What amazingly helpful and wonderful people to work with!

I was having trouble with my Subaru. Primasing Motors has been helping me with the issue, even though they are not a Subaru dealer. The dealer where I bought the car, Subaru Corvallis, was very unhelpful and has not treated me well. I can't say enough positive things about Primasing, from Sales to Service. Go to Primasing in Lebanon. You won't be disappointed.

I would recommend this dealer.

Zero respect for customers in the Sales Department

Although I have had many good experiences with the Service Department the Sales person I dealt with was inconsiderate, untrained in sales/customer service and was a total flake. In a small town like Lebanon, Oregon, word will get out. Don't buy here.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Thia is a complete story about my dealings with two dealerships. Great job to Primasing Motors! Took my 2016 Camaro in to Power Chevrolet three times for a problem with the radio and the defroster. First time I took it in to power, the service manager informed me the car was working as designed and there were no problems. The second time I took it into Power they acknowledged a problem, reprogrammed the radio and AC motors, and told me it was fixed. Took it back to Power yet again, and they kept my car for 10 days. In ten days of looking, and supposedly calling a GM field rep out to look at my car, the give it back to me again telling me there is no problem. By the way, during the ten days they had my 5 month old Camaro they gave me a 2013 Chrysler 200 that ran like crap. A freaking Chrysler, talk about ticking me off....... I take the car in to Primasing Motors in Lebanon. Need my first service, so I figured while the car was there, I'd ask them to look at the issues I have been having. They tell me when I come in to get my car that the radio software was out of date so they reprogrammed it. And they found a bad defrost blend motor which was causing the defrost issue.and have ordered it for me. This diagnosis after only two hours! Congratulations Primasing Motors! I will be taking both of my cars there for service from now on and the next vehicles we buy will be from Primasing.

Poor experience

Do not buy a car from Primasing! They do not operate ethically. They lied to us about where they got our car before our purchase. They said it had never been in an accident which is untrue. The worst part is that they sold us a car with transmission issues and after months of arguing with them and taking the car to their service shop they tried to back out of paying for repairs that they said they would pay for. In the end even after the repair we are still having problems with the vehicle and Primasing told us they were washing their hands of us. They also told us the Ford mechanics that ultimately did a repair on our car were making problems up to make money which was a lie. We told them we needed a Good reliable car for driving our newborn daughter around in but that is not what we got. And they were very rude to my wife on more than one occasion. They are a very dishonest dealer and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Bad Service

Took my 2008 Saturn Outlook in due to a water leak. Service Department said they fixed it. Nothing was fixed. I ended up with an inch of water on my floor boards. My husband took the headliner out and found they didn’t hook up the drain tubes. They are also refusing to fix the ignition re-call on my Cadillac even though GM told me to take it to them for repair.

I would not recommend this dealer.
