Disappointing Customer Service

I went in to see an Enclave. My mother has one and after riding in hers the previous weekend, I was hoping to see how it compared with my top Ford choices. I was told by the salesman that an Enclave was too much vehicle for me. He didn't explain whether he meant too large or too expensive. He went on to show a smaller 2019 SUV. I test drove it and told him I needed payments no more than $400. First price was $479. The second price was $425 and they wouldn't give me more than $4000 for 2007 Mustang that had 50,500 miles and in good condition. I got up to leave and their billboard showed 2018 Encores for $6500 off. I asked to see them and was told there weren't any. Bait and switch? I went to Skyline Ford on S. Commercial. I got the car I was really interested in, an Edge, below my payment limit and an excellent trade in on my Mustang!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Power Windows

Where is experiencing problem with passenger side windows from the master switch on my VW Tiquan. VW service inspected problem and determined the main module had to be replaced. The service techs were very helpful and courteous and my car windows are working great.

60,000 mile service on my 2011 VW Jetta

Service was completed promptly and efficiently and in line with estimate. Service personnel and technician were friendly and courteous and explained work, and minor follow up work was handled quickly and efficiently.

Lazy service techs?????

I own a 2017 Buick encore .I bought from another GM dealer, but have been getting all its mantience service done at power gmc.I thought I was in good hands until an incident took place the other day. My dash tire monitor said front passenger tire was low I went to place air in the tire and well the tire went above max manufacture air pressure I then wondered where I had a low tire after checking all tires I found the low tire was on rear passenger. With this said power tech did not properly rotate the tires on vehicle and when rotation was preformed it was done incorrectly .rotations are done in a x pattern for non directional tires .now one tire has had to much air and all tires have not been maintained properly cause the rotations have been done incorrectly. So if the tech was this lazy I wonder what else the did not do!

New Yukon Denali

Vehicle was not ready when we arrived to pick it up despite plenty of notice. Pricing details were not well explained. After> 2 hours doing contract and waiting for vehicle to be prepped Kyle spent less than 10 minutes orienting us to our new vehicle then left.

Amazing and quick !!

First of all I showed up with what I thought was an appointment because I did it online but found out I didn’t actually have an appointment.. but it wasn’t a problem they got me in service my Denali and then I was on my way no fuss no hassle in about 45 min. I was very pleased and will be back!

Friendly and easy going

Easy going and no pressure sale. Did seek in a $399 fee for allstate theft protection which I'm trying to get a refund on due to I was sure my insurance had theft protection on my policy.

Krystol fantastic nothing shy of great

The rating is due to a big problem I've carried through financial terrible circumstance ! I purchaded a Saturn Station wagon that should of never been sold never should of been on the lot ! This auto nearly killed me twice going to portland on freeway .long story short it was taken into their mechanices finding the the exhaudt sysyem and calibrator had not been changes cost would be at least $3000¿ to fix on a older wagon . Of course this not able for I'm retired so the mechanic lady handler got in touch telling sales mgr ,tjis is just bought and shuts thr whole car off when it reacts . So another vehicle was found unforetuanately the debt of the saturn has followed me for yrs now atop of another loan making the worth of vehicke with a huge over price not worth it ! The only help is they arranged another loan atop and its such a burden . They would never come clean about making good that they sold me a vehicle they shouldn't had their fault !!!!!!! It almost not once but twice killed me . I'll never forgive them . What a shame . Steve O'Curran /Dwayne was first salesman Krystol second..the sales mgr same throughout deals.

Made A Terrible Mistake

Service department scheduling

I made an "appointment" online for 7am the day prior only to find out that the technicians don't start Til 8am when I arrived early for my scheduled appointment (630am); also I was like informed that several people had also made "7am appointments" and that "rarely" happens. Now it's 8am and my vehicle is still waiting to be seen. More to follow

Bait and switch with intrest rate.

Came in today under the assumption that I was approved for 0% financing as was told by Celso Perez to find out that I wasn't. They tried to stretch my loan length way out to 75 months with 8 percent interest rate to keep my payment down to make me feel like I was still getting a deal. No thanks to this dealer. I will never purchase a vehicle or recommend this dealer to anyone. When you make it clear from the very beginning that you want 0% and if its not approved your not interested and they still try to lure you in for a sale on there terms I'm not interested.

All papers were ready for signature upon my arrival. In solving a problem concerning Bluetooth connection, he went to some length in obtaining the services of 2 technical people to advise. This was an unexpected make-or-break issue for me. I appreciate that he didn't give up on the issue when it initially appeared. All in all, I am very happy with the buying experience at Power.

I bought a used 2004 F-350 4x4 at a very fair price

They found a couple issues and fixed them right away on their dime and even gave me a loaner to use.
