Service center complete rip off

We brought our Explorer in to Priority for inspection and probable maintenance after a failed inspection from a dealer we couldn't trust. We took it in on a Thursday for the appointment we made, which was around lunch time. We got a call at the end of that day saying they weren't able to get to our car that day, but would call us the next day with an update. When we received the update, we were told that a whole slew of things needed to be repaired and starting cost was $3000!! That was three times the price we were quoted from the first dealership we didn't trust! We declined to have many of those services completed, but opted to have the defroster and brake lights repaired, as we needed those to pass inspection. We were quoted $300 for those two repairs. We didn't get another call that day with an update, and we were never informed that Saturday's weren't regular maintenance days so no work would be done then either. Skipping Sunday, Monday morning we get a call saying that it would now be $8000. (!!!!!!!) for repairs, and the ones we opted for hadn't even been completed! So 5 days without our vehicle, no repairs made, no reasonable way of getting our car repaired, and dealing with an advisor that made it clear he'd rather us trade our vehicle in than repair it, while be snotty and elusive when we asked questions, we're less than satisfied with our experience. To add insult to injury, we had to pay $317 for labor hours! So short of a refund for the money that we paid to be put in a bind for fives days and an apology for wasting our time and money, it's safe to safe we'll never give our business to Priority Ford again AND we'll be warning friends and family against them. We're just trying to abide by the law. Taking advantage of people in tough situations is no way to earn business. Even worse, they sent us a survey to fill out. The link was broken so we couldn't submit it. *They really must want to make us a "Priority" *Insert sarcasm there*

The works service deal

Took my grand daughters 2004 Mercury Sable in for routine service. They recommended flushing the power steering unit, which I knew had to be the original fluid. Car was delivered on time. Prices were fair.

Priorities for life cost you dearly

Took my car in for the annual inspection and it ended up being a lesson is getting taken advantage of. Quick lube staff trained to run up the bill with unnecessary items. Seemed very dishonest.

If you value honesty, integrity, or ethics you should definitely avoid this dealership! They define the negative connotation that comes with “used car salesperson.” They will act like they care about you but use this information to exploit anything to squeeze a single dollar from you. My overall experience with this dealership leads to the conclusion that they care more about volume sales than they do about establishing a lifelong customer base from ethical sales practices. If you disregard this review at least take this one thing with you, DO NOT DEAL WITH BRIAN in used car sales!

Fast and Easy!

Stay away from the used cars salesmen/women

They will say whatever it takes to get you there, even if they've accepted another deal on the same car. They wanted to get me in a bidding war and when that didn't work, put me in a different vehicle. The honestly called me up to deal on a vehicle the bad sold that day. Despicable lot.

There are many scam artists. Do not go here military members. As a sailor, I would never refer these people. Some how everyone important person goes on vacation after you pay, so if any problems arise, then you have to wait. A bunch of BS!!!!!

not quality work

I took my Ford F150 to Priority Ford ,off Little Creek road on Military Hwy, to see why my ABS light was coming on again. This was the second time taking it there for the same problem. The first time they changed the rear ABS speed sensor on the transfer housing. after the work was done I had a problem getting my truck back and what they did took care of the problem temporally. I ended up going back because the ABS light came back on. This time they told me that the wiring was burnt out. The it Cost me $500. The quality of work that was done half xxx. The wiring was exposed, sitting across metal corners. Which means in the future I will be coming back for the same problem. After taking the truck back to Priority Ford and complaining about the quality of work that was done. The service department supervisor came out and inspected the work. He agreed what was done was not up to standard. He made arrangements to fix the problems. Once again taking me out of my way. You would think if I'm complaining about something and you know your guys did insufficient work why not step up and do more to try to please the customer. Detail their vehicle or something. I don't know if they changed worker when they changed from Freedom to Priority Ford but the quality of work has dropped extremely. I will not be going back to them for a third problem

Priority Ford people really do care

My situation is not the greatest right now but I needed transportation. Responding to a letter inviting me to Priority Ford, I was met by Tavis who introduced me to Audra and the two of them went to work for me. Thanks their outstanding efforts, a short time later, I drove away in a brand new 2016 Ford Fiesta. It was a wonderful feeling that Audra worked so hard to help me and I hope she is recognized for the outstanding Priority employee that she is.

Very Happy Customer

Our experience was great thanks to Corey Street getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. We went in expecting to pay a little more than I wanted, but Cory got me just under my set price. The car is a great used car and the price was just right for us. We got the extended warranty and still stayed under our price limit. They even touched up a couple of scratches on the car for free. My husband is already thinking of trading in his truck sooner than he planned, when he finds another great deal with Cory at Priority Ford in Norfolk, VA.

Very professional and smooth

Wanted to take advantage of rebates offered and pricing was very reasonable.I test drove an F150 and an mustang.Liked the F150 but since I am retired and had trucks most of my life decided on the 2016 mustang egoboost. Mr Bryan Mertz was very gracious and knowledgeable on both products, never put any pressure on making the sales or trying to push my decision. Give me a good explanation on rebates available and what was not available to me. Sarah Day the delivery coordinator also never pressured me to get the extras, it was all my decision. The finance department was very professional and also gave other options without must do,it was all my decision. In all this was a most pleasurable large purchase for me. Leonard.
