Terrible

Returned my leased 2014 Kia soul and leased a 2017 Sorrento. Made the deal everything seemed good. Until 3 months later I get 3 late payments on my credit report from them. The never made my last car payment as agreed and changed me for a key that I returned. It's been a month, they will not return any of my phones calls or fix the issue so I can fix my credit report. This has cost me huge as I was in the middle of purchasing a home. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL!!! WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! if you need a Kia go to Burlington

They offend me .they are no profeccionals

I went to buy a car. And the manager and the salesman .they said to me my old car has no equally there were real rute to me. They offend me. They said the only way you get the new car is if you put $4000 down. Please guys W $4000 i buy a nice car.

Bad customer service... manger will try to over charge you!

Last weekend I went to return my lease and do a sign a drive for a newer Sorrento. The first salesman was rude and disregarded me. I complained and asked for another sales associate. He was a lot nicer and attentative. After test driving the vehicle I already had a number in mind to lease and that was to pay the same or close to the same monthly payment I had with my first lease. The sales associate was inexperience and rightfully so because it wss his first month there. There were a few things he didn't understand like if they accepted security deposits. So did the finance guy as he also looked inexperience too. After an hour of negotiating the manager came with a monthly payment that was still high even after the "rebates". Granted I traded my vehicle last time for the first lease and they took out for $4000 (no way that car was even with $2000) which was a great trade in offer but I was not going to put down $4000 cash as a down payment for a lease, he was out of his mind! I understand the vehicle is newer model and slightly more expensive but I'm leasing not financing over 30k. I told him no deal and I will go to another Kia. He then said, in a very condescending way, that I will never get a better deal at another place. Well I guess we will see. Next day I went to a Kia dealership in Medford and the service was a lot better basically night and day versus the Kia in Lynn. The best part I signed a deal that was at my monthly payment that I wanted, close to a hundred dollars cheaper than Kia Lynn! Point of all this...buyer beware! Shop around

Poor customer service.

Bad customer service. Sarcastic front desk rep. Mr John v Cammarata a xxxxxx. More concerned about having a good client purchase or lease a car than explaining what are the hidden fee reasons the dealer over charged the client. A second client arrived as we were trying to turn in the car (John finally asked us to have a seat.) Second client also was upset and was not able to ask questions rather walked away from sales rep. Go in for yourself and experience the PRIDEful experience.

Pride Kia lynnway salesman Rob Martin helped me out in a big way. I got a call out of the blue from Rob Explained my situation that had 2 car payments after the loss of my husband and our daughter having leukimia, I was struggling financially. He convinced me to come down and see if he could help. , Pride Kia paid off both my loans (about $14,000 ) . This took a huge weight off me. Came in for a service and while waiting asked Jim a few questions about the floor model Soul. He was very helpful and never tried to push me into committing to anything. He showed me a great option that he had available and we had a casual no pressure test drive. We discussed possible options when I said I was interested and I decided on a purchase option that worked best for me. He helped me to wrap up the sale and have the keys in my hand the very same day.
