point on my lexus Rx 350 and reported the findings after the maintenance was completed. I was very satisfied with service facility and staff from start to finish .

Superb Customer Service at Pohanka Lexus

The service at Pohanka Lexus was great. I would rate it AAA+++. Lagii Batdorj Moore was the service consultant who assisted us. She got us in right away on a Sunday for the 20,000 mile service on our ES350 and the state inspection. Lagii explained what would be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. She was exactly right on all counts and our car was ready promptly. Following the service, Lagii explained the status of the brakes and tires on the car. We also really enjoyed the new lounge and waiting area. Lagii stayed beyond her scheduled work hours to make sure our car was ready. First-rate service!
