Great Experience

By LA123 on 7/26/2017 at 2:43 AM. Helped by Danny Carroll.

I am very happy with my purchase, everyone was so nice. We dealt directly with Danny Carroll in used cars. Great guy and very funny. If and when I am ready to buy another vehicle I would definitely go back.

I would recommend this dealer.

Wonderful experience

By Alemtz on 12/5/2016 at 6:55 PM. Helped by Juan and Trey Watkins.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car. Trey helped me throught the whole process explaining everything and keeping in touch with me. He got me a really good deal on my 2016 honda civic. Juan was the one who did the test drive and he explained to me everything I needed to know about the car before I drove it home. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Not impressed, I was treated like I was an idiot /Mr Anthony

By new car NJJ on 9/17/2016 at 10:41 AM. Helped by Anthony ?.

I was looking to trade yesterday, I stopped in and atmosphere gave me a bad feeling. Sales person only had one car in stock that was near what I wanted. He priced it almost $4000 over counting the trade over what I had been priced over the last month from other dealerships... He would not budge. My banker sent a fax saying to let me write a personal check and the money would be there i n the morning... needles to say... I left him standing with his quote (bottom line) in his hand... I drove on to the Economy Superstore and made my trade....

I would not recommend this dealer.

Love the car, overall good experience. . . but . . .

By MagPie on 12/29/2015 at 5:26 PM.

We discussed phones with the salesmen but they never revealed that the 2015 Civic is not compatible with Android for the HondaLink. That would have been good to know.

Best folks, and best new car buying experience

By mudbug11 on 9/1/2015 at 4:38 PM. Helped by All....

We could have not been more pleased with Pye Honda. All of the staff there are super...sales, service, etc. We purchased a new 2015 Civic which my wife loves...wish I could drive it! Of three 'local' Honda dealerships, their quote was the lowest. We had issues with our 2005 Accord. Another dealer failed to find the problems. Not so with Pye...they found the problem, fixed it and now it drives very nicely. They even detailed the car when it was finished. Kudos to this dealership! Love Honda...love Pye. Go there. You will not be disapponted.

I would recommend this dealer.

so far so good

By sissygirl714 on 7/14/2015 at 5:27 PM. Helped by Tim.

Sales experience was good had all wheel alignment a week after i got the car because it was pulling to the right and the service desk guy told me that it might still pull to the right some because the tires that were on the back were different than the front tires and they were rear tires and could never be rotated because the would be turning the wrong way!!!! (I'm a woman but come on guys!!!!)

Wonderful Buying Experience

By KMSK on 7/14/2015 at 4:42 PM. Helped by Brian Webb, Sean Pye, gentleman who I signed all the papers with.

I purchased a CRV from Brian and received great service. I purchased a vehicle from him several years ago from a different lot under the same dealer name and received outstanding service so I was excited to see him. He introduced me to Mr. Pye and was he was very courteand thanked me for my patronage. The gentleman that I signed the papers with (sorry, can't remember his name) was quick and efficient and explained everything very well. Brian also introduced me to the service manager and I will be in for my first oil change soon and I expect that I will receive the same outstanding service there.

I would recommend this dealer.

Nightmare of a dealership

By starrbrite00 on 12/2/2014 at 7:43 PM. Helped by Tim (sales) Adam (service).

I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey in April 2013. My dad cosigned with me. He lives in Georgia, I live in Tennessee. The salesman was very much aware that we needed the title to go to Tennessee for me to be able to register it. We were finally able to register the vehicle in October 2013 due to the title being sent to the wrong state. I was unable to drive the vehicle because I didn't have a tag after the first 30 days. We asked that Honda provide us with another temporary tag (which they would not do). So the vehicle was parked for 5 months. In November 2014 the check engine light came on stating misfires. After the first of the year We had this fixed from a personal mechanic since it wasn't something covered under the extended warranty we purchased and Honda quoted 3 times as much as my mechanic. After multiple other issues with the check engine light coming on we took the van to Honda and asked they find out what was wrong with it. They inspected it (for $95, this was the third time I had paid the $95 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it) and said the head gasket was blown and after the head was inspected by the machine shop learned the head was warped. Honda said since it was extensive work someone from the warranty company would have to come inspect it to see if they would pay for it. After not having my van for almost 3 weeks now the warranty company decides they will cover the head gasket but not the head which will be $2000. We decided to have the head shaved down as recommended by the service tech since I didn't have money for the head that the contract said was covered under the warranty. After the work was done and we picked the van up we were informed that nothing that was done was covered under any guarantee since we did not have a new head put on it. Really? No one mentioned this to us before (which really wouldn't have changed anything because I didn't have $2,000). We dropped the van off the day before Thanksgiving due to an oil leak, that happened after they fixed the head gasket. We were told 11/28 that the oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket and serpentine belt were bad and needed to be replaced immediately. We agreed to have these things replaced as the gaskets were still covered under warranty. We received a call later that day that there were metal shavings in the oil pan and they had no clue where they were coming from. We opted to wait on replacing the oil pan as suggested and strain the oil at the next oil change. My dad went to pick the van up today Dec 2, 2014 and the serpentine belt was not replaced which they stated we didn't tell them to do that. Approx 5 miles from the dealership a large amount of smoking was coming from behind the engine. The van was taken back to them. After it having to cool down for 45 minutes it was reinspected and found that one of the gaskets rolled up when they tightened it and was leaking a lot of oil. They did fix this. We stopped to get gas and opened the hood as it was still smoking and the engine cover was missing. This required another trip to Honda to get it put back on. This has been a nightmare for over a year and a half. I would not recommend anyone do business with and Pye dealership. The customer service is horrible. This has been one headache after another.

I would not recommend this dealer.

By Acampbell128 on 11/11/2011 at 9:24 PM. Helped by Shaun, Adam.

Pye honda replaced a water pump in my car, They did the installation improprly(left out bolts). It took 6 months to realized their work was done incorrectly, and by that time the car had broke back down. I was in Dalton visiting family and the only reason I took it their was because I figured Honda would know how to properly work on their own cars. I live outside of Dalton the car is broke down sitting at my local honda dealership with them saying Pye did the installation wrong. So even after their service manager heard that from 2 different mechanics. They still refused to do anything to rectify this situation. I would never take another car to Pye honda nor would I trust them to do anything more then put air in my tires!

I went to Pye Honda after I a broken deal with another Honda dealer from out of town. I got a good deal and everything else went very smooth. I was not that impressed with the sales agent I had, but the deal was basically made with Shaun and the rest was paperwork. The deal was invoice plus a doc. fee that was very comparable with anyone else I had checked with. It was a overall good experience.

I would recommend this dealer.
