Service was horrible not TOYOTA CULTURE

I have driven Toyota’s for a long time. This is Rmg 3rd brand Toyota all my cars have always gotten service at the dealer. Never had any issue until I move here to Tucson. Finding out if there is any issue the ones whom are making the old changes in ur car are only service tech oil tech as they call them. The car is never handle in with an experienced tech gives me. No confidence they are really checking the cars out. I mention a noice the car was making if they would please look at it. To my surprise they told me I don’t have an appointment to check the noice so they can’t have a master tech to check it out, but I can come back what an inconvenient to the customer and also to their production the car is already getting service . Ohh and. It to mention I have to authorize an $99.00 diagnostic service. That just blew me away. Previously in California Toyota dealer and San Antonio Texas I would had mention that n they guys would offer to go on test drive with me before they service and after during my pick up explaining what was done. Now I also ask to make sure my tires air tip were all in place after calling Eddie asking that to my surprise when I pick up the car they were not all on. precisous Toyota would not have my business again. Now the Manager Peter was unaware of work flow I told to him and he told me yes we would check the noice he them ask I call Eddie my service rept. N he told me no they was no way they can check the noice me they had over 200 cords today. They just careless about the safety or concerns of the customer. I just move here 7 months ago and can honestly say this is not the service I have experience with the Toyota .

I would not recommend this dealer.

The Real Deal

My initial purchase was awesome with sales representative Jose, he got me financed and out the door in my dream dodge durango with red leather interior, hemi engine and beats sound system. Ten days later, the worst thing possible happened when my engine light came on. I had purchased the warranty of course but it was only ten days after my purchase so it was a hassle to get it processed, so I ended up paying for the repair. 200 dollars for a gas cap issue, I contacted Jose and he put me in touch with Sunny and she was so accomadating. She cut me a check that day to pay for my repairs! Most dealerships couldn't care less once you drive off their lot but Precision makes sure you are satisfied and goes beyond the initial purchase to guarantee a quality car.

Buying a new car

Luis was the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. No pressure tactics and listened to what we were saying. Would go back and ask for Luis any day. Will also recommend Luis to any one we know who is interested in a new vehicle.

Service okay but a bit high in price. Don’t buy a car here

Service is okay although I hear comparatively their price is high. They are closest so I can pay a bit more. Don’t buy a car here though. I tried a couple of months ago but ran into several problems. They under priced my trade-in. I visited with another Toyota dealer a bit farther away who offered a lot more for the trade in. Unfortunately, they did not have what I wanted so I went back to Precision. Only after being advised of the competitive offer on the trade-in did they get competitive. As we got close to a deal the vehicle price majically went up $3300. I got the owner involved and he did nothing about the price for the new truck but he upped the offer for my trade-in a small amount. Curiously, I found the same truck in Phoenix for $700 less than what Precision told me was their best bottom line price. Funny, the Phoenix price was their advertised prenegotiation price.... Sunny Davis is a terrible customer relations person. Do your homework, look around and you will find Precision is not the place to buy a vehicle.

Competent and caring car service

My wife and I are trying to keep our 2000 Toyota Camry on the road because we love our car. We have had it serviced and repaired at Precision Toyota since moving to Tucson in June of 2018 and could not be happier with the result. Our service advisor for three visits and three different problems, Anthony Burgess, each time walked us through every detail from diagnosis to estimate and repair. I appreciated his competence and his friendly manner and the extra effort he made to be sure I did not miss my complementary shuttle home during the last visit. Good price for my trade in (considering it was a 2005), dealer incentives, and a pretty decent interest rate. Prius service 35000 mile

Dealership personnel efficient and responsive: greeted quickly, service clerk showed where to wait, given snack voucher, texted to give link for questions or issues, comfortable wait and quiet room, good choice of foods, needed extra work and clerk detailed time and cost of repairs, finished an hour earlier. Only thing- did not specify if repairs were essential or could wait. Sometimes feel some dealers suggest unnecessary or inessential work to customers ( based on prior experience at other Toyota dealerships).
