The most Obnoxious mánager.

I went for a inspection on my ford 2015 fiesta which has no popups of anything of the ordinary, but after waiting for over 2 hours i was told the airbag light is on so it fails ithen ask how much to get in done and i was told $149.95 so i said go ahead ihave waited too long to be leaving here with a rejected sticker after about 15 minutes she came back to tell me it was not the airbag its the front seatbelt assemble it is going to cost $ 922. and they dont have it in stock but she can ordered it but i would still have to take the rejected sticker. My reply was to bring my car because i have wasted my time, u waited another hour for a reject sticker and a bill for $149.95 so i refused to pay it because they did not done anything to my car.and the mánager behaver was like am her helper she told me all the stuff she's going to put on my file the only thing lelt for her to do to me was run me like a dog. I had a 6 year old and a 7 year old with me that she said wasnt relevant to her and she repeated it so i got it clearly. That lady if i should call her that clearly does not fitfor that job. I have been going there foor the last 3 year and dont think i would ever go back.

My daughter was in Norfolk at the base for summer training. She took her vehicle for a diagnostic test which found nothing. She also asked them to look at a tire that had a slow leak and they fixed that problem. Then they told her she needed a new air filter and to clean the fuel injectors. She told them to replace the air filter( they didn't show her the dirty filter) and not to do anything with anything else. I was angry and called the service center and spoke to Archie. He was not at all helpful. He said that they don't do anything the customer doesn't authorize. She didn't ask them to check anything else so nothing else should have been brought to her. He told me they will only show the filter or whatever needs to replaced if the customer asks to see it. I think that is absolutely not on the up and up. When I complained about the fuel injector cleaning he said," we recommend it be done once a year or every 15000 miles, and we didn't know when it was done last." They were out to defraud the customer, and in this case, a young woman who chose to serve her country. What really puts this whole ordeal in question is that my daughter bought her 2016 Ford Fusion in December of 2018 from a Ford dealership when she was home in Nebraska. The car was a certified used vehicle, where 172 checks are done on the car. The air filter was not necessary and neither was the fuel injector cleaning. I'm so disappointed in this service department of this and will make sure that all the USNA parent pages and military on pages on Facebook are aware of this dealership and questionable practices in the service department. We take care of our own.

simple oil and filter change

Customer service was as always brilliant Alexis couldn't have been more professional.I had walked in at 12:25 on a saturday and within 10 minutes they were working on the vehicle. Unfortunately for a simple oil change and filter change they took over 2 hrs which I believe was not necessary.The mechanic who did the job also was not a happy camper and shouldn't have got verbal in the customer lounge with the customer service girls as the customers could hear everything he was grumpy about.

I made an appt for 8:20 on Saturday for a factory recall and the work was not even started. when I went to pick the van up on Monday was told by RT appt does not mean were actually gonna do the work.

Great service, for what was provided. Went in for a recall, didn't have the program for it. Scheduled my appointment online a week in advance. Put details of the recall and my VIN in the comments only to come in for the appointment to be told it was not possible. No dealership had the appropriate program to complete (which is not something the service department can control), but it also wasn't caught in advance when I scheduled my appointment. Got an oil change instead. I was disappointed that the entire reason I went was not accomplished, but was able to get oil changed and tires rotated, so that was good.

Wait too long

Recall scheduled and fixed!

Our car had a recall (our second car with airbag recall) and they scheduled it and fixed it within a day! I also recently had a state inspection and oil change done on my other car for free using their Priorities for Life program, what an amazing deal!!

I received excellent service on the annual service for my Ford Fusion. From the customer service desk, Geselle Aguado, whom provided options for service to updates on my car; the mechanic that updated me on problems to correct; and the drivers that took me home and picked me up when my car was ready. I will be returning to Priority Ford for my next service.

I did first visit and liked a vehicle. I did not liked the price that they offered and left. Then they contacted me with a great offer and invited me to visit the dealership again and get my new price. When I went back two days after the offer and they felt they got me there, they increased the price with 600$ and said the offer isn't valid anymore. Very disappointing. They just wasted my time. buyers keep in mind that they will try rip you off.

Bad customer service-will pull fast one on you

My 75 year old father bought a Pre-owned Chevy from this dealership. Kind of overpriced for the year and miles on it. 2015 60k anyways, the car was clean, one owner but a few scratches here and there. The tires were thin on tread so they replaced them, for and added $1,000 to take off the old Michelin tires with cheap a** Kelly tires from Walmart. Next on a trip to a town an hour away, the car is shaking badly passed 55mph. Made a call about that and never received one back to fix the issue. Now the car won’t stop, the car has the original battery and it died. The service center at Priority Ford in Norfolk said to take it to Chevy dealer and or pay over $100.00 to get a new battery. Terrible customer service and how shameful they treat their Veterans. I would not recommend them.

