Quick repair for recall service.

I brought the car in after easily making an appointment. As I pulled passed the sales area to the service area those Ghiblis and Giulias were enticing. The recall repair was quick, but still allowed enough time for an espresso triplicare. I have all of my servicing done at Rairdon and am very comfortable doing so. The servie manager is consistently good—communicative, friendly, and professional.

This is my second purchase from the team here and I love doing business with them. I always feel confident that Shane, Aaron, and the rest of the crew are in my corner at each step. Plus it is just a lot of fun. :) They've helped me easily navigate some odds and ends around my lease transition, gotten me into a car I have dreamed of since I was a teenager, and even connected me with the best deals on insurance and repair work. Good communication, and timely service

Had illogical difficulty in setting up the service appointment, but once done the service experience was flawless. I find my most recent experience to be consistent with prior experience—both with scheduling and service. Once we get passed the scheduling, the service experience is terrific.

This dealership was top notch! Josiah and Mike went above and beyond to get us a deal that we would feel great about when leaving the dealership. The gave us our options as far as negotiating, but never pushy what-so-ever; which was a great change from other dealership experiences. They followed up with us step by step, and make it a fantastic experience. Lisa, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and also didn't push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would love to have a chance to buy from them again in the future!! Highly recommend!

Great experience

Great staff here, and they are just so fantastic. I decided to forego a trip to another dealership to give Shane Capper an opportunity to sell me a car. I drove home a Stelvia Sport :-) Shane was really great to work with, he's patient, kind, thorough and honest. For the first time in buying a car, I didn't feel pressured by the sales manager. He was super and honest. I told them what I needed in order to walk away with the vehicle and they delivered and then some. Granted, I could have probably nudged a bit more $$ off but eh... don't we always feel that way? They have to make a living too. The Stelvia is a fun and fantastic vehicle. I have no regrets. Give Shane a call. Seriously. He's a great guy to work with and you will not be disappointed in the experience with this particular dealership.

My wife and I would like to thank the all the employees of Reardon Maserati for their excellent service and customer care that we received during our recent car purchase. The entire staff was friendly, relaxed, and professional. Never once did we feel any stress or pressure to close on a deal. A special shout-out goes to our salesman, Earl Davis, who displayed honesty and integrity rarely seen at an auto dealer. Our car needed to have some post purchase clean-up items accomplished and he continued to keep us informed throughout the process. Bought new Fiat 500X

Salesperson was excellent. Manager also good. But finance person was very "scattered" and tried to overcharge me. Used some lame excuse to explain before correcting $800 mistake. Not only was he condescending (but never clear to someone who minored in accounting), he didn't just apologize and fix error. He bumbled around for minutes before he perhaps realized I was simply not going to sign paperwork. Good dealer. Great salesperson. Crap finance.

Such graceful service

Miscommunication about when I bought my car, about what dealership and who I get my oil changes from as a part of my warranty, issues finding what I was told, long story short they waved my oil change fee because I was told it was covered under my warranty package and it ended up not being. They were very gracious with me, covered the fee anyways while I made phone calls diving into what the problem and miscommunication was. Very thankful!! Excellent service! Will come back.
