HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE

After having my car 7 days for a one day repair. When my car was finally done I went to pick it up. The porter went to get my car and after a 10 minute wait he walked in and was whispering into the advisors ear......they then told me the porter broke my shifter handle. (my car was there for a top repair and a transmission flush. They brought me the part they broke. and then told me I had to pay them to fix it.. after days of going back and forth with them I picked up a now broken car. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD THESE GUYS THINK THEY CAN DO ANYTHING TO A CONSUMER AND GET AWAY WITH IT

Waited 4.5 hours for routine state inspection. Just needed new windshield wipers. Waited 3.5 hours for oil change. No car wash. Go to a different priority to have service performed. Too many excuses made for poor performance. Nothing but regrets with service and sales

Upon arrival during my first visit I felt welcomed and was assured of quality service that proved ongoing throughout my entire experience. The Receptionist is respectful and knowledgeable. Mr. McPhearson is an AWESOME salesman!!!

Highly Professional and Efficient Dealership 5 Stars!

Met with James McPhearson who made the best of the situation when the initial vehicle I was interested in was no longer available. He took his time and showed me some options and I left with a great vehicle (2019 Silverado). Process was EASY and James made sure it went that way. Could not be more complimentary of the team there and I’m seriously happy with my truck!

1st car might as well be a new car

Though I was very anxious throughout the whole process I never felt pressured and I remained the center of focus. Communication was always present and I felt comfortable to express any questions or concerns. For a 19 yr old girl with no experience of dealerships James McPhearson took me under his wing and assured that I got a middle ground of what I wanted and really needed. Can’t even thank him enough and can’t wait to come back for an upgrade in 3-5 years. :)

Exceptional used car salesman Nate Behrens of Priority Chev

I wanted to take the time to say that good men are hard to find but honest used car salesmen are even more rare. This exceptional young man sold us a car over a year ago, only because my b.s. detector never went off and he was upfront with us from get go. Simple, no glamor, no hype, just facts. So, just recently, the car was having some problems. After his shop checked it out I was uneasy with the diagnosis, mostly because of past underhanded tactics pulled with other dealerships, and I called to see if I could get his opinion because of the straight up way he presented himself before. Nate Behrens not only remembered me, my family and the car, he personally went back to service and reviewed all that was done. Afterwards he called me, explained what they had done, so I went to Priority and he made sure he came back to service to talk to me. He also got the service shop manager to explain the problem more indepth and told me they could work on it but the Nissan dealer would be better equipped to handle the problem, thus saving me money AND time the car spent in the shop. He totally restored my faith in the service department by taking the time to find the answers to my questions. Not only that, Nate called around to find us a loaner car but being the Friday before spring break, he couldn't. It took me forever to find one too. Even a few days after the car left his shop and went to Banister Nissan, he texted to find out what was going on with the car and asked that I please text when I got it back OR if I had any problems with the Nissan dealership. In the time Nate spent walking me through this whole process, he could have most likely talked to at least 4-8 potential buyers on his car lot but instead, he chose to help us. They say word of mouth is the best advertisement, I will post this anywhere I can because he is deserving of such. I am not easily impressed by many, the years have made me leary of anyone in sales or service but I can tell you Nate Behrens will be our whole family go-to-guy for car purchases. You will not find a more respectable, honest, genuine salesman as him. Also, the bumper to bumper warranty he tells you about, it's worth it, get it. It saved me ALOT of money. I also appreciate the time the shop manager and some of the service team took with me also. Frank at Banister Nissan did a great job keeping me informed and went to bat for me with the insurance company concerning used vs new parts. Nate, if you read this, we'll be seeing you in a year and a half when my son turns 16.

Easy sale when you know what you want!

I went in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. The dealership and particularly my sales representative James McPhearson sat down and said this is what we can do. Well to say that I was surprised is a under statement, they came back with a price well below what I was expecting to spend. I’ll never go any where else for a vehicle. Strongly recommended! And to my firefighter brethren out there, this dealership offers a spectacular discounts for first responders.

The car buying process has been hard for me because of my credit challenges. I was skeptical about driving a hour and a half thinking I would get turned down AGAIN but I'm glad I came & I am so happy that I found this place. James is a great salesman & everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was great. They worked a miracle today. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a car. This is the best car buying experience I have had & the first time I have ever driven off a lot with a BRAND NEW CAR!!!

AWFUL

Very disappointed, and word of mouth will go a long way. They made us put $1000 down on a car that 1. we were not sure we were going to get. 2. that never did show up at the dealership. They said we needed to put the money down in order for anything to go through. I just spoke with a "manager" and he said he will get to it when he can. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are nothing but a bunch of greedy xxxx bags.

Bought new 2019 ZR1 corvette.

ordered car 4 oct, sales man and sales manager couldn't answer detailed questions. told car would arrive dec or jan. order color changed but I wasn't told. Wasn't sure of interior color nor difference in emblems car would come with. lost contact with salesman in dec. went to Mickey sales manager he never responded (3x) trying until I emailed general manager. general manager never personally responded to us. Mickey said salesman left and we now had a different one. communications were very difficult. car showed up damaged. they had 2 weeks to get new parts. car had grease all over inside leather door and carpet grease foot print. asked salesman to ask general manager for meeting. no response from Bill again. came to deliver car. car never got detailed by Larry. still had great on carpet and tape marks etc. was dirty. emailed Bill again to ask for a meeting. nothing ever happened. they got the money and communications got even worse ie none. Sales was horrible and very rude, however Jim with PDI did excellent fixing car and answering questions. Parts Michael Mayne was also excellent. in service Raymond has been great with us in the past. Still not sure why they treated u this way??? v/r James

Let me just tell you, I was 12 hours into car searching and ready to give up! I drove to the dealership and didn’t even get out of my car because I just knew it was going to be another bust. James came up to me and asked me all the important details and said I got you! He made everything happen. A van with all my needs and even got the price to be right. The whole experience was great, best I’ve ever dealt with. Their bumper to bumper lifetime warranty is so affordable! It takes the stress of a vehicle off your shoulders. A+++++!!!!!

Low pressure, very accommodating, no hassles

This was a no hassle dealership, I wasn’t put in high pressure or given sales tactics to manipulate me or persuade me. They were honest and reasonable and fair and factual. I didn’t feel pressured into anything and they worked with me.
