Very pleased with prime Buick. Friendly and professional staff. From sales to service everyone was very helpful. I bought my car on a Sunday so had to return later in the week for registration and sticker,I was greeted and treated with the same friendliness as the day I bought the car.

Oil change and fix my back hatch.

It took a reasonable amount of time to complete and the service department contacted me for updates and permission to continue work based on the findings and then when it was completed. Mclee provides a print out of all the updates and pricing for services my vehicle needed based on mileage for my own reference/timing without added pressure to get it done. He was also very personable, which, while not necessary to get my car worked on, it was nice to be treated in a friendly manner when throwing out money on something I have no desire to spend money on!

Prime Protection- Service

I had my car damaged in a hit and run( someone hit my car while parked in a parking lot) so I brought it to the dealership hoping the damage would be covered under my Prime Protection Plan (damage looked minimal). Unfortunately it was not covered. The Service Specialist that was assisting me offered to get me a quote on what the cost would be for them to fix the damage to which I agreed. To my pleasant surprise, after about a 5 minute wait, the Service Specialist returned and told me they would buff/polish my bumper free of charge but did warn that some of the original damage may still be visible since I wasn't looking to go through a full repair. When I picked up my car I was amazed at what a fantastic job Prime did. With the exception of 2 extremely small scratches where the paint had been chipped off, all signs of the original damage were gone. This is one of many instances of fantastic service I've had at Prime and can honestly say Prime is the only dealership I will have my cars serviced or purchased from.

Great Experience—all around!

After a few subpar experiences we went to Prime on a recommendation from another Prime (Acura) dealership. From start to finish Mark was a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. It truly was almost too good to be true! I loved the car and really wanted it, but more importantly, I appreciated the way they did business and I knew I wanted to stick with them. I can’t say enough about Mark and how he went above and beyond to make sure I felt like this a great decision for me!

There were issues with my license plates which necessitated him going to Rhode Idkand to my insurance company, then several trips to the registry on a busy Friday afternoon. Poor Customer Service.

The service department is fine- never had a bad experience with them. My issue is with the sales department. I’m at the end of my lease and had planned on buying my car. The sales person set up a time for me to bring the car in for an inspection and for us to go over everything related to the sale, as well as finalize the sale completely. The service department took care of the inspection in about 2 hours. The sales man did not greet me or even recognize that I was there. I ended up sitting in the waiting area for a total of 3.5 hours during which the sales man never once came to help me or explain that he was busy. We had mutually agreed on this time several days prior. It was only when I asked the man in the service department to check on what was taking so long that I got any attention from the sales team. A different sales man than I had previously been dealing with tried to help me but he was unfamiliar with the situation and in the end told me to wait and my original sales man would help me. I left at the 3.5 hour mark after having to pay $250 for the inspection- a fee that wasn’t made clear to me until it was time to get my car back as it had originally been presented to me as ‘part of the sale’. The service department said there was nothing they could do because that was the cost of the inspection that the sales man had set up. I complained to one of the sales men and they said to wait and they’d have my original sales guy come talk to me. That didn’t happen and I had already spent half the day there so I left. Now I am out $250 and will be returning the car instead of purchasing it.

I would not recommend this dealer.

oil change and possible recall

went in for a scheduled oil change and to check on a possible recall. at end of the day when I went to pick up car, I was told they taken care of both issues. this saves me a lot of time.

AC disaster
