Unhappy Customer

I made an appt. to have a recall services done on my chevy volt. I showed up on 6/29/19 at 810am. Appts & non-appts are taken at the same time. Why make an appt.? Long line for service dept. Car behind me asked if I could move up so he could get through the drieway to get to his job at the dodge dealership. I move my car sidways in the line but the back of my car is still in the line. The line starts to move and the car behind me zooms in and kicks me out of the line. I try to get back in and the 2nd car behind me refuses to let me in. Now no one will let me back in. I've been waiting 20 min in line. I leave my car and walk to the service dept. I speak w/ Jerry who tells me he will assist me as soon as he is done with his customer. He doesn't and proceeds to assist the next customer in line. I speak with Jerry again and he says he will help me. He speaks to the customer that kicked me out of the lane in Spanish. He then moves on to speak with the 2nd person who was behind me in the line. He states I am trying to cut in the line. What?? I have an 8am appt. I've now been waiting over 30 min. and Jerry does absolutely nothing to resolve this situation. He tells me to go to the end of the line. I was fuming. I waited an hour in line to get this recall service completed and I had an 8am appt. Why have appts? While waiting in line, I had to call the front office 3x to get an actual person. I left a msg for the service dept. manager since I was told that he wasn't in the office yet when I called. If it wasn't the last day for the service, I would have left and gone to a different chevy dealership. I made the appt. for a reason. It didn't matter if you had one, you were seen in order of the line. Jerry did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. There should be better and more detailed customer service training provided to their employees so situaitons like these can be avoided and handled in a professional matter. My husband was late for work due to this chaos. I will NEVER return to this place. I will tell EVERYONE I know about the poor customer service that is provided at this dealership.

I was at this dealer on 9/12/18. I originally came to look at a 2013 Silverado 1500 price at just over 23,000. When I arrived I was told it was sold. So I found 2015 Silverado 1500 with the window price of 22981. We went to work a deal. I was pre approved for financing to 25000. I was trading a Jeep in with some negative equity. I was told by Andy and sells manager I couldn't get it for what I was approved for but to come up to 29000 and we would have a deal. So I left empty handed and drove 1.5 hours back home. I then got my approval up to 30000. Went back on Friday 9/14/18 and went in to do deal on same 2015 Silverado with same window price of 22981 in window. I was told that their online price was 25740 so that's what I had to pay. I said will your window says 22981 that's what I am legally entitled to. They said well I don't think we can do that. I said i was told Wednesday that if I was approved for 30000 I would have a deal so I drove another 1.5 hours to come and make the deal and they refused to work with me. They refused to unless I would go thru their approval process and have my credit ran again even though I was already approved and ready to fund the 30000. They then said ok we will work things out and call you in the morning and deliver the truck to you. I got a call the next morning from Magik and he said we won't take your financing but bring us a check for 33500 and we have a deal. So they want me to pay another 3500 more then what we agreed upon before and wouldn't use the financing I was approved for. So needless to say I won't be working with them. I will take my business elsewhere. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Great low truck price

David gave us a great price and really good service. No waiting and no long stressful deal pickering here; we got a great deal right away and closing was very easy . We will be back for a great deal on a corvette.

Lots of promises, no results

I bought a used Camaro from them and they said they would take care of some minor issues. I brought the car in and they said again that they would and it's been 1 1/2 months and they don't even return my calls. Not the way to treat customers. I will get the car fixed and take them to court. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend that you buy from them.

Misrepresentation Big Time

I waited over a year to purchase a new 2015 Z06 Corvette.The salesman had assured me repeatedly on the price which was to be MSRP.I knew this was as good a deal as I could find locally.I put my down payment last September.When I went to pay for the car which was to arrive in a week or so, the price changed to a MSRP + $10,000. After discussion it went to $5000.The dealer wouldn't lower or alter his decision.Had I been told up front a 5K premium I would have said fine, but not after a year long wait.As a matter of principle I walked away.Let them rip off someone else.I won't be back here,ever.So watch yourself there.

2011 chevy traverse

Terrible service. reset airbag code.documented customer not concerned.left me stranded to find my own ride.last Shuttle at 4 car ready at 5.They never said a word .said they had to order parts for recall.5 weeks later parts still on order.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I bought a 2012 chevy colorado on 2/8/13 was not sold...

I bought a 2012 chevy colorado on 2/8/13 was not sold what the sticker on window promised. Although the things have been corrected to somewhat extent still not completely satisfied. My sales rep. Javier was fine, Ida from service was fine. It was dealing with Gabriel which was horrible. The truck was sold with supposedly On Star and XM radio and two hitch and it didn't however the sticker price with those features was reasonable but the following day I realized those things where missing. According to Gabe human error how funny human error was a benefit for the dealer because I got robbed. So now I have an XM radio gadet on the top of my dash board, an after market ON Star mirror I got my tow hitch. Tried to set up my On Star but they wouldn't give me the 3 months for free because it was n after market product. Since then I was told I would get 3 months premium pkg for On Star as well as XM. I go home I premium XM but basic ON Star. Then I get into a shouting match with Gabe treating me as I am a dumb women and not know what I am talking about infront of the Service Dept. Manager. This is my 2nd or 3rd vehicle from this dealer I will never ever ever shop here again.