After 8 eight service trips to repair def, proved impossible

Repairs were beyond the knowledge of Jeff Robel mechanic but they charged me anyhow. 3 towings Many days without truck! Owner j Chen proved a Waste of time. Service manager Amanda Rider was courteous but didn’t have qualified service people! Area ford service people incompetent! Letters to Dearborn’s unanswered! I traded it for a Dodge Ram Ford lost a very loyal customer! Ford F-350 costing 65,000 junked at 5 years old

Disappointing service from the dealership.

What was promised as a benefit of buying a new explorer, a one time complimentary detailing, they walked that back significantly. When I brought it in, they told me it was too old at 1.5 years and that the offer no longer stood- not what was discussed when buying the car. They were very friendly when I bought the car. Then they relented to do the detailing. I rented a car overnight to get it done. When I picked it up, nothing was done on the inside. I asked the detailer and he replied that he did not do anything inside, other than pick up the car mats and put them back because it was only a courtesy detail. I could have taken it to a drive through car wash and gotten a better deal. Lesson learned. I will not be inclined to buy my next car their due to priorities for life. And when I attempted to discuss, I had to call five times, and each time was on hold for about 5 minutes, eventually just to go to a voicemail.

Complete rip off. Everyone in dealership lies. Nothing they say is true. The priority service is a joke, not in a good way. Once they made a sale you become nothing. Never buy from here. Cars are way overpriced also.

The most dishonest, disorganized dealership in Hampton Roads

Before Priority took over this particular dealership it was called Freedom Ford and they were great. Priority came in and tanked the whole place. I've been buying cars there for almost 20 years up until that point. The service center is set on racking up extra fees for stuff that isn't mentioned and the ONE time I went to have my oil changed in the express center, the guy behind the counter came up to me and told me the service techs recommended I get new wiper blades as mine were getting frayed. What he failed to realize is I was watching my truck through the HUGE glass window and no one had even approached my truck yet. I swore I would never go back again then but like Charlie Brown with the football, I had to try again. This time, even though I specifically told the lady I made my appointment with that I didn't want the express oil change, she still booked me. This was yesterday. I looked at the guy, told him no personal offense but this place just isn't worth the money anymore walked out the door. I'm done getting ripped off by Priority Ford.

Service center complete rip off

We brought our Explorer in to Priority for inspection and probable maintenance after a failed inspection from a dealer we couldn't trust. We took it in on a Thursday for the appointment we made, which was around lunch time. We got a call at the end of that day saying they weren't able to get to our car that day, but would call us the next day with an update. When we received the update, we were told that a whole slew of things needed to be repaired and starting cost was $3000!! That was three times the price we were quoted from the first dealership we didn't trust! We declined to have many of those services completed, but opted to have the defroster and brake lights repaired, as we needed those to pass inspection. We were quoted $300 for those two repairs. We didn't get another call that day with an update, and we were never informed that Saturday's weren't regular maintenance days so no work would be done then either. Skipping Sunday, Monday morning we get a call saying that it would now be $8000. (!!!!!!!) for repairs, and the ones we opted for hadn't even been completed! So 5 days without our vehicle, no repairs made, no reasonable way of getting our car repaired, and dealing with an advisor that made it clear he'd rather us trade our vehicle in than repair it, while be snotty and elusive when we asked questions, we're less than satisfied with our experience. To add insult to injury, we had to pay $317 for labor hours! So short of a refund for the money that we paid to be put in a bind for fives days and an apology for wasting our time and money, it's safe to safe we'll never give our business to Priority Ford again AND we'll be warning friends and family against them. We're just trying to abide by the law. Taking advantage of people in tough situations is no way to earn business. Even worse, they sent us a survey to fill out. The link was broken so we couldn't submit it. *They really must want to make us a "Priority" *Insert sarcasm there*

The works service deal

Took my grand daughters 2004 Mercury Sable in for routine service. They recommended flushing the power steering unit, which I knew had to be the original fluid. Car was delivered on time. Prices were fair.

Priorities for life cost you dearly

Took my car in for the annual inspection and it ended up being a lesson is getting taken advantage of. Quick lube staff trained to run up the bill with unnecessary items. Seemed very dishonest.
