I'm just tired of this place

You know, I still wonder why I continue to take my vehicle here for service. BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST Service Providers in the business! Recently after dropping my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, nitrogen in the tires and to check a tire; I received a call from the service provider of the status of my car. She advised the tire had a nail in the side and needed to be replaced. I asked the price for the tire and all other requested service so that I can be sure I had enough money to pay for service. She said it would be $252.00. I told her to go ahead and do the work which she did. Later in he day my wife calls and tells me she is there to pick up the care and the price was $330. I am told her to hold on, I'll be right there. I was angry, very upset, and tired of the ish that I have gotten from Pomoco. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 8 years and they continue to give me piss-poor-service! After all the complaints and reviews, they continue to have one of the worst service providers in the business. They always claim to do better and they never do. Most of the time I go there and they are very unprofessional., horse-playing, not keeping customers advised and miss-quoting service. I am so done with this place. As I pulled up to the shop, I already was trying to figure out how I would post bail after I was arrested for disturbing the peace, because I was about to give them a piece of my mind and I did not want to spend the long holiday weekend in jail. I was so angry I approached the service window and the provider was there. She got out a calculator and tried to explain the charges, adding them up and explaining them to me. My argument was she told me that the charges would be 252.50 and that is what I was expecting to pay. But she was trying to defend the final price and was doing a terrible job at it. I became very loud and irate. The store manager must have been expecting me because he was at the call counter talking with one of the agents. It bothered me that he didn't intervene in the situation, I'm sure he knew about it. But I was surprised he was there working on a Saturday - not often you see store managers doing that. After about 7 minutes of me going on a tirade, he finally intervened. I told him my displease in the service and how this repeatedly happens. I told him after many reviews and complaints that nothing never changes here. He told me that he is new, and was trying to change the image of the place. I think he was aware of service concerns. He went back and talked to the service provider and returned giving me the price I was told on the phone. He told me that it was basically her word against mins. He said in the future he would begin sending quoted in a text message so there will be no confusion. He gave me the price quoted and ask if I would give him a favorable review for what he had done. Kind of arrogant to me but it is what it is. I left that establishment trying to figure a better place to get my car serviced. I cant be treated like this any longer. I brought a car from them, I get my car serviced from them and I'm treated like a dirt. All the bells and whistles of commitment and great service went right down the drain after I brought a vehicle. I am done with this place

They will promise to fix everything before you buy it and once you do the paperwork they will do their best to not fix any of it stay away from this place or you will get screwed. And the poor salesman mr. Hood got trapped in the middle they put a brand new inspection on my truck with a headlight with a reflector bouncing around inside of it my oil cap had a rag stuck in it I didn't have any emergency brakes come to find out this month when inspection was due they were rusted out gone and couldn't fix my trailer brake that took me all of 5 minutes to replace and plug in with a new one and the best part was I hadn't even received the vehicle yet and the used car manager wanted to use my warranty I purchased to fix the vehicle that I hadn't even taken ownership of.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Fast Service!

My husband and I had agreed to buy a Jeep beforehand. We were greeted promptly upon arrival at the dealership by Lewis Ashlock. He helped to assess what we wanted in a Jeep and we were able to test drive multiple vehicles before deciding. We did not purchase the first day but he called a few days later to see if he could help further. When we decided to purchase from Pomoco CDJR, Kelsey helped us modify the vehicle to our specifications and get a protection plan. Patricia then helped us to settle the financial obligations to something affordable for us. Thanks to whole team!

I have been dealing with this dealership for three years. They worked on my 2010 Grand Caravan and the 2016 Towne and County l bought there. The employees are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that my issues were solved. l have recommended this dealership to others and one bought a 2017 Pacifica.

Used car purchase

I had a fantastic experience with the Pomoco team in general, but especially with KP Saunders. I found a used Jeep that I really liked, but was not ready to purchase. There was no pressure to buy and I was welcomed back any time. I came back at a later time to purchase the car and it was a short, smooth process. I will definitely come back for cars in the future. Great customer service without inflated prices. I bought a used car at Checkered Flag Honda last year and it was a horrible experience. Pomoco is definitely my go to dealership.

The best guy ever

Words can't say enough about him, he made it so easy, and at home, and put alot of himself into his work. I loved how up front, stand up guy he is, too add help me add on better warranty on to my new vehicle. I will be coming back, and asking for Champ.

