User friendly and prompt service

Initially I wasn't happy about coming in for a second recall but scheduling, attention received immediately upon arrival, explanation of work to be done and friendly expediting made it a good experience.

Courteous and efficient servicing of my RDX

The Garret greeted me by name and it was all uphill from there. He gave me an estimated time and the car was completed within the estimate. For my departure, he moved the car to an easy access spot and helped me by putting my walker in the hatch. From beginning to end, the service was OUTSTADING!!!

Great customer service

Our salesman Bert was very kind and was able to answer all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable. He even called me at home to see if I was happy and had any questions. I came back a few days later to have a rear turn signal cover replaced and he made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any questions. He went out of his way to find a cargo net on line for me. I will definitely ask for Bert next time I buy a car. Garrett in service was very nice also. He said it would take about an hour and it took about an hour.

Good customer service

The service person, Andrew, was great and kept me informed of all that needed to be done, the cost, and how long it would take. He showed me where the waiting area was, etc. Only complaint.....the costs seemed high, but that's usually the case at dealerships. I'm spoiled. I bought my CRV at a dealer in Tucson that provides oil changes for life. :-)

Great Dealership

I have purchased 2 cars here over the last few years. I won't hesitate to buy a third when the time comes. The salesmen (Michael and Justin) did a great job. Since purchasing the cars I have used the service department for routine maintenance and they do a great job too. Always friendly, always offer a complimentary car wash, etc. They are busy but maintain great service.

Went in for recall of air bag

I went in for the recall on airbags after speaking with Anthony on the phone. My wife took the car in for replacement of airbag. This is her review————. I asked for Anthony and waited a couple minutes for him to Finish a phone call and then was pleasantly surprised at his professionalism and friendly manner As we went out to my car and he explained what they would do and how long the wait would be. The wait was not as long as expected. As far as the customer service Anthony made it a very pleasant experience! Would definitely ask for him again.

I had the passenger side airbag replaced. Fast service they are right there. They said it'd be done at 11:45. He was there at 11:40 telling me it was done. I find your service department one of the best I've ever been to. Keep up the good work!! Brad

The time frame given to me to wait for the numerous services I needed performed was spot on. Even though I had to wait 2 1/2 hours the services were completed in the time specified - I did not mind waiting that long, as long as I'm informed I'm satisfied. The time the technician took to tell me everything that was done and how my vehicle is running was very important and informative,,,it was done patiently and enthusiastically and that impressed me.

I"m relatively new the area and needed service on my Acura MDX, since it's a Honda product I thought that I would give Prescott Honda a try. I was greeted my Chrys Harris in service, what a pleasant and knowledgeable service advisor. Chrys is great people person and communicates in detail the work to done. Everyone I had contact with at Prescott Honda was very courteous and friendly. Overall a great service experience with the work done right.
