We've just purchased our 6th car from Nissan Priority!

A few days ago, we purchased another vehicle from Priority Nissan of Newport News, VA. We have been SOOOO impressed with their excellent customer service. They really do bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. As a matter of fact, we'll continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership in the future!!! The perks that are offered to Nissan customers are fabulous! Their management team is top-notch! However, special accolades go to our fantastic sales man, Mr. Eric Brown. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about all Nissan vehicles, benefits, and dealer protocol, plus he did everything he could to offer us the lowest purchase price on our new Nissan Versa!! If you're in the market for a new vehicle, we'd highly encourage you to seek out Eric Brown! HE'S THE MAN!!

Just Great!

Cynthia and I walked into Nissan and it felt like home. Our sale associate was Eric Brown he was great! Anthony was the financial manager, never dealt with anyone like him. They only have your best interest at heart.

By far the Best experience with the dealership today 9/15 From the phone call from Ms Tina to making arrangement for one of her sales man to come and pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Ms Tina sent Mr Korbie Jackson and my prayers was answered. He assured me that I was leaving off the lot today with the car, I didn't know I would be driving of in a Brand New Car not Used But New. I didn't show too much emotion because I was trying to keep from crying but God was Truly on my side today. But it was one man that made me Cry and that was Mr James he took his time and explain everything to me with options when it came down to my car payments.... Today I'm truly Thankful to the Priority Nissan of Newport News.... Thank you, you've made my life so much easier especially getting to and from work my main priority.

Came for a recall and left with problems

I wish that I was able to give a 0, but that's not possible. Made an appointment for a recall on my 2003 Maxima passenger's airbag. And left out with and estimate of $3,900+ for something else. Not sure how long does it take for an airbag replacement but I was in and out within 2 hrs. Within that time the so call bogus mechanic decide to give me a " courtesy check" on my car that I never ask for. My mechanic at the car dealership insist that I bring it to a Nissan dealer while I'm waiting for the ok of the ac compressor to be fix by the finance people. While waiting in the lobby the guy came up with numerous of papers about my car and that it needs to be taken care of before inspection. How in the devil that you did something without my permission? He further explain that my radiator was leaking from both side and he smell it. Of course you smell if because something happen from the time that I pulled in and gave y'all the keys to fix a recall. He farther explains the other issues and told me to sign off indicating that he inform me about it. KEEP IN MIND THAT I CAME IN THERE FOR A RECALL BECAUSE MY DEALERSHIP TOLD ME TO. I ask the guy can he tell me why my car is making that noise. He said that they didn't check for that. So why in the xxxx everything else was check? When I went home and pulled into the lot. I can smell my radiator now. I took my car back to the dealership that s financing my car and had them to look at that nonsense that was given to me on paper. They couldn't believe the extreme prices and when he look under the hood he indicating that they had to put too much pressure to the radiator which causing it to leak out. I'm a security officer and drives my car from Williamsburg to the Newport Shipyard garage every day. Now I can't do anything. MAGGIE calls me back to read what the paper said that ive received also. I told her she didn't see or work on my car so don't tell me that nothing wasn't used on my car. She stated that the tech wouldn't have gotten my permission to do a diagnostic test. That's a lie. xxxx I didn't give them permission to do nothing else but my recall. Now I have to rent a vehicle to get to work because it's worst now. Have my car towed to my dealership because Priority ignoring my call. And wait on my lawyer to handle this matter because the facts speaks for themselves. I went in for a airbag recall and left out with radiator damage. It don't make no since when dealerships mess your car up and not held accountable for their actions.

Melissa was amazing!!! She came al the way to Norfolk Virginia from Newport News Virginia to get my daughter and I due to the fact I had no ride. She made sure she called me and informed me about my status on my car and had me email everything to cut my time in half at the dealership. I love pritotiy Nissan Newport News and will forever have my business! Furthermore, when I thought I'd be denied Mr.James Regan and Ben sommerstein all made it happen. They are truley a power team! Incompentant technicans

They stripped out the drain plug on my oil pan and called it normal wear and tear, refused to honor "priorities for life" guarentee by fixing it free and then kicked me out for complaining about it

Best Customer Service Hands Down

Marisa Adams is absolutely a Angel from above. What initially started out as a search for a used vehicle, turned out to be the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Given my circumstances and inability to personally come into the dealership, Marisa was beyond helpful. She eliminated as much of the red tape as possible and kept me informed through every step of the process via text, email, and phone calls. Needless to say with Marisa's help I got approved for a brand new 2017 Nissan Altima. I'm looking forward to picking up the vehicle this saturday. She is absolutely awesome, not to mention even after hours when she was off the clock, she took pictures of the vehicle for me. I will definitely be referring customers to Priority but more so to Marisa Adams because I absolutely love her for her phenomenal customer service skills.

Negligence

After 12 oil changes, they have completely stripped my drain plug. Not only did they let me drive away like this only for me to discover it later, but the GM and Service Manager indicate it's "normal wear." Save your money and your stress and pay for your "free" oil change elsewhere. It will cost you. Priorities for Life is a gimmick.
