This was a good car experience for me! Brenda was so kind and made my daughter (4) feel at home. My daughter still asks about her. The finance was great. Heat my rate. If I had one thing to improve was time it takes for all the paperwork but that is ok since they are so accommodating. Great experience and great vehicle.

They sell unsafe cars!

Do NOT buy from them. They sold me an unsafe car for my teen. Their "warranty" was a joke as they would not give us a refund despite it being within their 7 day promise. Do not trust them, they lie and treat people poorly. Very disappointed in this place!

Lacking customer service

The service department at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. It should not take over two hours after dropping your vehicle off to get an oil change. You shouldn't have to go looking or asking someone the status of your vehicle in order to avoid having to wait an extended period of time for your vehicle. In addition, a customer should be notified of all if any recalls that are on a vehicle and time may spent verifying said recalls. Overall, not impressed with this dealership and will not return.

Not coming back

We went there first to test drive a Dodge Charger and Challenger (I was undecided what to choose). After deciding the car I wanted as my first new car, the sales Manager tried to rip us off. He didn't honor the TrueCar price printout I had for a Charger, said that price was only if we finance in house, we already had a pre-approval from our Credit Union. Jacked up the price of the car for a non-inhouse financing and had the audacity to low ball my trade in car by 30%, I also had a printout from NADA website showing how much my car was worth. He said it costs around 2 grand to "fix" my car in order to resell it, I detail my car every month or so and always take it to an authorized dealer for oil change and general inspections. At the time we were on site, we saw 4 prospective buyers just walking away..never coming back!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Unexpected awesome level of sales support

Went to this Rairdon's location looking for RAM 3500 Crew Cab with long bed and extra options. Met Vince Porter who was knowledgeable and knew how to locate the truck with options we had wanted. We did not feel pressured, working with the finance group/process, while always too long a process, was pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend this dealership based on our experience. Ask for Vince, he was great to work with, experienced and knowledgeable.

No Integrity.

Ordered a JLR on 1-18, arrived on 6-18. Wouldn't sell to me until 7-3 because they could sell for more and wanted it on the show room floor. Excuse was: "can't afford the loss this month". Would have been my third purchase from them. No purchases from them in the future. They are liars !! !

Fuel injector turns into scored cam scam

Work Order 240791 -Customer states check engine light is on, Customer swapped coil #2 to #4 and #2 still misfiring injector issues? -130126 Inspected and removed both valve covers and upper intake manifold, found cam and lifters need replaced $4261.61. It was very clear upper intake manifold was never removed, but maybe I'm new to car repair, but what mechanic can inspect a center block cam without ever removing the valley pan on a v8 engine? A mechanic had to use a shop vac for all the pieces of the foam from the sound deadening material underneath the intake let alone having to remove both heads to get to the cam. $65 fuel injector for a $4262 kick to the xxxxx, I would not trust Rairdon's to put air in my tires.

2018 Jeep issues and poor service dept

Bought our second car from this dealer which Is a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. After 3 months of driving the Jeep it would fail to start after being driven then would start after sitting for several minuets. Drove it to “our” dealer and was told by the service dept that they could not duplicate the issue. I explained to the service writer that the exact same issues are all over the internet with solutions I was completely blown off and told to bring it back when it happens again. Well next day we had to tow our Brand new Jeep back to the dealership for them to again say they couldn’t duplicate the issue and they would need to keep it till they could. The dealer contacted the factory and was told this was a known issue and how to duplicate and repair. Huge inconvenience for us to not have the car for a few days while they figure out what everyone else knows on the internet. Teach them customer service in the service dept. spending 40,000 at this dealership to buy the Jeep the dealership should be inconvenienced not the customer. This is the second issue we have had at this service dept. they are ok at oil changes and tire fills. Take your car to a different dealer

Lack of integrity

Do not trust them.. Salesman misrepresented transaction and price, then later claimed asking price was $3,000 higher than price shown on several websites. More, but not worth my time.

Oil Change

I went in for an oil change on April 13 using a coupon on my Dodge Ram Diesel truck. I was told by the service adviser that I needed a complete front brake job including calipers and rotors (calipers had ceased), transmission service (transmission had leak in oil pan), and wiper blades. I recently had the transmission serviced done by Terry's Transmissions (down the street). They found nothing wrong - no leak. Next morning, I took my truck to Les Schwab (across the street from your store), and they told me the calipers were not ceased, brakes were fine - and they said to see me in 10,000 to 15,000 miles for recheck. All was good. I asked your service adviser what was wrong with my wiper blades. He said they were streaking. It was a completely dry day. I had just recently changed the blades myself. How could he know they were streaking? Service Advisor - Sam Gordon They were trying to screw me. I recently purchased two Hyundai Tuscans from your Bellingham store. My wife and I will not be doing business with your stores anymore. Is your business so bad that you have to cheat people now? Be sure to take me off of your mailing list. Your service prices are 2-3 times higher than anyone else. For example your transmission service is $310, where Terry's Transmission is $98. Jim and Linda Doyle Marysville, WA

Not a great experience so far

Bought this car several months ago, it’s been in their shop more than my driveway! 3 times for the same problem! Just got it back yesterday, so we’ll see if they fixed it this time. I paid $155 the second time and the 3rd time they tried to charge me again even though it was covered under the warranty and my deductible was only $109.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Liars

I purchased my previous vehicle through this dealership. After parking, I walked around for 10 to 15 while two salesman were standing out from smoking. They odiously weren’t too concerned about customers. The salesman That worked with us was pushy and lied about the vehicle. The owner drove our vehicle for a few months without servicing it before selling. We had to get it serviced a week after purchasing. If I could give it 0 stars I would. STAY CLEAR!!! I

Great place if you like paying thousands over MSRP

My wife and I bought a new Jeep Renegade from Rairdon's last weekend. We made the mistake of not doing our research first. Rairdon's uses the old scam of having a second "dealer" sticker next to the MSRP sticker, so the car appears to retail for several thousand dollars more than it should. Long story short, we overpaid by about $7000 for our car. It was so much we went back to the dealer the following day because once we realized it, we thought there must be some mistake. Yes, we are idiots. But, Rairdon's is the type of dealer that will happily take advantage of your ignorance and charge you WAY more than you should actually pay for a car. Either do your research before talking to these monsters, Or better yet, just go somewhere else.

I initially was not happy with this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that wasn't quite for me and had some issues with a sales person. But, from that point forward they were amazing. Sales manager Jason and salesman Vince got me and my family in an amazing car and really worked their butts off to make us happy. Even got free new tires and the detail job on the vehicle was the best I've ever seen. If you're in the market for a vehicle, give these guys the first shot to make you happy.

Gremlin Still Lingers

I may be dealing with a problem beyond the scope of the seemingly simple. I thought it would be just a matter of having the lamps in the gauge panel replaced. But, afterward the center lamp(s) that illuminate the temperature gauge and lower left of the speedometer kept intermittently fading in and out. I took it back and was reassured that all was working again, but the problem has returned. This may be a gremlin, such as a contact that is thermally unstable. I'm not sure if I want to mess with this anymore, and just live with it. Or probe more deeply into it. I used to teach electronics, and even I am baffled by this. Because of some minor manual disability I decided to defer to the professionals on this to spare my hands. I'm put off by the complexity of accessing something like the instrument panel for the simple task of lamp replacement. Cost me nearly $300 for this bit of work.
