Very Dishonest Terrible customer relations

Once this dealership has swindled you out of as much as they can manage they could care less if they never see you again. My daughter who bought her Jeep here never even got the full tank of gas they promised. To make matters worse the finance man (Arthur) showed her an extended warranty with attractive terms which she purchased for an additional $2500 only to find later that they had charged her for the good warranty and given her a very inferior one in its place. In other words, a bait and switch scheme. When she found out she canceled the warranty and demanded a refund. Countless calls and emails elicited only excuses and obfuscation from Shawn Wilson, including numerous empty promises to "get back by the end of the day" etc. Since by this time, she had moved out of the area, I finally went there and told them I was not leaving until the matter was settled. Again they tried to confuse things by claiming the warranty wasn't canceled. (It was and we had proof.). Then they tried to charge for the time the warranty was in force. After that they tried to refund a lesser amount which I suspect was what they really paid for the el cheapo warranty that they had slipped in in place of the one purchased. Finally, I was able to get some help from a very nice young lady, Jenny, in the finance department who was truly kind, conscientious and helpful. Fortunately we had our paperwork to prove our claim was valid and after four hours and the numerous calls and emails before that I believe the matter is finally going to be settled. I discovered in the process however that they had also padded the sale price with some other useless "fluff" which I was also able to cancel. I left there realizing that had it not been for Jenny's help, the dealership would have just continued to do nothing hoping we would finally give up. I will never go back to this dealership and recommend that others avoid them as well.

From the time i contacted the dealership to the time i drove away in my new dodge journey was a great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and very curtious. My salesman Jimmy got me a new car at a used car price and the finance manager Keith made sure i got the best finance offer and APR. Thank u guys so much!!

Do not use this place! I Repeat Do Not Use This Place !!! Brought my Jeep back 5 X's for the same problem. Still haven't fixed it. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Do not buy from Premier Dodge. We bought a brand new stick shift challenger from the showroom floor. And the stick shift broke back in OCTOBER, Yes October and still has not been replace. WTH!! They said they would replace it but since it's a "limited edition" vehicle it needs to be custom built. Fine but it's now 4 months later.. and Nothing! The parts department said they can't get any kind of tracking on it. Ok what kind of business especially a dealership and can not get a tracking report on a part you order... Please do not waste your time and money at this dealership you will regret it..

No Mess, No Fuss, Just Pure Impact

No Mess, No Fuss, Just Pure Impact! I'm the type of person that dreads going to a dealership. I visited a few within the last year looking for the right Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I had been wanting for over 30 years. I didn't feel like driving out to New Orleans East but I am glad I did. Cassey greeted me upon arrival and didn't bug me like the normal salesperson typically does. Cassey was professional and let me be, offering assistance only when I wanted it. Cassey came from another dealership and Premier is lucky to have him. Cassey worked with me for quite some time. Eventually I met and talked with John, the manager, who also provided a professional experience. I had a trade in and felt I was given the max amount that a dealership could offer. Yeah, of course you could make more if you sold your car yourself, but why do that when they can give you a good offer and you are done. Walked away with my Willys Jeep Wrangler at a great price. Do yourself a favor and go see these two.

Sold Wrong Warranty

Requested a Chrysler Extended warranty and was sold something else by the finance manager. Didn't realize it until Chrysler/Mopar sent me a letter indicating I had not bought their extended warranty. After calling them (Chrysler) and going over some things I realized I was sold a policy that was not the Chrysler policy. The policy I was sold was an exclusive repair policy for Premier and I would only be able to get my car service at Premier unless I was more than 20 miles away. OMG! AND they refused to give me a full refund on the policy. Not only that I called ahead of time and the Finance Manager said ok to come in ...get there and I'm told accounting left for the day at 4... I called ahead so everything could be taken care of and of course no mention of this! He wanted me to sign a paper that actually said I wouldn't get my money (prorated) back until the car was paid off. Seriously! I was sold the wrong policy on day one. Should get a full refund. Looks like my only choice is going to be small claims. No help from the manager/co-owner who said he would help then said he didn't do refunds on the warranties and kept going back and forth with this saying he could help and then saying he wasn't responsible for the warranty refunds. Geez these guys are not good to deal with, not to mention there are things on my 2017 Pacifica that are actually not functioning and it's brand spanking new!