Had to bring my car in as an emergency service. They worked me in and supplied a loaner while parts ordered and repair being done. Price estimate was right on. they have had to work through service issues recently due to loss of personnel but that seems to be solved now

TERRIBLE-WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT/PEOPLE

What a great place to buy a car; HOWEVER, HOPE YOU NEVER NEED IT SERVICED. I bought my Jeep in 2014, brand new. Today (2017) my check engine light kept lighting up...so I took it in. My Jeep has only 23K miles on it. Of course the part it needed was not covered by warranty. Part costs $25, Labor cost $275. When they brought my Jeep to me, it was filthy dirty, hood all scratched to bits (you could tell the service person had a pen in his pocket and leaned into my car 100 times, scratching the hood each time).....I also asked them to check the tire light (it kept lighting up)....oh, they are sorry, they forget. I am a single 56 year old female and they saw me coming. This is after I paid 23K CASH for my car, walked in and laid 23K down and walked out.....they seem to forget that. TAKE THE BUS, DO NOT BUY POMOCO! My service person (Ashley) was rude and loud the whole time she dealt with me. I see why she was hired, but that is not something that impresses me....most men will fall for that, but not a lady. This morning when I went to leave for work, first time driving car since picked up, it will not start.....yep, they saw this old lady coming and cha ching! By the way, my car is 4 years old with 22K miles on it. NEVER BUY POMOCO!

State Inspection

I went to get my care inspected on 7/31/2017 was advised by Ms. Meeks that it was to late in the evening and I need to return on the next morning which was today 8/1/17. I arrived around 8:15am, Ms. Meeks at that time advised me that there were 5 card ahead of me, at 11:00 I talked with Ms. Meeks about getting a ride to my 12:00 apt, She was more than helpful getting a driver for me, I called her at 1:20 to get a driver to pick me up, at that time I asked was my car ready she said, No we haven't had a chance to look at your car. Grant you I was there at 8:15 only five hours had passed. The return driver took me back to the Pomoco center where I had to wait roughly three additional hours for my car. I had a brief discussion with Ms. Meeks letting her know that it should not take 7 hours to get a car inspection, she reminded me that I had five cars in front, I said I understood, however; those customer were all gone because three people had been service before I left for my apt. I am never returning to your center again, I have a lifetime of free car inspection, but I will from now on go somewhere else. An dissatisfied customer.

called to let Wes and Bill know I was going to buy a car the first of the year. I let them know what I wanted and when I was ready Wes had my car waiting for me. I have been a customer of POMOCO for 30 years and have always had great service. Wes or Bill have always been available to me for questions, service, etc. POMOCO should be glad that they have these two gentlemen working for them.

This is a great team of people in Hampton, Va. Lanny, Damion & Champ are so professional & nice. They helped us find the exact 2016 Jeep Patriot that we wanted. Bill Hayes is always so friendly and cares about his customers. This is the 2nd Jeep we've bought from this location & we would recommend this dealership. The reason we came back here again is because of our great experience several years ago when we bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty. This dealership offers outstanding service! .

I recently purchased a used van from Pomoco of Hampton. I was very nervous because I had not purchased a vehicle for quite some time. Champ took his time with me and showed me many options in my price range. When I did decide on a van, he made sure I was very happy with the van and the price. Mary Beth answered all of my financing questions and calmed my fears. They treated me like family. I have recommended Pomoco of Hampton to other family members and co-workers.

Service Department has BAD customer service

I put my car in for service on June 29 to have them replace a tide rod rack and I didn't get my car back until Aug 19. They don't update you on what's going on and they don't know how to handle customers when they in a tough situation when the customer don't have transportation to get around while waiting on there car to get fix. They lied me to different times about my car being done. And I couldn't cancel my service with them because they said that my car was ripped apart and they said that I will have to pay for them to put it back together so I can take my car some where else. I will not recommend anyone to go to this car dealership. The GOLD TEAM SUCKED and the manager Tom isn't good service advisor. A man that said he's been there over 30 years needs to be fired giving customers false information over the phone and in store.THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I WOULD NEVER WOULD GO BACK TO THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I worked with four other dealers throughout my search for a new Jeep. Out of all of them, Pam at Pomoco was the most professional, responsive, transparent, and simply pleasing to work with. I have also purchase several new cars over the years. Pomoco is very organized and appears to have it together from beginning to end. They make the experience very pleasant for their customers. We were in and out of the dealership within one hour and there were no surprises or high pressure sales tactics When I'm in need of another new car, I would definitely discuss it with Pomoco even though I live in Raleigh.

Buying a car is never fun, but thankfully John and Kyle made this experience a blast for me and my family. Kyle went above and beyond my expectations and found me the perfect truck. I am a very picky person and I can admit that I am hard to please at times, thankfully Kyle was very patient and understanding and I couldn't be happier. John is the sales manager and he was on top of his game. He took care of business and a quick and timely manner. I love these two men so much that I ended up buying a car for my wife from them as well. These two men will always have a special place in my heart and I am forever grateful for them.
