Excellent service, nice people and fair pricing.

This was my first Honda purchase and my first purchase from Prescott Honda. It likely won't be my last. It was one of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences that I've had in close to 30 plus years buying cars. Sales Manager Mike Pitts was excellent. He gave me a great price on the car I wanted and a fair price on my trade. He wasn't pushy but was responsive to questions. He gave me an up-front price with and without an extended warranty and let me decide what I wanted without any additional pressure. No one played any games with the final numbers and the purchase went very smoothly start to finish. The finance person Kelly Hill was great as well - we were in and out in no time. Erin Trinka our sales person was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She let me extend my test drive a bit so I got a real feel for the car. I wasn't pushed to buy the car on the day of the test drive either - a welcome departure from most dealers. She knew the car well and before I left the lot she took the time to patiently go over features, set-up options and helped me really understand how to use the car's many capabilities. I left the lot knowing all I needed to use and enjoy my car from day one - she even helped me set up all my presets and do a trial voice navigation through my cell phone. I never felt rushed or that she had somewhere else to be. I get tired of being pressured for 5 star reviews by dealers that don't give 5 star service (which I obviously won't do). Prescott Honda earned their 5 star review.

Service at Prescott Honda

I own a Honda simply because of the excellent service department at Prescott Honda. My first Honda was a Civic that I purchased new (not purchased at Prescott Honda). However, from the first time that car was serviced at Prescott Honda, I recognized the quality of care given to the vehicle and the personalized service given to the customer...me. I have since purchased another Honda because of my experience with service at Prescott Honda, and I feel that my service representative, Chrys Harris, makes sure that customer service is number 1. To be perfectly truthful, my experience purchasing my most recent Honda at Prescott Honda was not as stellar as my experience at the service department.

Excellent crew, friendly & attentive

Everyone we’ve dealt with at Prescott Honda is excellent, altho’ our favorite salesperson EVER has moved on. We are greeted watmly when we come for service, which is handled promptly and thoroughly. We did receive a “tire pressure warning” light on our drive home, & it promptly returned when we reset it. When we cd pull over safely, only 1 tire registered slightly overly inflated, so we handled easily, with no further warning. We’ve not had this happen before, and our car is running nicely & smoothly now. Thank you.

Sales and service

I have had the opportunity to be helped by Ruth in sales and David in two different service departments, for several years. They are knowledgeable and professional. It’s like seeing old friends when I visit. I have also had the same experience with Jeff the service manager and Allen the sales manager. All I can say is that they are all good people.

Good first dealer experience

Ruth was helpful and kind, she knew everything about the vehicle we bought and was the highlight of our experience. Kelly in finance was also very pleasant and worked quickly to get the paperwork done. The car was immaculate, they did a great job detailing it to look new. I have avoided dealerships in the past, but am glad we chose to work with Prescott Honda and keep our business local.

First Visit

The service light came on the afternoon before a 3 day road trip for oil change and tire rotation. With no appointment, drove over to Prescott Honda and Anthony took me right in and also took care of a brand new recall with the fuel pump. Completed in less than an hour and a half, including a car wash. Anthony answered all my questions, made sure everything was right, and sent me on my way. So we will be back for Honda service when needed. Thanks Anthony!

New to Prescott

We recently moved to the Prescott area. Our 2014 Honda CRV suddenly started to have issues. We headed to Prescott Honda. They took us right away. Dave Hartman explained some possibilities -- and the technicians took the car right back. We had a pleasant shuttle to a local restaurant while our car was being looked over. In a very short time the car was all better! Seems a critter nibbled on our wires. Dave showed us a photo of the problem! He gave us great suggestions to prevent this from happening again! Thanks Dave and everyone at Prescott Honda. We have found our new Honda home!!

Best Service Ever from Dave Hartman

Our 2016 Honda came up with an Emissions Problem code. We don't live in Prescott but happened to be over there yesterday and decided to drop by to see if this was something they could look at. We met with Dave Hartman and he said that they could squeeze us in but it would take about an hour to an hour and a half so we were very pleased. It was done in less than 2 hours. Dave said that there was a software update and that took care of it, at no charge to us because it was under warranty. They washed our vehicle also. Dave was so accommodating and super friendly. This dealership is wonderful.