Service Department

I was advised that an appointment wasn't needed for service on my truck. I scheduled an appointment online anyway just in case. When I arrived to the dealership they stated that they could not take the vehicle and I needed an appointment. So I showed the guy my appointment that I made online and he stated that the online scheduling system isn't accurate. They are rude and very unprofessional. I spoke with the service manager, Luis, who appeared to have some sense but he didn't resolve the issue. He stated that I would need to leave the vehicle and they would get to it when they had time. I will never visit Premier again for service.

Awful

I purchased a new charger 1/15, girlfriend purchased new challenger 2/15. We have had nothing but bad experiences. When I purchased my car I was told I was paying for additional warranty that would allow me to get free oils changes. They lied and said I was not covered. Her car is covered but when she took it in her tire came back with a slit. I took my car in for recall, they damaged my car and kept it for 4 days. I requested no repairs done until I could access damage. I get there car is at collision center being worked. John Oliver is the worst manager. He has insulted me on several occasions. I hate to say it but it appears he treats white customers substantially better than blacks. He has insulted me to the point I had to leave to avoid going to.jail. he is an awful person and the service department is not far behind.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Horrible Experience

Terrible experience. I would never recommend this dealership. John Oliver the GM made this experience miserable. I was so looking forward to buying another Jeep, From the time I bought my car the dealership had it in their possession more then I did. It took almost 3 weeks to get it because there were a few repairs needed such as a new windshield. Once I received the car, I only had it about 2 weeks when it died. The fuel pump went out. I returned it and was treated horribly. It was a 6 hour job and took them 9 days to complete. The head of the service dept. Luis lied over and over about it being worked on when it had not. I finally pick up my car and the next morning it would not start again. They "looked more into the problem" and discovered a bad relay had shortened out the original fuel pump and kept my car for another 4 days. At this point I complained to John Oliver who fought with both myself and my husband. He said we were terrible customers, he refused to offer any help, told me "I cost him money" because the salesman Percy took pity on me and got me a rental car as this is our only car. He was condescending and belittling. It seemed he was not impressed with my $30,000 purchase. I asked that he wave the $100 fee for the warranty fee as a gesture acknowledging all the issues we had and that they failed to fix my car properly and he refused. He said that since I already had made the statement that I will never return to the dealership there was no point in trying to fix things. He also belittled and embarassed his own worker Percy. Percy offered to bring me to the rental company down the street to get the rental car and Oliver came up to the car and told Percy to get in his office now and that I could wait for a ride. I was mortified by how rude and unprofessional this person is. There is much more details I could go into to explain how horrible this experience was but the main point of this is that John Oliver should not be the face of this company as not only does he treat customers like garbage but also his employees.

I would not recommend this dealer.

GREAT experience, GO see NEIL!!

After months of going to different jeep dealerships and not being 100% pleased with the customer service I was receiving I decided to give Premier Dodge in New Orleans east a call. I was immediately helped and connected with a salesman. I showed up a few days later and was greeted at the door. The professionalism that was shown right away had me amazed. Neil Dobard was never pushy with me, he was patient with listening to what I was looking for and what I could afford. In the end we were able to come to an agreement and I walked away with the exact car I was looking for at a great price!! Neil could not have been more helpful or better at his job. I 100% recommend you going out to premier jeep in new orleans east to purchase a vehicle. I came in contact with many dealerships with many salesmen along the road of looking for my new jeep and I could not have been luckier to have found Neil and the guys at Premier Dodge!!

I wouldn't direct anyone to deal with these people ever! To experience what I have gone through, I would never wish that upon anyone! The service over there is very poor and the manager is a pretty boy who thinks his stuff don't stink and will never now down to help anyone! I purchased a 30000 2014 brand new vehicle from them and I find myself a month later on foot because it broke on me and because they would not loan me a rental or loaner car! They day it broke down on me for no reason I tried calling them for the roadside number and they would not even help with that! My boyfriend and I was hung up on 3 times! A brand new vehicle is under warranty and they state it when you buy the vehicle roadside and rentals are covered. They are full of lies! Actually they tried to screw me when I purchased it also with the I retest rate.one dealer said one and when I went to sign they had another! These people don't care anything about you! So be very careful when dealing with them! I'm sure you can find much better business elsewhere!
